What he/she is saying is true though. If someone playing as nurse (who can literally make almost every loop useless) is chasing a survivor for 1-2 minutes, that nurse is bad.

Having too many items makes individual items stand out less. A new player who opens the store and sees old / low quality items may not notice the one thing they like and spend no money as a result.
By removing items from the store, but announcing that move first, you can also get players to buy items they would never buy otherwise. Reason being that they don't want to miss out. The same principle applies when they (temporarily) return: "Buy it NOW because who knows when you will have the chance to do so again."
Especially for unpopular cosmetics this could boost sales significantly. For example the Plague (picking Plague because she is the least popular killer) "robe" outfits (picking them because they are probably the least popular cosmetics). Anyone who hasn't bought them yet is unlikely to buy them ever. But by announcing that they are being removed from the store some players may buy it because they might never return.
Essentially removed cosmetics would be "legacy-lite". We know that legacy is popular because people still ask about it to return often. By turning unpopular cosmetics into something akin to legacy (= you can potentially never get it again) the popularity is increased and in turn, the number of sales.
If people aren't going to buy "unpopular" skins now, I doubt pulling a "buy it now or you won't see it again" will get people to buy those skins.

30 or 40 meters near a hook with a increase interaction speed (that at max is 8%) that stacks? This isn't something that I would call "fair".

Barbecue and Chili is meant to encourage killers to leave hook to find other survivors (sort of like devour hope). Your changes will do the exact opposite, killers will just camp the hooked survivor.

None of those are unnecessary. If vicktor is at one gate crouch toward him (if he's not a active) kick him, if charlotte is inactive start working on opening the gate.

For a little balance I would like to see Victor be stunned after he misses a jump attack. As is now he is a little OP he can just jump and attack until the crazy hit boxes register a hit. If he can't be stunned by pallets or flashlights I would like to see this changed.
You can stun (destroy) victor by dropping pallets on him and hitting him with head on. If Victor hits an object he suffers a longer recovery time.

Who's being punished the survivor on hook or the other 2 teammates? The survivor on hook can just let go and find another game, while the others now have a harder time of escaping (because one's on hook/dead on hook and you're just watching the survivor on hook die). You also give the killer an easier game.

Right so running to a pallet to use on the wraith while he is invis and he purposely gets in my way to block it is not toxic? Body blocking is reportable and what's acceptable to you doesn't mean it's not acceptable in general. He ignored a hit to block me then hit me, it's a scummy tactic.
It's not toxic. Stopping a survivor from getting to a pallet by bodyblocking with wraith (while invisible) is what makes him good.

No Killer is always easier. Press W until you see a survivor. Press W until you can M1 two times. After you down him Hook him and never leave the Hook, esay kill for him.
I didn't know esays could kill survivors.

I had a match against a Blight running ruin, undying, and tinkerer on Ironworks of misery. Both Ruin and Undying were in the same building (foundary) right next to each other, good thing I cleansed Undying first.

Hex perks rely on good RNG and what happened to you was bad RNG, not cheating.
