Should have been a genuine gesture of love and good will with a free collection of pieces for our community. 4-6 items for showing solidarity is not a whole lot and would have gone a nice hop, skip and jump towards showing me they are one capitalist venue that might actually give a ######### about us. One vague tweet? Too little, too late.
A tweet is more than some have done though.

How's it a mindgame if you see each other? The mind game would come with not being able to see each other and guessing what the other would do.
The mindgame is the back and forth running. If a survivor is injured and runs to the shack to try and get a little loopy loop in, they're not gonna be so successful.

@Thatgurl_again said:
Wait. When did the shack change? Or when will it change?
There is just a small snip of it in the preview video. I'm sure we will have to wait~ but I was hoping a dev would chime in

@Aven_Fallen said:
Two things:
Like others said, it is entirely possible that there will be still holes in the wall. It is under development and we dont see every side of Check.
Second, this is the Shack on Badham. It looks like each Realm might get a different version, fitting the general appearance of the Map. So it might be possible that some Walls are Solid while others have cracks in it.
That would be interesting. If the shacks were different...

It looks solid with no gaps , but we will have to wait for the graphics update to see how it looks
I'm mostly wondering if the Devs have said anything about it yet.. because it'll be a huge game changer.

Clearly I missed something. Where did you see a brick shack?
It was posted in the graphics update in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1QeUvLN6YA

It really do be like that. I used to run a build, that I stopped running now because I'm ok with low rank survivors not getting rofflestomped. But I used to run a build that preyed on said altruism. Throwing monkey wrenches into the obvious state of low rank survivors who are again....a lot nicer to each other to the point of self sacrifice. But I stopped because its like....I shouldn't be punishing people for not being toxic and being team players and helping each other. I should be punishing #########. But alas....there aren't very many "punish #########" type of perks and builds. This has been my most difficult concept to put into play. How can I as a killer make a dead example of a person in a match not being a team player. How can I punish selfishness. And the honest answer was the killers themselves. High mobility nurses and spirits and billys, knock out, and franklins. None of that mattered because toxic survivors are almost dead set on killing themselves.
IMO being altruistic and saving people should be worth more than making it out of the exit gates.
I agree with this 100%. I do think there should be more emphesis on altruism, but then if you end up against a killer that has a tough time catching people, you'd end up with no points...
-
I'd love that!

That's actually me XD. I'm always working on preventing my teammates from 3 genning and always pressuring gens and forcing them to split up on it.
Sameeeeeeeeee!

Kates are mission oriented imo. They are not that alturistic far as I can say. I mean, they also try to safe their mates, but more with a "argh, god damned, why is nobody else running to the hook? Now I need to make it. hmpf" mindset.
And don't be mad at me now Kate mains, if I play survivor (in very rar cases), there is a 50% chance that I play her. Well her, or Jeff :).
I identify with this statement LOL

Ok so are you just venting or do you have an idea to make him less annoying or did you decided to run his counter perk?
I mean I was just making a statement lol. I thought old doctor before rework was fine when he had to switch to his power. It made him also have to be a little strategic..

10 seconds, maybe? The issue isn't finding them, it's actually getting to them.
I guess that's true.. They seem to be generally in the same spots.. but it's a 1000 mile journey getting there and getting there undetected..

I'm a killer main.....I see 4 people all the time compared to 1 of me. So you would think I would see more toxic survivors than killers obviously. Just due to rule of numbers. That being said though, I actually rarely see toxic survivors at lower ranks. But the closer they get to red....the more toxic survivors start showing up.
Why? Simple. Because survivor rank systems reward self preservation, not altruism. Ego vs Empathy. 2 Different characteristics 1 of which can make you depip if you fail to save someone or save someone and die in their place. People at lower ranks tend to be more altruistic than red ranks. So at the end of a match with people who are lower rank I tend to see a lot more "Sorry man I tried" and "Thanks for the save man I almost died"
Whereas in higher ranks I see a lot more "######### you dude are you stupid? You had plenty of time to save, you're trash" or "You camp and tunnel trash killer, thanatophobia is a trash perk," (Even though they died on first hook because nobody bothered to save them)
Or I see red ranks say things like, "My team is garbage, bunch of idiots and potatos"
^ I never see these comments in lower ranks...legit....NEVER! Most if not all of the people I face after resets or taking months off the game in those low ranks just...play the game. They either say GG or one of the 2 things I listed above like sorry dude I tried I almost saved you or thanks for the save dude you're my hero. ######### like that. And honestly, when I'm in those ranks I tend to let people go more often because there was no shenanigans going on in game.
I'm the "You had plenty of time to save" bit lol I find myself saying that about everyone... not even if it's just myself left on hook. I could just be spectating a game and still go.. "Why did you let yourself get pushed out?" "Why didn't you go look for no-ed?" and stuff like that. We have to work together to get out and I don't like those that don't get that #saltysurvivormainrant

Midwich is more survivor sided than Cowshed, Haddonfield, Mother's Dwelling, and Family Residence. Heard it here first folks.
TF? You know how long it takes me to find a gen in Midwich? FOREVER

Survivors, by far, and it's completely disproportionate to the survivor/killer ratio.

Yeah, Technically you can't get in a chase when crouched as pig, so the trap will pop eventually.

It makes no sense if you say its exhausting. To play vs the Doc MUST stressful cause he´s the Doc you know ?...and about fun.. you must learn how to counter a Doc. Point ...i mean you are the salty one so deal with it
Considering it's a matter of opinion, I can say whatever I want lol
He is MORE stressful than the other killers, is my point. To the point of wanting to quit because it's not fun...
Maybe you should re-read the forum...

The one, main thing that always brings me to the game and the forums, is that it allows me to forget about my life, what happens and has happened in the real world.
I'm a recent forums user regularly for more than "looking for players" but I notice that everything people think about the game that you ever hear is on here somewhere.

Wasnt too long sgo actually, she stayed crouched the entire time and my team blocked me in the spot in front of the jigsaw box. It made me laugh hard
Oh? Will the trap still go off if she is crouched? Is that because her terror radius is gone? Interesting...

I did this once and the pig trapped me with my team and watched the trap go off. Never trust killers
It did make me laugh pretty hard that they head bobbed for the whole time
Yikes~ must have been from before when the trap would still go off even if the pig chased you, I'm guessing?

I'mma let you killer mains handle this one... lol

I went against a devotion 12 killer that showed me he had ~250 ebony moris on his wraith and about the same on another in screenshots after our match. Not nearly as many ivory, but like everyone is saying it depends on the killer because some don't have their own ultra anything so it'll be a guaranteed ebony when they do get one because there's nothing else 'ultra' to get.
Don't remember what we were talking for, nothing hostile. He was playing Legion and damn good to boot though.
He said he probably would have twice as many ebony if he didn't use them every other game for trouble makers. From my time playing killer I definitely see them more often than people seem to want to let on. Gee, I wonder why.
Yeah I get really confused when people say they don't see them often lol. I legit see one AT LEAST every other bloodweb.. sometimes 2 in one bloodweb.
-
I think everyone is trying to defend how it's possible to beat him, and I never said it wasn't possible... I said playing against him is exhausting, makes the game unnecessarily stressful to the point of it not being fun. And aren't we playing a game to have fun?

Doc doesn’t have a 100% success rate at denying pallets and vaults. This only works for Doc if the survivor is tricked into running the incorrect way around a loop, and there are simply some loops where Doc won’t ever get close enough after a shock because of the slowdown.
I get what you're saying, but with re-vaulting, you just can't. And in situations where it's revault or go down, what do you do? You can't.
-
It's gonna depend on who actually gives them the licensing and is easier to communicate with over who is reached out to...

I love playing as Doc. I don't mind playing against him unless they play scummy.
What do you mean play scummy?
-
@[Deleted User] said:
Because despite ALL of this, if Doc doesn’t hit you, then none of it matters.
It would make sense if he wasn't the same speed as the rest of them, but he is also 115%, on top of being able to block your pallets and vaults...

I'm almost purple rank and I still see them constantly.

2 mori's in a day? And you're complaining? o.O
I only ever really bring a mori if I see a key in my lobby; and only an ebony if I don't have an ivory (for some reason ivory mori's are really uncommon o.O).
One thing you'll notice - most people who use a mori just to mori people are high green ranks to yellow/brown ranks. Decent killers don't use moris.
Complaining, no. Moris are fine with me unless the killer does mori off first hook because then the game just seems like a waste of time.

Most killers feel that way.
Kind of makes you wonder how mori's seem so common, at least according to survivors.
I personally don't use them cause I prefer the rewards I get for actual sacrifices.
Because I play everyday, I think I can safely say I see AT LEAST 2 moris.

His hitbox is the same as every other killer. What you're experiencing is a lot like what people experience with Freddy - purely illusion. All the killers have the same lunge/hitbox reach for their M1 attacks.
Interesting :o

I guess loop wasn't the right word. I meant more like 360 run
