new players will never know the confusion of seeing messiah Jeff glowing in the crystal bead
-
itit's very rare, but I've had teams purposefully avoid triggering ML entirely. like bro, come on. I'm trying to use different perks here.
id prefer ML to just work like blast mine though and be invisible, I'd rather these perks be secret gotchas than be things to be avoided.
-
I've heard killers can negate pallet saves such as power struggle by just lunging on pick up
saves can be ping dependent too...I think the cutoff for funny business is around 60? idk if this is related

I will never understand why people rate Strength in Shadows so high, especially compared to Self Care. I think both are not really good, but the time you spend going to the Basement to heal yourself with Strength in Shadows (which can also be quite risky, since you are moving across the map while injured) and then to go back to where you have been before is long enough that you can most likely just heal with Self Care.
I like the aura read on it; I feel refreshed after coming out of the basement and I'm looking to help.
-
if it has an aura suppression effect I'll 100% shill for them.
I'll still use them regardless, as I loves them last time they were around.

I want another Ai killer. xD
I love playing Pinhead because I love not feeling like the actual killer

congrats!

my high score was 11,000 ping. I play from the international space station
-
original freddy; when I started dbd i only knew "Sweaty Freddy" and then dumpster tier Freddy
-
what would you have preferred as a punny name?
-
all AFC did was stop killers from performing suboptimal Rage bait gameplay and encourages them to do the more efficient proxy camp
I was hoping for no camping changes so we could maybe get deadlock nerfed

Let's not forget about their reluctance to do anything about those ridiculous killer event abilities. Apparently, survivors are meant to enjoy matches where pallets are basically cosmetics.
pay the event tax of running chem trap or power struggle and you too can enjoy event pallets
-
heck yeah. that's a nice p100 right there. congrats buddy

who do you primarily identify as in Rivals? if I had to bet a twoonie I'll bet on Magik

take care of Weskers Whiskers!

Jake's the real MVP for Shadowsteppin on Hawkins. just gotta trust the vision bro. just don't ask booners to take a map :p

The only useful combo left is Endo CPU + Brutal Strength + Foxy's Hook, where the entire strategy is to try to make loops unsafe, by throwing an axe near a dropped pallet, then trying to zone the survivor on the opposite side of the pallet, so the killer can enter the axe AoE, quickly break the pallet, then use the Foxy's Hook haste to chase the survivor.
Guitar strings are so awful at 0% undetectable duration. If they were 25% duration (so they could combo with the badge to be 50%), then it would be worth using, but I feel like undetectable is supposed to be so important to this killer's identity, that limiting it to 0-5 seconds is just defeating the entire point of playing this character.
oh boy, pallet zoning again! that was so fun for Kaneki. forgive me if I'm not excited to go back..
-
I go into matches looking to kill everybody violently, but I am very easy to persuade to let go. playing as Feng helps. I typically only refuse to let you go if I just don't like you.
the other day I had a toxic Kate BM me for no reason at every pallet on Badham, so naturally when she went down as the last gen popped, I basement hooked her and slapped her to let her know I don't appreciate that; you reap what you sow.
there was a Sable that just hung around. she couldn't do anything, so she should have just left. but she just wanted to be nice by hanging around for no reason. I can respect that, and the toxic one died so I'm happy to let her go.
I'm a 100% BP main so I should be able to relate to others struggles

one of my best tips is to keep a pen n paper handy to record all TTV names and then watch your gameplay when you eat dinner. seeing your own gameplay does a lot to help you examine your own play objectively

You're really catching L's like it's Pokemon this anniversary. First reduced cakes drop rate, now this, holyy.
fnaf is more important than some random event so I disagree

maybe bhvr thought Wraith would be too powerful

Honestly, I prefer Xeno over Blight. At least the turrets are there to be a minor inconvenience before you inevitably go down because of the tail attack.
if you're lucky you can get the xeno to aim assist hit the turret. I saw the poor guys camera get yanked
-
you both need to reboot your game if that happens

sorry to hear about Alyssa

are there any basekit changes for springtrap planned?
cameras are useless and he has no viable way to deal with people using doors or even KNOW what is going on around the map because they can just randomly TP and you have no idea where they are.
this is the only killer I genuinely feel lost as because I cant keep track of survivor's positions around the map even generally when there's always a possibility they can just disappear through the door system.
This is not fun.
I've farmed a few ragequits this week thanks to the camera in solo q. I don't think cameras are useless, i just think people aren't even bothering in the first place.
I made a risky move and revealed a Glitchtrap at the start of the game and he DCd. world's fastest Springtrap speed run baby!
-
I knew the badge was too good to be true :(
-
probably for the same reason chemical trap works on the remote pallet break; because why shouldn't it work?
-
honest answer is that blatant tunneling is predictable, and good survivors will spot that and gen rush, plus you'd deserve the teabags that you'd get.
if a team has a weak link they'll protect that by hiding that member or making it rough to reach. this is why ideally I prefer having 2 people on death hook sometimes over just 1 dead person.
sometimes people deny me engagement which means I have to "pretend" to tunnel to flush people out. survivors won't give themselves up for free so you have to be a little dirty about it.

I keep getting Toba. Good thing i don't mind it lol
people may not appreciate the Toba loops, but at least Toba doesn't do anything horrifically offensive. really is fair when you compare them to dnd, cornwind and Haddonfield

In the past, I've started to believe BHVR implemented a set of tags for perks in addition to the ability to search perk text. That way when searching for perks related to certain contexts, they'll be easier to find. But I don't have proof of that offhand :/
there's a silly one around somewhere...I think its Houndmaster? if you type "dog" i believe her perks come up.

hint A)I need to get into The Entitys basement!
hint b) all paths lead to a single point: the coordinate
hint c) my favourite item is the key

I would go that far. I see two Botany's a match these days. That reduces a Mangled heal from 20 seconds to just under 13 seconds. You're only gaining 2.5 seconds per heal using something like Sloppy Butcher from just Botany alone. Broken is a really rare status ailment, and Coulrophobia is really only viable on a handful of killers with extra large TR's. Most survivors aren't healing within TR unless they absolutely have to.
coulrophobia is dependant on a large TR but a good level too; id actually consider going back to it but you can't even throw up a Game offering. the map dependency and lack of consistency as a result makes it too much like Boons

in times of great need I go back to Tombstone.
coh? Tombstone.
boil over? Tombstone.
mft? yup, Tombstone.
I gotta say, giving back a gigabuffed Botany with no rollback on Sloppy+Hemorrhage is an interesting choice.

Reminder that was the D&D chapter with The Lich.
last year was quite the dog and pony show; every Anniversary brings out the Franklins Force in full fashion, but last years Anniversary debut of Weave Attunement made so many people crash out and go unhinged.

I sincerely hope so.
I stand by what I said that Skull Merchant 2.0 was perfectly fine. She no longer held games hostage, she no longer caused problems in the same way the first design or OG Legion did. The nerfs she received were unnecessary.
And if the nerfs were unnecessary, the design preview, both of them, are worse. Skull Merchant shouldn't be transformed into another dash/mid range killer, we already have enough of those and it would kill her identity completely.
I miss the "m1 killer on crack". of the 2 m1 killers in crack, I'd prefer SM over Clown.
-
I hace never seen this; i hope you bought a lottery ticket
-
I come from LoL and OW, so I'm not really qualified to give my input.
game sense from managing other human beans is universal; the art of war here applies over there so that was what held my head above water. I love things like perks and builds so I had a lot to keep me engaged as a lower level.

Springtrap's making this event fun. I'm having more fun than thr last event where ghoul was the newest killer. messing with cameras is fun

This event is driving killers away, too. Something's changed, and my matches for the last week or so have been absolutely bonkers. Gens are flying way too fast
it's the 3x 4x Deja Vu
-
I think only things purchased with auric cells transfer
-
theres no way this is real.
id rather go back to 100% maps with sacrificial ward being meta then that
-
people play toxic because they have no control over their real lives
all these changes and killers still just slug the 3rd guy
-
same; i think I'll be rocking that for a while.
-
you are getting diminishing returns from too much regression; you lack lethal pressure.
-
iI've always considered 1 survivor living to tell my tale to be a win; only difference SWF makes is that in solo, I typically cheer for the killer.
if me dying means we all have a good time, I'll gladly die every time
