Stop making Survivors feel bad to play.
But this is what they try to do with the Anti-Tunnel Changes. This is the first point you make and yet you want to remove those Anti-Tunnel changes.

People seriously need to let this go through just as step 1 and step 2 can be heavy tuning according to people that play the game
@cogsturning said:
Maybe we can experience the changes first. People are talking like they've already failed when they haven't even been tested. Change truly isn't that scary. Change is good.
Exactly. Things need to be pushed to live to see actual results from them. Even testing it on the PTB is not enough, since PTB has no matchmaking, people screw around more and the playerbase is more limited.
IMO the changes should be live for a month or so and then changes should be made, if any are needed. People need to get used to it first before we can have any valuable feedback.
-
Survivors can only abandon when the match is basically over for them. Killers should not have the option to just abandon when the game "dont go their way". Survivors, after all, also dont have that option.

Well your clearly in favor of this patch. The poster made this thread because of the relevance the patch has to do with the future of the game going forward. Yes, it has everything to do with the "topic".
OP created some scenario to have an argument. But IMO every scenario which involves "When I play Trapper…" is a bad scenario, since Trapper is the weakest Killer in the game and you can use this "argument" on anything, lol.
But nah, I dont care too much if they revert anything. I mean, they will do it anyway, most likely they scrap everything except for the incentives to discourage tunneling the Killers get, because the Devs have not the best track record when it comes to improving the Survivor experience. And to be honest, this Patch would actually give some Basekit-changes and not just bandaids as usual.
But my point to OP was more that there is a solution to their fabricated scenario, you dont have to pick the Survivor up to hook them, you can just slug them and still have Map Pressure.
-
60 to 90 seconds for one chase is a bad chase, not a good chase. The average chase time at high MMR was determined to be 70 seconds per Survivor. Not per chase, meaning downing a Survivor 3 times requires you to spend 70 seconds for it in total at high MMR.
If you need 60 to 90 seconds for ONE chase while 70 seconds for three chases is the average, even with 60 seconds (your lowest number) this one chase would be almost 3 times as long as the average at high MMR.

Would you be ok with bhvr reverting this if there was enough outcry? if not why?
Why do you ask me this? Does this have anything to do with the topic?
-
The same you can already do when you want to play around DS - slug. It is not that hard, it will take them 90 seconds to get up and if someone else has to do it, it is Map Pressure for you.

This has nothing to do with killers wanting to 4K every game, or even a "free" 4K. They just don't want to be a punching bag for SWFs, nor do they want to have their MMR tanked because they can only scrape a 1-2K before the gates are opened. Like what's the point of playing any killer below B-tier if they're punished for getting a kill before six hooks? Killers that have alternative kill pressure, like Sadako and Pig, will be dead in the water. Trapper would also be heavily punished because most survivors have no situational awareness, and will constantly go down because they'd keep stepping in traps.
Basic M1 killers who can't take advantage of the haste and base kit pop incentives will have no reason to cross the map to pressure gens, because they'd potentially lose their buffs before they can make use of them.
Sabbo squads, with the base kit unbreakable becoming permanent after 90 seconds, could quite literally force the killer to slug them to be able to pick themselves up and continuously disable hooks for 3 minutes. Stack on top of the Lithe+Sprint Burst+Vigil stacking and any killer below B-tier or even a new A and above tier, as I said above, becomes a punching bag for bully swfs and TikTok compilation videos.
Remember, this game lives on its killer player base. If killers are punished even for basic gameplay mistakes, be it their own or the survivors' misplays, they will leave the game because there won't be any reason for them to play killler. Why stick to a game where you're not having fun, or your fun is halved at the expense of others?
nor do they want to have their MMR tanked
This is such a bad argument. MMR is nothing which should be the goal of the game, MMR is not what players should aim for. MMR is in the game for matchmaking purposes and nothing more, it is no prize or anything. Losing MMR is also not a bad thing or anything.
And I would argue that people who heavily rely on tunneling already are at a too high MMR, because it is very easy to play the game when you tunnel as Killer and more Kills means more MMR-gain means stronger opponents. You can basically tunnel your way through higher MMRs until you face teams which are so good and actually deserve to be at that MMR, who will wipe the floor with you.
OPs example is perfect for this - if you lose 3 Gens in your first chase (which btw. does not mean that the game is lost, because you cannot see any Gen as equally important, but I know that this is something which people just dont understand), this means you have spent more than 90 seconds in that one chase. And considering that the average Chase time PER Survivor (not per Chase, per Survivor) is 70 seconds, if you spend 90 seconds to down one Survivor, you are clearly not good enough for the MMR you are on, which you only inflated with tunneling in the first place. (to repeat - 70 seconds average Chase Time per Survivor is downing a Survivor 3 times… so spending 90 seconds for one down is very bad)
I know I get Downvotes for this, because the truth is hard. But come on, people can at least try to think sometimes.
-
No. But honestly, if you lose 3 Gens before you get a Down, this means that you spent more than 90 seconds in that one Chase. This is quite long…

Most of the time, this is true.
I wonder if this will finally show the real stats gap between mid and high tiers. I wonder if tunneling was helping to hide that issue?
Tunneling certainly made those Killers much easier to win many games in a row with.
If they come in full, it might show quite significant and important stats. And honestly makes it easier to buff Killers if they fall off, since tunneling can hide A LOT. You can get so different results if you dont tunnel and if you tunnel.

Mangled was buffed five years ago lol. You're bringing up half a decade old buffs as "evidence that killers get buffs all the time!!!!!!1111!!"
And Regression Limits killed Surge and heavily nerfed Eruption. You can't use the two perks together, since the two perks activating once each is 3 regression events for a grand total of 22%, only 7% more than kicking it 3 times. Regression limits absolutely affect which builds I use on most killers.
And whining about losing the ability to stop regression by touching a gen is really showing your bias. The fact that it was ever a thing was a massive oversight by the devs. "The killer has to spend 3 seconds making it regress, but survivors only have to spend a tenth of a second undoing it." And the increase in kick percentage was literally 2.5%. That's literally 2.25 seconds of extra progress a survivor has to do. I'd rather be able to make it regress infinitely than waste 3 seconds to get an extra 2.25 seconds from a survivor.
Killer was at its strongest during the Overbrine Eruption meta. It is absolutely much weaker than it was 2 years ago lol.
Ok, last post to you since I can rather watch paint dry and spent my time more fruitful than discussing here.
First point - now you want to see a time limit? I always said that the game got better over time and this is a fact. If you want to narrow it down, why not do it to just one patch to prove your point? Not really valuable or anything, but it would bring a foundation to your "argument". So yes, Killers got buffed, from 2016 to 2025 they received Buffs over Buffs over Buff. And before you try to twist my words around again - I never said it is a bad thing, since Survivors were stupid overpowered. My statement was just neutral that Killer got better over time.
I dont think that the Regression Limit killed Surge and Eruption. Funnily enough Surge was the most used Killer Perk I faced the past week and I was seriously thinking it is bugged or something, since I have never seen that many Killers run Surge. But the fact is, I see both Perks being used (and use both myself on some Killers, obviously not together). If you cannot use them both together - who cares? Seriously, you have quite a few options to run and IMO a combination of Surge and Eruption is just bad, since you make all Gens regress with Surge in the area you downed the Survivor and then hinder yourself from applying Eruption on them.
That you say that I am whining about the removal of Gentapping is outrageous and also twisting my words. I never said it is a bad change, it is a good change that it happened, Gentapping was stupid. But Killers clearly won with that one, you almost never reach 8 Regression Limits on a Gen, but you will always have value from the 2,5% extra regression and from Survivors having to repair 5% before the Gen stops regressing. That you water down the removal of Gentapping and make it seem like Killers lost their ability to infinitely kick Gens for only 2,5% of extra regression is also quite an "interesting" way to argue - hiding half of the Buff (and quite a significant buff) does not really strengthen your argument, it is basically lying.
And I would even disagree with the last part - because back then Killer was only stronger than now if you were running that one specific Build - which not everyone did, because some players actually wanted a Challenge. Back then you could have run Eruption/CoB/Overcharge and win with ease, but not everyone wanted to do that. Nowadays Killer is completely fine and very good without having to run one specific overpowered Build, which I would say makes Killer stronger than back then.
Now, as I said, I wont argue with you anymore. I can spend my night better than just keep telling you that you are wrong and getting my words twisted around because you have no argument at all.

Where have I been? In the real world.
In the last couple years alone, survivors have gotten the activity HUD (which has been buffed twice), the removal of hook grabs, gen regression limits, anti-face camp, visual TR, 70 second hook timers, toolbox buffs, mangled nerfs, and now basekit INFINITE Unbreakable and anti-tunnel.
Meanwhile, in that same time period, killers got broken hook respawns, an extra 5% on gen kicks, and survivors can't tap gens anymore. Oh, and a nerf to self healing with medkits (followed by a slew of buffs to survivor healing perks lol). I would say that the survivor spawn logic was a buff, but I'm not quite sure that's the case. It usually means you lose a gen 30 seconds into the match if you're not playing a high mobility killer using Lethal.
I think survivors are doing just fine.
There is way more than you list here for Killers. I dont know why you even mention the Mangled Nerfs, when Mangled was buffed in the first place. Same with Hemorrhage, it used to do basically nothing and is now a fairly strong Status effect.
That you mention the Regression Limits, something which almost never happens in regular gameplay and downplay the increase in Kicks and even the removal of Gentapping is crazy. Killers won on this one, clearly.
So yeah, sorry, but Killer only got better over the years and nothing you try will change that, since it is a complete fact. Who plays for a few years and thinks that Killer is now worse than before is doing something seriously wrong.

Are… are you saying that killers have gotten more basekit buffs than survivors? Where have you been the last three years lol.
Where have you been the last 9 years? Yes, the Killer experience only got better over the years. 2025 was better than 2024. 2024 was better than 2023. And so on.
If you claim something else you are delusional.

Survivors adapt? To what? They've used the same meta perks for like 9 years.
This has nothing to do with my post, so why do you quote me? I said that Killers want Survivors to adapt, but dont want to adapt themselves. This has nothing to do with Survivors actually adapting or not.
But yes, Survivors usually adapt, since we are not talking about Perks here (which I have also written, so I wrote two sentences and you misunderstood both..), since Survivors got way more Basekit-Changes over the years and complaints usually go down much quicker compared to Killer Basekit-Changes.
-
I mean, this was to be expected. If the Map Offering Change comes thorugh, certain Killer Builds are not possible anymore. And I highly disagree with the proposal that the Killer should have a very high chance to get a Map, because this would not only make some "fun" Builds like Mirror Myers possible again, but also every Nurse which throws Midwich etc.
Aside from that, I think Scratched Mirror Myers is just not good anymore. It is a Fun-Build, but the DBD-Community nowadays does not do Fun-Builds without the intention to still 4K. So in my experience, instead of trying to jumpscare people, wait around corners to hit them or try to grab them from Gens, Scratched Mirror Myers was mostly played as "hurr durr no Terror Radius, so I camp next to the Hook", which is not fun.
-
Because Killers always want Survivors to adapt, but dont want to adapt themselves. And I mean actually adapt and not only switch nerfed Slowdown-Perk A for unnerfed Slowdown-Perk B.
-
Changes read good. People obviosuly complain, because they played 0 games with those changes but think they know how impactful they are.
But I also know that BHVR will either scrap everything except for the Killer Benefits (because they think that incentives are enough) or water it down so much after the PTB or 1 week on Live that you barely notice anything.
So no high hopes here, but a bit of entertainment because of all this panic.

Killer Bloodwebs are fine because Killers only have a third of the Bloodweb Items which Survivors have.

They wont. BHVR rarely backpedals on things they did wrong and adding and nerfing Fog Vials basically immediatly to the point the became unuseable is one thing they wont revert. They will also not revert Maps and Keys, they somehow made them even worse than before, so we are just stuck with it.
@Topic:
Yeah, the Bloodweb-Clutter is insane. But this is the case for years, this is nothing new. Survivors have so much bad junk in their Bloodwebs and you will not really get to the good stuff. And this is only the Survivor Bloodweb Items, things which affect both sides like the useless Fog Offerings or the useless Map Offerings are on top of that.

There is way higher chance that survivor will be toxic for no valid reason only because he didnt slept well so you are to be blamed for this and its not because there are more survivors than killers, its always survivor not killer, if you get killer who will beging behaving toxic in chatt its 99% because he got toxic squad game before and now he is frustrated so he is being toxi to you.
This is utter nonsense. While it is true that you will most likely encounter more Survivors who are toxic because there are simply more Survivors, blaming Survivors when a Killer is toxic is such a bad take. You really act as if Killers are pure little Angels who need to be protected and a Killer by themselves can never ever be toxic and when they act toxic, it is the Survivor side who is at fault, because they had to face a toxic squad before.
Yikes.
-
You are not missing out on anything, it is just something they threw together in 15 minutes. The Achievement is also hard to get since most Killers seem to bee line to the Gen in that super awesome totally news-worthy new Tile, because they know that there will be Survivors who try to get the Achievement done.
Honestly, BHVR should just delete the Achievement, this would make everyone way happier.

Most toxic killers are just frustrated from previous matches against toxic teams so they beat their anger and frustration on others and think they will behave to them like previous teams. I had some sabbo or flashlight annoying squads which were normal and friendly in chatt and then worst are sore loosers swfs they are worst toxic creatures in this game.
Why is it always that toxic Survivors are just the pure evil and toxic Killers are only toxic because they had a frustrating match before this?
Both sides have toxic people. Toxic DBD-players are toxic because they are toxic, not because they play "role I currently dont play".

Fully agree. I think a lot of people avoid playing survivor in 2v8 simply because there’s a good chance they’ll be facing Legion. I have no problem with Legion in 1v4 (except for teammates who often don’t know how to play against them), but in 2v8 it’s way too easy for them to injure most of the team and the other killer gets 2-3 downs in a short time very easily. Or you get Oni who has his power permanently the entire match.
Yeah, exactly, Legion is totally fine in 1v4. But having a Killer with an ability to easy injure many people and then another Killer who can get the Downs is just too much.
But sadly I dont really see that they will remove Legion from 2v8. It would be the best solution, but I just dont see it.
-
2017 called and wants their posts back.
-
Agreed. In general I think that this Skin is insanely overpriced and everything is linked, which makes it less attractive to buy. I dont play Houndmaster, but if I would, I would probably only want the Outfit and would happily buy it alone, but not if I am forced to buy and play the Dog-Skin.
And I think ultimately it would make them more money if you could mix&match the Power AND can buy it separately. E.g. if there is a new Billy-Chainsaw which I like, but the Skin attached to it is not my thing, I will not buy anything. But if they would be separated, I would buy the Chainsaw itself and use it.
They can also make the power a bit more expensive then and offer a discound if you buy the full set.

Well that would require a soft rework and I doubt devs will do that however I do thing if we just shorten mending down to like 3 seconds it won't be much of a problem
The solution is to remove Legion from 2v8. Not every Killer needs to be in 2v8 (in fact, not every Killer will be in 2v8 anyway, since not every License Holder will agree), so there is not really any need to keep Legion around in 2v8. It is just a terrible Killer for this mode and does not really fit at all.
-
As others have sad, as long as Survivor is not made more appealing in 2v8 it will not change. And I dont think that BHVR wants it, since they are once again trying to make Survivors play with massive BP-Gains, which probably solves the problem a little bit, not not enough to have a good amount of queuetimes as Killer.
In the end, 2v8 is very killer-sided, meaning that you will not have as much fun as Survivor. And it is also not really a novelty for Survivors, since you are basically doing the same as in 1v4 just with more Gens to do, so you do more of the most unfun part of Survivor gameplay.
And until this changes, we will be stuck with long Killer queues for 2v8. And this is without any other problems which might be in the gamemode (e.g. certain Killers).
-

I saw it as well. I didn't know just how bad the stream had gone. BHVR is basically putting negative effort into the game, being more obstructive to its own content creators than the hackers.
Same here. I heard about the stream, but it was even more embarrassing with the tech difficulties (with Chandlers mic being bad and then muted) or how rude they were towards Chandler when he mentioned that Otz proposed a solution.
@Topic:
Yeah, saw the same video. Kind of a joke to be honest… You cannot expect good results if you put in the bare minimum of everything. And BHVR is certainly making enough money to purchase things which might help to detect things in DBD. They would even get support from Epic to implement it.
-
IMO Chatting should still be possible. But I would agree that you should not be able to view other peoples profiles or see their Nicknames when you turn on Anonymous Mode. After all, you should not have access to things you are hiding yourself.
-
Its mainly fun for the Killers because they can play with a friend. Survivor is miserable in 2v8 and BHVR is not really doing any actual improvements. I mean, we are at the 5th (or 4th?) iteration of 2v8 and they still want to make Survivors play by giving them a msasive BP-Bonus.
And I think even for Killers the novelty wears off. I dont really play 2v8 and always groan if I see that they implement challenges where you are forced to play 2v8. As I said, Survivor is miserable. But Killer is also not that fun for me, especially after that one time where I waited 30 minutes in a queue just to have the other Killer playing as Wraith and sandbagging me the whole game. Personally, I also think that the play while you wait-feature is not really a good solution. It is A solution, but not a good one. Because in the end, if I want to play Killer, I want to play Killer, not Survivor. And apparently there are Killers out there who queue and then try to get out of the game as fast as possible when their wait time for playing Killer is coming to an end to be in the Killer Lobby ASAP.
And, I have not experienced that myself, having to wait for Killers to end their Survivor-Matches as Survivor just increases the queuetimes…
So yeah, people like 2v8, but I think those will become less and less and for me personally it is a waste of time to work on that mode.
-
Honestly, it is kind of embarrassing. I know that it was unlikely that Bugs get fixed from their apology video and announcement of Roadmap-changes to the release of 2v8, but it has a VERY bad look that a few days after the "We will focus on Bugs"-video 2v8 returns with a Bug which was in two previous iterations of 2v8.
This is just a super bad look and does not really inrease any trust in the Dev Team.

I mean, yeah, Spooknjukes will be save over 99% of the time. Most of it are hollow threats, I would agree with that.
But since it only takes 1 lunatic who actually wants to do something IRL to make it a really dangerous situation, this should really not be ignored.
-
Vecna overall is a bit overtuned, but I think this is mainly because of his Fly-ability. That one can get a Nerf, otherwise he is fine and really strong.
-
The Devs cannot really do anything here and it is also not really their responsibility to do something. What the Devs can do is to ban for death threats and similar things when they happen via the DBD Chat, but thats about it. If someone is doing that on a Discord Server or via Email, it is not the responsibility of the Devs to do something and they are not able to do anything there. Because even if you recognize Nicknames or so, does not mean that those are the actual people behind it.
It is on SpooknJukes to go to the authorities with that and then hopefully get legal action against those people.
-
Basekit Killer Buffs are really bad. Especially some of those you named, e.g. Deadlock Basekit, which is one of the best Killer Perks in the game. You even say that it helps weaker Killers and while this is true, every Nurse and every Blight would also have a benefit from it.
It is better to buff individual Killers to not make the stronger Killers even stronger.

The system is meaningless. While you cannot facecamp anymore, facecamping was never good to begin with. And even with the AFC you can be so close to the Hook as Killer that you are easily there before the Unhook happens to at least get a trade.

Sorry if you missunderstood anything of what I said, but I answered everything very nice, and I told you I wasn't that Sadako, or if your question was about doing something to upset someone.. what do you mean? Like tunneling or something? No, I don't do that, and, again, as I told you, even if someone does that, that is in the game.. that is not a reason to insult anybody or harass.
Last reply to you, since I dont really want to repeat myself and stay with the opinion that you can just close the Endgame Chat. Yes, BHVR should (and they do!) ban for things which go over the line, but the first protection is always what you can do. And since you refuse to do it, I dont know what to say to be honest.
And no, this was not about tunneling or anything, in fact the Killer in question did not tunnel at all (something which you also claim) and was quite upset about what my teammates did in the game. And since your writing style is quite similar to this person, I was just curious if it was you. Nothing more. Your response to this just indicates to me that you are also not always nice in Endgame Chat.

I did reported a lot of people and I never saw anyone get banned, or almost anyone in more than 2 years, so, yeah, I think a Ticket is necesary.
Strange for not disabling the endgame chat? As I said, in a videogame, I want to make friends, and that kind of behaviour shouldn't be allowed.
And I'm not exaggerating, if you got a good experience overall, I'm happy for you, but don't accuse me of that, or even liying of what I am saying, because I'm talking about something very serious who everyone should support, because is not good for anyone. For real you want to keep people unbanned for saying "die" "get cancer", etc? That''s what I find kinda strange, ngl.
And no, I didn't played yesterday, and I even if someone camps or whatever, is a strategy of the game.. or do you find that a reason to wish him to die irl for killing you in a videogame which his rol is to kill you?
Oh, I was just asking with my latest paragraph. But your reactions indicates to me that you are also not always nice in Endgame Chat if you come at me with that when I simply asked a question.
-
First of all, BHVR bans for things like that, if they are too much. You dont even need to write a Support Ticket, an ingame report is enough.
Seconds, the solution to disable Endgame Chat is not bad or anything. You have a way to not have to bother with those Comments, so use it. Yes, ideally you should not have to do that, but you have to do it and you can do it. Not doing it is kind of strange IMO.
And third you are probably exaggerating or not being very nice when playing, from my own experience I dont really encounter toxic Behavior too much, but it usually happens if someone gets upset about anything which another player has been done. Sure, sometimes those are very insignificant things, but sometimes being upset can be valid. So are you doing anything special that you get negative Endgame Chats that often?
And unrelated - could it be possible that we played against each other yesterday? Have you played as Anon Sadako on Forgotten Ruins yesterday evening/yesterday night? Against a team which let Survivors go to second Hook Stage? Just curious, since you are writing very similar to that person I faced yesterday. EU-Servers. -

Why do you always post Bug Reports in General Discussion?

Hey folks. I totally hear your concerns here, but also want to give some background. Balancing is an iterative process that takes time to find a sweet spot, and this is very much another step in that process. To quote one of my favourite fantasy series', "journey before destination".
We 100% want to hear your feedback once you get a chance to play a few Trials with this new change, so please let us know how it's feeling. We're here to grab that feedback and make sure the team is made aware.
Second paragraph - why the knee jerk reaction then if you want to give people a chance to play a few trials? You nerfed the Fog Vials into the ground after a few days instead of just waiting for a longer time before the userate is normalized (and new toy syndrome wears off) and Killers would get used to seeing them in Trials.
Now you are telling us that we can just provide feedback and have to wait, while the last week was filled with complaints that Fog Vials are not really useable anymore since you can clearly see in them. In fact, reducing the charges to 2 (which even without the previous nerf is a very low number) does not even matter at all, since it is not worth bringing Fog Vials in the slightest.
Seriously, dont collect any "feedback" which will not be taken into account anyway and just remove them. Nobody wants to spend BPs on that Junk.

Yeah, the main reason why you dont get many Party Streamers is because the Survivor Bloodweb is just overloaded with Junk. They seriously should remove a lot of Add Ons and Items, there is no need to have 4 different Medkits which are all the same aside from a small Buff in altruistic healing for the higher Tiers. They should just pick a middle ground and then remove the rest.
Same for Toolboxes, you dont need 5 different Toolboxes, one for Repairing and one for Sabotage is all which is needed. A ton of Flashlight Add Ons can be retired as well, since they barely do anything and are a relict of the past.
Adding Fog Vials which are useless now did not really solve that problem, since all Add Ons they retired for Keys and Maps (which was a good thing) just were filled with Fog Vial Add Ons.
And they should remove Map Offerings. With their low chance they are not worth taking, so better just remove them. Would also remove a ton of Items in the BPS-Rarity, which would make BPS become more common. (Even tho, I have the suspicion that the droprate of BPS is lower than other Items of that rarity)

Wow I didn't think Still sight was so hated
I dont think it is hated, it is just not a really good Perk. I would not say it is a very bad Perk either, but you probably can run a ton of information Perks over Still Sight and its use in chase is pretty limited.
And as I said, when the Perk came out some people were freaking out that it will be the new Object of Obsession and that it will be OP, just to not see any play at all. And while it certainly got better with 2 seconds of activation time instead of 4 seconds, I would still say it is really far from OP. It is useable now, but thats about it.
You can probably rather use Scene Partner and Eye of Belmont when you want information in Chase.

Are we at the point again where we think that Still Sight is a good Perk? Will this be a yearly thing? I still remember when the Perk released and was called "new Object of Obsession".

I am not sure what it will be to be honest. I am not really excited for anymore content tbh. All the issues we have in the game and how long it takes to fix the content we already have. How could I be excited for new content when the same fate will just be that.
Same here. The Devs are just not able to manage 4 Main Chapters with Side Chapters on top of it. I said for a long time they should go for 3 Chapters/year instead of 4 Chapters. And well, with how lazy and bad the TWD-implementation was and while I also dont want to be negative, but I see high potential that another license gets ruined by its DBD-implementation.
ESPECIALLY because it is the December-Chapter and those have a history to be the most buggy ones (and my main reason why I say that they should go for 3 Chapters/year..).
The only thing I am somewhat curious about are the QoL-Updates, but considering their track record on those and the fact that they can also be released up until December, I expect some barely thought out things which will not really help which get shoved into the December-Update.

I mean the comparison than when something happend people are telling the victim "why did you even go there?" or something like that.
The goal shoulndt be "well if you dont want to be insulted dont use the chat" if thats the attidude why is there a chat?
Meh. You have a way to avoid the toxic Endgame Chat (even tho I would also say that you should be able to disable it completely), if you do not use it, this is on you.
Not really compareable to IRL-Situations where you cannot just click a button and avoid it.
