Who cares if generators are going slower when you can just bypass the remaining generators with a key?

I been on both sides, I've used keys and been on the receiving end of them as well, they are identical to pre-nerf mori and should be removed / reworked. In fact, anything that allows you to skip your objective should just be nerfed to the ground or have significant requirements.

Keys can reworked to do something different that doesn't include giving survivors potentially free escapes. Heck, make them stronger in other aspects, but the fact that they have no counterplay besides tunneling and using Franklin's, is a mistake. When I see a lobby full of flashlights, I'm not forced to use Lightborn because flashlights have reasonable counterplay — they can keep the killer on their toes, but keys are a whole different ball game since you have very little influence against them.

"Who cares if generators are going slower when you can just bypass the remaining generators with a key?"

Yeah, that's not how keys work. Sorry.

Keys open the hatch. The hatch won't appear for a full team unless all 5 gens are done. I don't know why you don't seem to know that. If you are talking about after Survivors have started dying, perhaps you should have started by tunneling the person with the key, or hell, just bring Franklin's Demise, which solves the problem fairly neatly.

Just because you aren't good at counterplay for a specific item, doesn't mean the counterplay doesn't exist.

My point would be that a killer should 3 gen if there is an infinite on the map. You can't do gens from the infinite. If the room temperature killer chases the infinite all the gens pop. If room temp survivors try to save they all get hooked. If the survivors do gens, 3 escape. If the killer leaves the infinite, 1 survives for that time period.

I see what you mean with the 4 to 1 ratio, however, that implies the killer must follow the loop and not patrol gens.

I love a good 3 gen as much as the next doctor main, and I gotta say, RNG can make that simply not possible. Some maps, like the Game, for instance, can make a 3 gen a pipe dream with the smallest amount of RNGesusing.

All maps let you work on gens while the killer is camping one Survivor though, even if he hooks right next to a gen, that still leaves 6 others to work on, and you only need 5.

Did you know jimmy johnson is a very famous football coach. So is tunneling like quartebacking or coaching? Lol

I am survivor main. When i get tunneled i get mad at myself for letting it happen.

I had no idea. Seriously that is a funny coincidence I picked the name because I was hungry and thinking about getting some Jimmy John's for lunch when I wrote that.

Because if the game crashes I get the dc penalty why have it if it still happens I've played this game 5 years and seen everything but I'm killer main and il play survivor every once in a while and wonder like ######### this killer is trash camping I just know how to play killer 4k and never camp cause ppl will stop playing after that so much that's why I play killer atleast I know il make the game fair for them as well

Ok. So this time you went back to complaining about being disconnected (not a side effect of being tunneled, maybe get your network or system checked out) and went on to how unhappy being camped makes you (again, not the issue at hand, tunneling isn't camping)

You didn't answer either question I asked.

Now that we have made the game so easy for killer streamers and brand new players, by removing a survivors ability to deny downs to a killer. We should remove the ability for killers to deny hook saves for players.

Infinites had no counterplay for downing that survivor without losing the game yourself, and facecamping has no counterplay for saving that survivor without dying yourself. As long as you aren't playing against a brain dead killer, you are subject to the killer's "infinite hook".

Killers cry they have no objective late game, and it's fine to stand at hook until they die! I remember survivors looping killers 10 minutes plus at infinites because there were no objectives late game either, and killers threw a fit. They regurgitate what they've been told over and over; that facecamping won't win games. Running an infinite won't win the game either, you have to leave it to do gens, but they were removed anyway because it isn't fun to play against. Survivors are told to deal with facecamping, just sit there and watch your team do gens. Remember when killers would chase infinites while all the gens popped? Funny.

Killers love being able to stand at a hook while you can't do anything, but cry out in pain when you ran a loop they couldn't do anything about. Now that we have kill based matchmaking in the works I'm worried "high level" play will just be killers abusing infinite hooks.

Seeing killers that actually take skill get nerfed like Billy, Nurse etc. while Bubba gets buffed at facecamping really shows the direction this game is going thanks to all the hypocrites. I'm not upset they removed infinites, I think if you are going to remove a gameplay mechanic you should remove the other sides equivalent. Imagine how many would throw a fit if people said "infinites need to be in the game" "Just 3 gen" "Not every game is a win".

There's a big difference, let's see if you can spot it.

Killer chases Survivor around infinite loop, gens pop, survivor team wins.

Killer facecamps 1 Survivor to death while the others hit gens. Gens pop, Survivor team wins.

    Get it?

Well, you should go check how to calculate the reliability of statistics, how it works and you would know that the stats the developers provided have a 99%+ accuracy and that all special events are insignificant cause the population studied is way too big.

You claim that, but the simple truth is, you don't know if that is the case.

You don't know if 10, 100 1,000 or even 10,000 people disconnected just today. Without that context you're just yanking assumptions out of your booty. You have one single piece and use it to bash the heads of anyone who dares to disagree with you, but as much as you may love to inflate the importance of that piece, it's still one small piece in the overall system. That (and the simple fact that again, according to the stats Nurse is the worst killer in the game) is why people have, do, and will continue to discount your opinion every time you try to back it up with the killrate, because killrate is just 1 piece, not the whole puzzle.

  • @YourNightmare said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2042981#Comment_2042981

STATS PROVIDED DON'T CONSIDER DISCONNECTS - both sides DC

STATS PROVIDED DON'T CONSIDER HOOK SUICIDES - THEY SUICIDE CAUSE THEY KNOW THEY DON'T STAND A CHANCE, THEY WOULD END UP DEAD ANYWAY

STATS PROVIDED DON'T SEE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BASEMENT BUBBA AND DEFAULT BUBBA GAMEPLAYS AND SO ON - and where does it change the stats ? Bubba pick rate is low enough that this behavior doesn't affect the global killrate

STATS PROVIDED DON'T SEE WHEN RED RANK SURVIVOR IS 500 HOURS AND RED RANK KILLER IS 2K HOURS (F/E) - number of hours doesn't make you good at the game, no correlation between a survivor and a killer having the same amount of hours as both gameplay are totally different, anyway, it works the other way, a team of 2k hours survivors vs a 500hours killer

STATS PROVIDED DON'T SEE WHEN KILLER IS USING STRONG PERKS AND ADDONS AND WHEN IS NOT - and ? Perks and addons exist, we speak about the overall balance, not about the balance without perks/addons

STATS PROVIDED DON'T CONSIDER MAP RNG, BLOODWARDEN&NOED COMEBACKS, 2-3 MAN HATCH ESCAPES, UNBREAKABLE COMEBACKS ON 3-4 SLUGS AND MANY OTHER THINGS LIKE THIS - Map RNG is a part of the game, all map patterns have been used for the stats as the number of trials is extremely big, overall it doesn't change the game balance.

Honestly, when i read this, i see a little kid that didn't go to school enough and don't understand anything about stats. Go to school and then come back when you have learnt.

Kill rate on hundred of thousands trials is around 70% PERIOD it means that on 100000 trials, there will be 70000 kills, do you understand this ? So what, in those 100k trials there have been only bubba face camping in the basement ? Or they all used OP addons or better, they all suicided, in every trials or even better, there have been 100k diffrent RNG patterns.

See how dumb what you say is ? On hundred of thousands trials, all your ######### comments are insignificant cause nothing in there is big enough to change the stats.

If 50% of survivors disconnected and 50% of killers disconnected in a 100 game span, that would still be 50 killers and 100 Survivors who disconnected. The 4v1 nature of the game gets you every time.

Without the context of disconnect rates per role, we cannot honestly calculate how they affect your killrate stats. Same with afk, same with how many survivors work with the killer or troll their teammates. You have patted one ear and think from that you can describe the elephant.

    So early in the morning

Wow, so because M. Mark Twain wrote this, it might be the super truth :).

How long have you looked for this ? xD

So who is Mark Twain ?

A writer, a humorist and a publisher. Studies ? None

Next time you want to speak about mathematics (again), educate yourself. Don't ask a ######### writer how mathematics are working. :)

Actually it's something that always sticks around in my head whenever you post about the stats you slavishly adhere to despite having no real context for them. As has been pointed out to you multiple times (that you've ignored) if the killrate stats were as solid and correct as you claim, nurse would necessarily be buffed, as time and time again, she sits at the bottom of the rankings. Of course those who put time into the game know better.

Here we go round the mulberry bush

  • Doctor:

You love the strategy more than anything else. A good Survivor team and a close match will always feel better than steamrolling over 4 noobs. If you give a survivor the hatch, it's out of respect for that Survivor's skills shown during the match more often than any other reason.

  • @JasmineDragon said:

the solution is to make hook proximity slow the sacrifice timer. I am yet to see any explanation as to how this wouldnt instantly fix the problem entirely

I believe that was attempted once, and all that ended up happening is survivors looping straight to the hook in every chase, sometimes running around it. One of those ideas that sounds great in theory, but is too easy to abuse

  • @JasmineDragon said:

Tunneling means you aren't applying pressure. Try tunneling at red ranks and see how fast you get Gen rushed. Its a dick move and objectively a bad choice.

If you can't balance hunting and gen defense that's more a "you" problem than a "me" problem. No need to project those shortcomings onto me :)

I still want to answer this a bit despite me only having like 400 posts.

I have social anxiety in real life so I've been spending the past month to hang over here to see if I could make any friends. It hasn't worked out, unfortunately. I wish things were that easy. Hopefully I still have the urge to stay on here though, I don't know.

After putting up with the torment my friends put me through, I had to leave 'em. Now I'm just a loner who talks to 3 other people individually because they're the only ones who support me. So now I'm just studying in my new high school and hoping to be able to make friends there, even if it's online.

I started playing DBD on PC in late 2018 with 1.8k hours at the moment.

Straight out, high school is the worst. You'll find your people in time, just follow your interests, but don't worry about making friends in high school, that's just people who live in the same school district, nothing makes them any better than those you'll meet later in life. I'm 35 now, and can honestly say each year since 18 has been better than the last. Just remember all the BS you face in school is temporary. Hope that helps :)

I dunno man maybe it's cos as a killer I don't tend to camp and disallow his or her team to unhook mates and have a little longer match run?, also can't see how that would benefit the killer, by the time that persons 2 gens are fixed so basically wasting their time as well? 🤔

It only benefits the killer if the Survivors who aren't hooked let it benefit the killer.

The killer has basically decided to gamble on the survivors being more interested in trying for the unhook than they are doing gens. If the Survivors do gens instead of falling for it, they'll get out and he'll get nothing but a loss and a single kill for his time. If it happens to that killer often enough, he will change tactics, or just be stuck with the potatoes forever

  • This isn't even good bait. Kindred is one of the healthiest Survivor perks out there, especially for solo Survivors. I would support making it basekit, in fact. Don't want them to see you? Get away from the hook, problem solved.

  • @HEXSLAYER999 said:

Aside from that, tunneling isn't "efficient". Its just a telltale sign that the killer might be the type of player "that whines a lot afterwards" if they dont get 4ks.

Reminder as per all killer main twitchers: 4ks are not supposed to be guaranteed. The game has been changed many times and one of which being that 4ks are a staple of skill. The game has been changed so many times in order to distinguish skillful players from bad ones.

Being a bad player isnt a criticism btw; it just means practice (look at twitch videos, try new perks, try not tunneling/camping).

My argument for being an unskilled player is not one sided. Unskilled survivors can try walking to objectives instead of running at begining of matches-killers can see scratch marks.

Same offer I made kingfrost. If you can find any post where I ever complained that I didn't get a 4k, or even a 3k, feel free to post that evidence here. Until then you are just pulling assumptions out of your booty.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2040948#Comment_2040948

Tha'ts what happened in Deathgarden. And see where that game is now. Players don't care about incentives. They care if what they're doing works toward their goal. Or else, facecamping Bubbas wouldn't exist. Hunters in Deathgarden didn't care if they got fewer point with instant executions. They cared that they could get a 4k every time. The devs tried to justify keeping the mechanics using the more-points reasoning, until they had to tame it, because Hunters didn't care and it was killing the game. Still, the new version was yet a very tunnel-y one and more unbalanced than what we have in DbD and eventually the players left.

Tunneling is a logical strat. It's also an unhealthy design flaw that if left totally uncontrolled would kill the game. Again, we know that for a fact with Deathgarden.

Is tunneling bad? We can call it however we want. In a casual game, people want a chance at playing the game they paid for. If they don't get it, they just move on to a different game. Nobody would play a game that is insta-getting-rehooked simulator or staring contests with the killer when hooked. Just like nobody would've played impossible-to-catch-prey with old infinites, double pallets etc.

This is a multiplayer game with real people. And real people don't like becoming surrogates for a NPCs.

Is it in the game? Then, of course, go ahead and use it. Is it 'good' just because 'it's in the game'. Not at all.

Never played deathgarden, which I suppose could be seen as something that bolsters your point.

Facecamping is a completely different argument. Those players aren't trying to win the match, and if they do get a 4k it's because it was pretty much handed to them by Survivors that don't know what the term "unsafe unhook" means. I can't speak to those motives, because I don't camp like that, even in egc I'll stay out of melee range of the hook so it's still fun to try to block the save, and prefer trying to hook a different Survivor before they get the save, as it's more fun for me than staring at some dude on a hook for 3 minutes.

I keep seeing the argument that tunneling is stopping someone from playing the game, and I wholly disagree with that. Most Survivor mains say the fun is the chase, not fixing gens. Well to tunnel 1 Survivor I have to win at least 4 chases back to back with them. What are they doing during that time if not playing the game? Again, when I play overwatch I would much rather heal my teammates than constantly respawn and run back, but even so, I am not going to claim the people focus firing me are denying me the chance to play the game. They are just forcing me to adapt to their strategy, which is how all of multiplayer games have worked since I had to take my pc down the street to play with my friends on their lan.

  • @KingFrost said:

People keep saying that Tunneling is just 'efficient'. But it's really not. Like against a weaker team, sure. It's efficient. They'll never get the gens done. They were never going to get them done. A team that's mildly efficient will destroy a tunneler. Once you recognize the killer's strategy, you don't go for the save. You just sit on generators, and then leave the trial and the killer gets a 1K because they want to be 'efficient'. Then they come on the forums and whine about how hard the game is, and how the game is Survivor sided. They cry about Decisive Strike, which the game actually warns them about ahead of time, and don't get why they're losing games. They cry about borrowed time, and body blocking, and flashlights. They cry about gen speeds, which they're doing nothing to interrupt. Failing to understand that their strategy is what's failing them.

Had a Plague the other day who tunneled me straight off the hook. Ignored my rescuer entirely. Thanks to Dead Hard, I made some distance, got to a pallet. She had to chase away a teammate who was ready to pallet stun the pickup. Then another team picked me up. We got the last gens done, she got one kill, then DC'd when we got the exit gates 99'ed. Hope she enjoyed her probably 30 minute penalty, given that she wasn't particularly good and was inclined to DC whenever things didn't go her way.

You get no snowballing with Tunneling, and snowballing is how you generate real pressure.

If you can find a single post where I ever stated the game was Survivor sided, or even complained that ds exists, by all means feel free to post those here. Same for bt, body blocking and flashlight/pallet saves.

I support survivors using any and every advantage they have against the killer's strategy, that's what makes games fun, people constantly adapting to the other side. I wouldn't tunnel in 75% of my matches if it didn't work so well, when Survivors I am playing against change their tactics in the game, I do as well. But they generally don't, or if they do it's not until they're down a survivor already, which is why I continue the tactic. It works. Tunnel the weak looper out, find a good 3-4 gen spot you can defend, and you're golden.

I don't camp, not out of altruism, but because it's a poor strategy that takes from my score even if I (somehow) manage to win with it.

  • @NMCKE said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2041573#Comment_2041573

The main problem I find with the hatch is survivors using keys to bypass their objective. In the last 5 games, I had two key escapes — One was a single and another was a double SWF escape.

Survivors may say, "They needed to complete some generators to spawn it in" but they don't consider how fast generators can go. We already know 5 generators can be done with an effective team, but with a key, we're talking about preventing 3-4 generators from getting completed.

I'm playing as the Nurse and it's still challenging to stop survivors with keys, they often focus on generators. Inexperienced groups usually get destroyed by my Devour Hope + Thrill combo since they ignore bones, but experienced groups can get at least 3 generators done and escape before my Devour Hope + Thrill combo overwhelms them.

All in all, it's mainly keys that give the hatch a bad name, but to be fair, if we remove the hatch, we have to make exit gates spawn identical to Léry's and Hawkin's Lab to prevent the gates from being too easy to patrol. 😁

Even if everyone has a key the hatch wont spawn until 5 gens are done.

The only way for it it spawn sooner is with fewer Survivors alive, which means the gens will be going slower as there are fewer people fixing them.

  • @romones848484 said:

Also BT/DS isn't much of a counter it only buys the survivor a few seconds it's not a true counter alot of killers will just leave you on ground and wait out the DS as for BT in alot of the situations it won't even activate like If you're a freddy as killer and the survivor is in dream state

It's as much of a counter as it needs to be. You also have 3 completely different people who could help.

  • @romones848484 said:

Tunneling is camping, killers who pretend to leave the vicinity and linger around the hook just to come right back and down the survivor without any chance to flee away is camping/tunneling

Tunneling is tunneling, camping is camping. If I leave the hook, by definition I'm not camping it. If I see the notification that you got unhooked and I am not chasing a different Survivor, why wouldn't I come back to where I know at least 2 Survivors are? If you are silly enough to stick around after being unhooked, don't be surprised that you get smacked down again.

  • @HectorBrando said:

If you get rid of the hatch people would camp one of the Exit Gates instead of the hatch and then you get slugged for the 4º kill while the Killer searches for whoever is hidding waiting for you to die and EGC to start, it would make no difference.

    Pretty much this.

Removing hatch or keys won't make survivors who aren't team players become team players, it'll just take the fun out of the 1v1 last Survivor alive scenarios. Personally I like trying to find and close the hatch before the last Survivor, it keeps the end fresh and stops it from just being a foregone conclusion.

Wait, you think fixing 8 gens in 2 matches is somehow special?

Or that winning 4 games in a night is?

    Ok then.

  • Must have forgotten to read up on the latest chapter of the Survivor's rulebook for killers. I'm going to tell you the same thing I had to tell my 6 year old niece when she was crying because her sister beat her in monopoly.

Playing fair is playing within the stated rules of the game, not whatever rules one side wants to makeup beforehand.

No people that tunnel are skilless bots that just want to punish players cause they can't find any one it is utter laziness but I will never tunnel and I guarantee I'm a better killer and get more 4ks then anybody whining about gen rush

Someone is having a rough time in the tater ranks. It's cool, you can hop on your other profile later to agree with yourself again and try to feel better.

And your destroying the fun of the survivor because you are crap at patroling gens git gud

If your fun is "destroyed" because you were killed in a video game by the killer, than it was too fragile to survive regardless.

Ok I've been looking for Empathy for 10 minutes and I CAN'T FIND IT. PLEASE END MY SUFFERING

(search bar for perks already unlocked fyi)

(EDIT: imagine making this thread then realising they're in ALPHABETICAL ORDER. Call me a scrub. Still I do prefer the search bar even if it's only like 5 seconds quicker)

Just because they are alphabetical doesn't mean you are wrong about how helpful a search function would be.

Had another bad match today. Feng got hooked early in the match but instead of waiting until we save her she tried suiciding on hook i saved her, instead of helping the team she decides to throw every ######### pallets until the ######### killer eventually got her on ######### hook again and ######### died. What she did was ######### worse than ######### dcing since she put us at a massive disadvantage by ######### throwing down every single ######### pallets.

    That sucks

I wish there was a way you could block "teammates" who do nothing but help you lose, so you won't be teamed up with them again.

My only problem with tunneling is that sometimes you can't stop it from happening. I know BT and DS exist and I use them but killers have ways around them sometimes.

I love BT and run it often as I want the person I unhook to have a fair chance to get away. BT is just great but not EVERYONE is going to bring it unfortunately also undetectable / oblivious completely bypasses it. I'm looking at you Freddy. Still BT is a really handy way of helping to alleviate the tunneling problem but heck I've seen killers hit the BT survivor I saved and then continue to chase them and tunnel them out because they know they have to mend etc. in which case all I can do is shrug and try to intervene but if a killer is hardcore dedicated there is no saving that person.

And DS like yeah it can work but only if they pick you up in which case you could force a grab by entering locker I guess but yeah otherwise most killers will leave you slugged for 60 seconds. Now I know what people are gonna say "If a killer leaves you slugged for 60 seconds then they aren't tunneling you" yeah well it is if they proxy camp you. Not everyone runs DS unbreakable either even though it is a strong combo and I've seen plenty of instances where I get picked up and then downed again immediately.

If a killer wants to tunnel you out they can and usually will succeed especially if you aren't the best player.

Oh side note, Second Wind can be amazing for being tunneled off hook as well as long as you can survive long enough for the self heal to trigger.

I understand killer is difficult and they have to generate pressure any way possible but tunneling and camping can feel especially horrendous at times especially when it's being done just to spite an unfortunate survivor that's done nothing wrong. I have no problem with strategic slugging, camping or tunneling as, IMO they are all high risk high reward tactics. Any of them can easily backfire if the killer isn't doing things right

You should be looking to your teammates more. You've got 3 Survivors with you to take protection hits, try and draw attention, or even just go for saves and sabotages. Perks are good, but gameplay is what truly counters gameplay.

I'm not pro camping, in case I didn't make that clear. The game lowers your score for camping, and it's just bad strategy outside of egc. If I am camped I fully expect my team to get the 3E off of it.

I wouldn’t say endorsed but yeah the game just discourage you from doing it. I’m just saying that it usually isn’t a good strategy as it is boring and it will cause you to lose easily against good survivors

Then I guess by your logic the only ones who complain about tunneling just aren't good Survivors. I wasn't going to go that far myself, so I'm kinda glad someone else did for me.

Yes tunnelling is a playstyle just like camping and both are punishable and counterable by good survivors your point?

Are you always this willfully obtuse, or did I catch you on a good day? The point is simple, lot of people acting like tunneling shouldn't exist. I feel they are wrong and it is a perfectly acceptable tactic, fully endorsed by game design.

Tunnelling isn’t punished as much as camping but good survivors will destroy you if you try. Once you show you’re not willing to split pressure the other survivors will pump out gens faster than you can get the three hooks.

If you tunnel all 4 survivors out of the game you would’ve won either way

Good. Then they adapted to the playstyle, didn't they? That's not the game punishing a playstyle, that's the survivors learning to win.

    that is still not 'punishment'.

Because you are not suffering any 'actual' penalty for it. There is nothing coming off it that would make the next match harder for you/easier for your opponents.

The sheer fact that there are people using bot programs to slowly but steadily acquire BP shows how irrelevant BP are in terms of being an actual reward. They are an unfortunate necessity as they are currency, but reducing the number of BP you get for 1 match is not punishment. It's a mild inconvenience.

It's not a 'you will get only 10 min break instead of 30' but a 'you will get only 5 ice cubes in your drink instead of 6'

By your definition the game punishes nothing at all, because nothing that happens in one match will ever effect the next one.

Though if that is how you feel, why did you type this one post earlier, before you found out camping reduced your bp?

"No, 'punishment' would be the game reducing your BP because you've been loitering around a hook without any other survivors nearby etc."

As for mercy if you kill the support first what happens? You lose the fight more than likely. This was intended by the devs since supports are frail and have little means to protect themselves.

The DBD devs have intended the killers to please the entity. This is by hooking and killing survivors. The is a 10 emblem point progress in devour for hooking each survivor once aswell as an extra 500 points(could be more or less) for the first time hook

tunneling like camping is a strategy that is not endorsed but you can do it just like camping

Camping reduced your bp gain and medals. Even if you hook and sacrifice all 4 Survivors, you will earn less bp and a lesser score than if you had not camped. No such reduction happens if you tunnel all 4 Survivors

  • @MeltingPenguins said:

'camping is punished by the game'...

So, not getting more than 1 sacrifice in (IF the survivors say screw it and just genrush and don't outwit you) is 'punishing'?

You not getting to feel great and skilled is 'punishment'...

No, 'punishment' would be the game reducing your BP because you've been loitering around a hook without any other survivors nearby etc.

'punishment' would be the automatically reducing the number of hooks in your next match.

The game punishes nothing. And you ought to do some self-reflection as to why you think not getting to feel superior over others when you did nothing to deserving of anything remotely resembling respect counts as 'punishment'.

So you've never played killer and didn't read the full post.

Camping directly lowers your medals and score. It quite literally reduces your bp. "Proximity to the hook" lowers your chaser score. Go play some killer matches, pay attention to the medal breakdown, and get back to me.

Because he has a reputation to uphold?! If he can acted like a salty dipshit then the public would hate him. You’re mostly anonymous online so there are no repercussions

    Ok fine.

Jimmy Johnson playing football with his friends doesn't try and tell them he can't sack him because it isn't "fun". Instead he gets his teammates to block for him and pays attention to the field.

Is that better for you? Can we get back to the point of the discussion now, or would you like to say something about me using Mercy as my other comparison?
