Do we have any numbers on the effect of slowdown add-ons?
We have a lot of addons in the game. However I don't really know how strong their effect is. What am I suppost to do with terms like "slightly", "moderatly", "considerably" or "tremendously"? Let's take Freddy as an example.
How strong is the effect of the addon "outdoor rope"? How strong is it the effect of the "swing chain" addon or the "jump rope" addon? Can we get any numbers for them?

No, we can't until they decide to give them.
You'll either have to test the differences yourself or trust other people's numbers on them.
Although, even if they released official numbers, it's always good to test the difference, mainly so you can see if the written value is the same as the value in practice.
