If it makes you feel any better, the killer is having fun and most like has a s**t eating grin on their face. Hope that helps~

I always expected more (this perk does this while injured) type of perks. I had imagined No Mither Builds would one day be a viable thing. Certainly could add a lil more spice to the game.
-
Wait...Survivors with Victor on them can not unhook survivors? I had 2 dead and one hooked and parked Char by the hatch and ran Vic back to hook and found the survivor in route. Figured I’d give them Victor and let them get the unhook and roll the dice on resetting the chase but when I arrived the survivor was just running in place against the hook.
Then it dawned on me and that maybe she couldn’t unhook. She couldn’t could she.

Probably not on console right? It never is :/

I like Plague for her sickness power and I don’t even mind that survivors can cure themselves, but it sucks that after all the survivors use their resources ( all the fountains ) then all the corrupted fountains get a reset. My version of Plague would just keep it corrupted and no more cures for survivors. I don’t even need the corrupt ability to insta down, just pure sickness is strong enough. IMO

Sure. The Hot/Cold type killer, who is obnoxiously strong or ridiculously weak. Probably a Killer that sets up a perimeter of strength and has benefits inside that make him feel like a shark in water but when lured or pushed out of his power zone, he becomes feeble and less likely to engage in chase.
Really just depends on the balance of the idea and how they could create counter play for both sides.
Which of course, is beyond BHVR. Still a fun thought~

I joined this gaming community for Freddy, and now I’m chained to it with promises of more liscensed chapters and chances to play as some iconic killers.
My dissatisfaction is strong.

I dunno, unlike other exhaustion perks, you have to be injured, which ups the ante. I feel it deserves more options because of the consequences for a miss play. If you mess up sprint burst, then take the hit and get a second burst, you can afford it, but DH? Your going down if you prompt too early or too late.
Seems fair enough, it just sucks that survivors don’t use it to outplay a killers power or swing, they use it to reach pallets or windows they didn’t deserve, after being outplayed at a loop. A literal insta-fix to a mess up they made.

Oof, there's some strong anti-LGBT+ vibes here and I'm not engaging with you because of it.
i got the same vibes from you. Oof, check your privledge.

I’m trying to take all this in. I’m not great at pouncing right now. So to nail over the pallet or through a window tech might be too much for me right now.
I am using toy sword and already adept. Honestly I’m more focused on trying to down survivors with a victor on them, for the trophy. Also got my first gen lockdown with victor and was close enough to secure a grab, not that I’m sure how long he can hold it.
All in all I’m having some fun, just wish ppl would stop kicking me so I can get a better feel for my pounce. Course if I was any good at it, I’d probably have played more Demo.
I’ll still be reading these in between games, also sacrifice a few survivors in the hopes that I can obtain BBQ. I feel like at this rate, it’ll be my last obtained perk <_<

Does...does no one expect him to have darker color options in the Store? I don’t like his outfit either but they usually start new killers with like a handful of color options in the store...
-
I got use to swinging when I chase off of a drop, because I truly rarely see it now, but that means I’ve been conditioned so whenever a survivor used it against me, they get mad distance and usually an escape. If you like to use underrated perks, then you can benefit the most. Think positively.

This game brings the best and worst out of all of us and those who stick with or main the Killer go through transitions. Some examples.
New Killer - Amazing powers to try, maps to see and learn and people to learn to hunt. Some frustrations, sure, but he can stick with it because everything is still fresh.
Power Tripping Killer - Having fun because he controls your life and death and chooses who lives and dies. Usually 4k and chooses when to 3k. Things have been learned and now they are being capitalized and the climb to red ranks is finally here.
Frustrated Killer - the top wasn’t as magical as was promised. Red rank survivors are so much stronger then you could have realized. The build isn’t strong enough, looping has more tricks then previously experienced and paranoia starts setting in. EVERYONE IS SWF, THEY ARE ALL CHEATING!
Desperate/Troll Killer - If I can’t have fun then I’ll drag someone down to my level, that might be fun. Like I could face camp or I could slug until death. If I limit myself to just one person I could just tunnel and tunnel and ensure one person has a terrible time and if I’m lucky, maybe more if they are altruistic enough.
Enlightened Killer - No, but I’m being too selfish. I’ve got more experience, knowledge, and understanding of the game now, I know how unfun and frustrating I’m being for the other side. I need to put more effort into playing more fairly....but the survivors keep flashlight clicking and t-bagging me and mocking my efforts when I do so. That makes me mad, I’ll start punishing the survivors in the game after I get bullied, then I’ll try to go back to playing fair.
Zen Killer - What does it matter, why do I get so emotionally invested in a game with strangers who I shouldn’t let upset me. T-bagging is just a silly dance not a disrespectful gesture, flashlight clicking is no different then a toddler crying because nobody is paying them enough attention. Getting kills isn’t important, just focus on enjoying messing around with my killer power and trying to do something unexpected or cool. If they all escape, then they escape, what’s most important is that I get BP. All hail the BP.
Fun Killer - I dunno I’m not there yet.

There are a lot of fragile and insecure players of DBD (obviously not all, and there's a thriving LGBT+ community). I think there's some weird power fantasies of being a killer and hunting down and killing people that...less savory types really enjoy. They can picture themselves as Trapper or Bubba or Freddy, and they love that image of themselves, but when the Trickster arrives they start feeling differently and don't know how to self-reflect on their own feelings in the game, and get weird about it.
It's kind of scary, but the best counter is not to take them too seriously or let their problematic views dominate the discourse.
You think those people are only Killer? Seems more likely the fragility would be on the survivor side. I mean to be bullied and brought down by an effeminate male killer might make some funny people uncomfortable. An unlike Killers, who could just decide not to play him, survivors would not have that option to forcibly not face him so they would be more vocal about how they want him gone.
Assuming I bought into the thought that the Alphabet community is truly being targeted and harassed but I’m on PS4 and I’m not exposed to any homophobia or whatever. Most of my message exchanges, that turn ugly, very rarely go that direction.

I saw some streamers reacting to new Wraith. One said that it felt like he was given a half lunge and he wished it was extended a bit but half is still better then none...
the other said he felt much better and maybe the Meta for Wraith might even go back to re-cloaking after a hit to catch up and aim for another uncloaking smack, instead of chasing normally after a uncloaking hit.

Killer Doll/Toy. Create your own for all I care BHVR. Killer “inanimate objects” are scary and I want to see them murder people.
