On ps4 it's this, but after waiting 20 minutes to find a game.
I mean the actual game, not the whole year lobby simulator

Put a penalty on the power gauge for missed attacks in Feral frenzy instead of losing it entirely and remove the penalty when hitting someone while not in Feral frenzy. That's just the most basic, the other are: Increase recovery or remove the need to fill the bar to use his power, decrease cooldown, rework Frank's mixtape and Stab wounds study so it does something and change other addons (not a rework, just a buff)

A slight speed boost while loosing the ability to gain stacks on certain perks whilst using their ability? Plus a buff to mending rendering their ability even further useless?
Youre straight up wrong dude.
The speed is incredible. If you think not, its because you never played him

Or, we could just leave Mori's and keys the way they are. As stated many, many times...balance is great. Overbalance is horrible. Stop trying to siphon the fun out of DBD.
Moris are not fun. Imagine how fun would be to have a 2 min game being tunneled without having no down side to the killer

And some addons still not working

Yeah, a fellow admin told me people were having trouble understanding why the descriptions are sometimes changed, they sent me the link so I could post it (they are currently banned and can't speak for themselves).
They know better than me why some Add-ons' descriptions are changed, I'm not the right person to ask it.
Ah ok

The Wiki is official, but not run by the Devs. That's why some misunderstandings happen, but we are carefully working on it so that such things don't happen again.
In this case, it's not a misunderstanding; this is actually what the Add-on does.
Are you from the wiki? Sounds like it in my view, but I never know

I think we can all agree that keys also need a rework, but please, let's not start a killer versus survivor type of thing here and stay on topic about reworking mori.
Now, this next part is directed to OP: @MyName123
Ebony Mori definitely need a rework and if I remember correctly, they are getting one โ it's just a matter of time now. ๐
How do you know that they are getting one rework? If I may ask

I changed the original post a bit now, including that and a change to frank's mixtape so this wouldn't break the game
Cool! Lets see if my boy Waluidgion gets a buff (don't need to be this one, but if it is, fine, every buff is acceptable)

Which is why I mentioned the pins being reverted to it, making mending harder and being affected by a status affect. Also not everyone hits a unnerving presence overcharge skill check. Huntress's lullaby can also make hitting the skillchecks harder.
I could change this to where hitting a survivor in DW does not end the frenzy and allows you to continue
With that maybe its good (the frenzy not ending when hitting a deep wound surv
-
I think it would be just a time waster to killer, cuz almost everyone hit overcharge and the killer will loose almost 2 mins (I think) if he still needs to wait 20 secs to have his power back

Key is obviously #1, especially the red one with the ability to read the killers aura on top of escaping through hatch.
Best Toolbox is Commodious, comine it with extre Speed addons and/or BNP and its extremly strong.
Red map is pretty good too, finding totems really fast, and showing everyone their location. Very good info.
I think you overrate purple Flashlight a bit, not nearly as useful as Skeleton Key or a Toolbox with addons
l actually agree with every single thing, cool

Ok, just a bit of setting: I'm currently a rank 2 killer (ps4), I play a lot of Legion and was really unhappy on some of the changes before the patch went live. Now that I played 10+ games I think I can try to summarise how really the new Legion feels.
The awesome
Vaulting speed.
The change in vaulting speed is so important, it cannot be understated. After the first big nerf to Legion they felt so sluggish and unarmed against good loopers, but now a survivor vaulting a window or a pallet gets itself in a very bad position, especially if they try to juke you. Very, very good.
The good
Feral Frenzy speed and the new pin add-ons.
The speed improvement is noticeable, even if not that groundbreaking as the vaulting speed is you can still create some new interesting plays, like blocking vaults or paths with much more ease.
The new pin add-ons mechanics are probably taking the spot though. Now there's a feeling to accomplish something other than simply injuring other survivors every time you chain a deep wound, and even if the debuff applied to survivors is only for 60 seconds, it can be important, especially against swf groups which would heal each other almost instantaneously. For now I'm just using the pin which applies the broken status effect, but depending on your builds others can work as well.
The bad (?)
Here's the thing: do you play a slow down Legion? If so, you will be really unhappy about the decreased mending time and the FF hits not applying any debuffs without add-ons. Forget about a Sloppy Butcher build with knife add-ons, it just won't work.
If instead you weren't relying on slow down builds, but you wanted an active one, maybe by using my sweetheart Save The Best For Last (STBFL)... you're in for a very good surprise.
Yes, STBFL tokens cannot be collected during feral frenzy, but also the opposite is true: you can't lose them.
What this means is that once you gain at least 4 tokens, which is not that difficult, your basic hits will start flowing very quickly, but you don't need to lose 4 tokens to down the obsession anymore.
Once you see her, use your FF for the first hit, and you'll preserve your stacks. By doing so you could even find someone else nearby you didn't notice, and actually saving the best for last :P - either way, you'll gain something from the situation.
Trust me: it's slightly slower to gain momentum with your tokens, but it's very easier to maintain them - especially because you can hit anyone in FF without second thoughts.
What about mending time, though? Well, there's an unexpected outcome coming from the quicker mending time - since a lot of survivors will (wrongly) mend as soon as you go in search of their team mates, chances are that eventually you'll see their red heart beat before FF runs out. Now what you can do is to apply your pin effect even to the original survivor, or in any case you'll have an idea on where an injured survivor is located.
I won't go so far to say that this is a buff - it still is a nerf because of the implications regarding slow down builds, but you can work around it and make it work anyway.
Conclusions
Is Legion fun to play? Yes, much more than before, a lot thanks to vaulting speed and the new pins.
Is Legion a viable killer on high rank? Well, it's not Spirit, but as I said, I'm rank 2 and play mainly Legion this season, so by definition I should say yes to this as well.
Should Legion be changed from here? I think some of their add-ons are borderline useless, and the FF ending stun is still slightly too long - I would take away between 0.2 and 0.5 seconds from it, just to see how it goes.
But mostly, should @UlvenDagoth reinstall the game and try Legion out? Yes of course :P.
This was the most well done post, not talking about opinions, you are the exemple of a dedicated user. About Legion, I tough that people would change their minds after seing that vault and movement speed are HUGEโข stuff; I always tough that was the best buff for Legion, but there is a lot of things to be changed, mainly (I think) the cooldown

What nerf are you talking about?
I don't know where the link is. It was posted on the forums by the devs a few months ago. @Peanits can probably dig it up and he's usually the man that shows this kind of thing when it comes out.
Its used to be OP, but they nerf'd. And here's the link to the wiki that shows old SC

I am literally bored from just seing comments like "bRo YoU jUsT dOn'T kNoW hOw To UsE" or "iTs NoT sElF-cArE fAuLt, ItS tHe PlAyEr", but what the perks do is just heal after 2 years of incredible hard M2 gameplay, how someone is supposes to be bad with simply that? I wish people with real arguments comment

buffed - yes.
reworked - no.
a rework would mean you delete the current effects and add completely new ones to it, which would be the same as deleting it.
a rework is basically what they did with Freddy - old Freddy has literally been removed from the game and they put a new Freddy in his place.
however, a change would keep the main aspect, in this case the ability to heal yourself, and then add something to it / remove something from it.
here an example:
Small Game - if they were to add a totem counter to it and delete the trap locating aspect, that would be changes to the perk, since they removed something from it and added soemthing new, however the main aspect of the perk - locating hidden things - remains untouched.
its the same with selfcare. you should always be able to heal yourself. how it works can be changed, but the aspect of self healing should stay untouched.
But if SC is buffed it will probally be god like. Before the nerf I always used to have it

Yes it is. They posted stats a couple of months ago. SC is the most popular survivor perk, and ruin is the most popular killer perk.
Before the nerf? And where are the links to this "fact"?
-
@Dwight_Fairfield said:
I really don't see them removing the most popular survivor perk in the game just to appease you.
SC is not the most popular perk in the game, but you could said that is the most popular in green to brown ranks

God I get so sick of seeing you elitist survivors shiting on other survivors for using an extremely useful perk. You all act as if there's constantly a teammate right next to you just begging to heal you. Do you actually play Survivor? Because if you think that's the case then maybe you don't. Then everyone says well just bring a medkit, well sometimes I don't ######### want to bring a medkit and I want to bring a tool box or a flashlight. And then a teammate farms me off the hook with BT and the killer chases me halfway across the map so I find a nice corner to finally hide from him and heal myself while he's in the area still looking for me. But no maybe I should just run out in the open halfway across the map to find a teammate to heal me right? Because every single Survivor should know how to Loop the killer for two or three gens right? #########, just let people use whatever perks they want to and quit being whiny little #########.
Ok, that was a little bit of salty, so I am gonna prevent myself from talking to you since you can't realy understand or at least respect people with different ideas than you. I recomend you to think that this is a discussion, not the world war 3
