It's not like steam has had this weekly scheduled maintenance for years or anything...
Ah, see I thought you were referring to me saying how there's approx. 14 hours left. My bad.

Bro, its Tuesday.
Bro, timezones. It's Wednesday for me.

I agree. Even on the poll they posted on instagram, more than half of people still haven't even gotten the Level 4 Coin Reward yet, 44% have, 56% haven't.
-
Yup, PC.
-
Fair amount of people not able to get on/into lobbies according to the Discord and I just had an insanely laggy game against a Deathslinger yet webpages were loading like usual, anyone else having issues?
-
If i'm having constantly bad games, then there's potential i'll throw a Mori on.
Same goes for if I see a key in the lobby, usually i'll throw a Mori on then too.
Apart from that, I never tend to use Mori's, and if I do, i'll only Mori them once i've hooked them twice.

So you're just going to ignore the fact that they fixed a bug that caused deathslinger to be unplayable for the entire match? Okay then
I don't play Deathslinger myself therefore didn't know he was unplayable for the entire game. I watch many streamers too and haven't seen many people experience the bug or even mention it here on the forums.

Yeah, Devs should keep every Bug in the game until they are able to fix the Sound Bug. This makes totally sense to wait for a really difficult bug to fix so that the game breaks even more. Good plan.
But yeah, I guess Rank 1 Killers will suffer even more, when Survivors can use those weak Perks again. Damn, I already curse Solidarity.
"Of course it's a good thing that it's fixed"
I'm not saying they should keep in every bug, of course they shouldn't. But it's ridiculous how many of these major bugs that affect gameplay are still yet to be fixed.

Yep he is.
That's how it is with entitled killer only players.
Interesting assumption to make. I used to play 50/50 Survivor/Killer but now it's about 70/30 Survivor/Killer. But again, interesting assumption.

Please be sure to check this thread in bug reporting: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/136229
If you can provide any of the info requested by QA, they'll be able to investigate further and figure out what's causing it. If you can't provide any of that info, upvoting it will give us a better idea of how many people are having that issue.
Any specific date in May it'll be fixed?

Seems like the Meg didn't have a great connection. When he lunges at her, she ends up moving just as fast as he does and when she vaults the window you see her reappear for a split second. At the beginning she also takes off pretty fast randomly from the car to the street.
Not saying this game isn't buggy and that the stalk issue on dedicated isn't a problem but this seems more an issue with that Meg.
You're right, she didn't have the best connection, however this is most definitely a bug and not an issue with the Meg. It looked like she had Sprint Burst in the beginning of the clip. The issue started out just on Ghostface, however has since made its way to every killer. Two major bugs in one clip that have persisted for months now, it's ridiculous how neither are fixed.

Step 1: Get in game with a lot of perks that you don't like
Step 2: Dont even try
Step 3: Complain on forums how its OP using the end game screen as evidence, when you didn't even try in the first place.
Why would a try against an SWF (I know because I checked their profiles) when three of them can literally see my exact position at any given time when we look at each other across the map? Do you really need me to supply evidence that OoO is OP, because if so I imagine you've barely played the game at all.

How do you know it's the only thing they will do with Trapper. Maybe they'll do more and the trap reset is a teaser to a Trapper buff.
I really hope they do, but I don't expect anything else from them.

@Peanits said:
Just to clarify, we aren't trying to push this as a buff. This is just a quality of life change that's been asked for by the community for a long time. We are aware that this isn't necessarily going to make him stronger, it'll only make him feel a little better to play.
That's understandable. But... Trapper needs some buffs. We've also been asking for him to start with more traps for a very long time too, can we expect any actual buffs for him in the near future?

Tru3, one of the biggest DBD streamers has been sniped for literally years by the same person. BHVR don't care.
-
Change keys so it only allows the person with the key to escape.
Change moris so it requires two hooks.
Simple and effective fixes.
-
This year's Jake Halloween Outfit, but with the Scruffy Jake head instead.
-
Might I add that you're a killer who does very well, even against the most optimal teams, and you have two green ranks, a purple rank, and one person who just made it into red ranks in your lobby. Of course you're gonna do well against a team like that - however a full team of Rank 3's, 2's, or 1's, you're gonna struggle, and not just a little either.
-
This is what makes Pig great imo.
-
Yeah, it's pretty frustrating, considering that after waiting 5-10 minutes, you can also encounter the following issues:
- Can't Connect To Host
- NAT Type
- Lobby Unjoinable
- Kicked Back To Waiting Area With No Error
- High Ping Killer
- Various Other Errors
I'd much rather wait 5-10 minutes for a Killer game, because I very rarely encounter any of the above issues I just listed.
-
Supposedly it's active now until November 1st, odd.
-
Seems like this post was taken down briefly too, interesting...
-
This post discussing what his power could be just got removed too.
-
I've been having issues since around the time you posted this too. Couldn't get a game with Spirit at the time, so went off to listen to music. Just hopped back on and it took me 7 minutes for a Survivor lobby, and I gave up searching for a Killer lobby. Not long before you posted this I was getting Killer lobbies within like, 30 seconds.

2 kills would haven given you Silver.
1 kill is Bronze, 2 and 3 is Silver, 4 kills is Gold. If you get 4 kills AND 9 hooks, then it's Iridescent. (9 hooks alone don't give you Iridescent.)
So with 8 hooks and 1 kill, you got Bronze.
For the Emblem points, it doesn't matter if survivors die on the hook or get mori'ed, you get your points in both cases. You only don't get points when survivors bleed out on the ground.
Edit: You should correct your opening post to 1 sacrifice. It doesn't help the discussion if the basic information aren't correct.
I'm an idiot. For some reason I was sure I got 2 sacrifices.
-
@Kaiju said:
To get gold you need to sacrifice 4 people and I am guessing you bring a ebony since you said ''kill'' not sacrifice so yeah that bronze was well deserved since 2 escaped and 2 kills not sacrifice even do emblems are broken af so that could be too
I didn't bring a Mori, I meant sacrifice not kill. Will edit the post

I completely agree with this. I replied to one of the devs' responses about a Double Bloodpoint Event this summer with "Just make the Bloodpoint Gain 1.5x what it is right now to help reduce the grind".
Funnily enough, they also said they'd like to add Devotion Rewards but they're not focusing on it right now, so who knows when they'll arrive, if they ever do.
-
That's two Macmillan Estate maps with ridiculously broken, unmindgameable loops. I only discovered this one on Huntress' map the other day, but the other one is on Ironworks of Misery with the loop in the middle building.
Complete waste of time and almost no point chasing anyone around it unless you're Spirit, Nurse or Legion with Frenzy active.
-
For Killer, the main thing that annoys me is constantly going against SWFs. It's such a pain at higher ranks and definitely decreases the amount of fun that can be had in matches.
-
I don't find it too frustrating to play against. Sometimes if you listen closely you'll be able to hear her footsteps when she gets really close, giving you enough time to get off the gen before she manages to grab you.
If I had to take a guess, i'd say I encounter Prayer Beads Spirit around once every 50 games or so, obviously more common during Double Bloodpoints and events such as now.

And that's why I dodge SWF groups. It's just not fun for me, and why play if I'm not having fun? Might take a bit longer to find a game, but at least I don't hate myself
A lot of the time it's hard to do so when on console, because 90% of players, when I go to check their Friends List, they have it hidden.
You may then wonder... how do you know it's an SWF? Well, of course, I don't 100% know... but the way they play can easily signify this.
As I said, i've had about one Killer game today where i've somewhat enjoyed it, two survivors still escaped, but it still felt very fair and balanced on both ends.
