Edit: Also, turn off crossplay. I don't know what to tell you tbh, I get tired of going against Steam and Epic players using hacks that are inexpensive but I don't come on here vilifying a whole platform. 😌
in the past, disabling Cross play doesn't prevent you from facing cheaters but idk if these terminator bots can do that. I'm on Xbox so it's tempting to turn it off

But truth is most survivors will not do it, quite the opposite.my build is the wrong example for others, but i do what you do and its why I enjoy springtrap so much. I enjoy struggling with an end game build, running and chasing like a goofy carefree child and being happy to let people go but I have insurance in case I need whip out the belt at the exit gates.
do I lose a lot more by playing perkless? yup. but I sleep better at night this way. I stick to my philosophy of reciprocating vibes.

updates are too slow. I don't care about half of the roster. why would I queue up as survivor knowing I'm gonna face a wraith or something? I'd rather play 1v4 and get some of the fun killers possibly like vecna, vecna or springtrap.
I was hoping 2v8 would be more like 1v4 x2, just throw things in and see what sticks...or breaks. it's supposed to be a fun mode so who cares. if drama llamas want to create reddit controversies let them. modes kinda boring when one side is blatantly boring to promote the "less fun" side, yet when i want more killers so I don't fall asleep while playing Survivor people get immediately defensive yelling "queues! but the queues! we can't let anybody want to play killer!" if that's where we are at then i just don't care.

I feel the diminishing returns won't have the effect people think it'll have, minus rounding out some edge cases like power of two which I guarantee people here do not face on a regular basis. the best builds are already "generic 4 good perks"

I'm cautious about the unknown because in the past we've nerfed his only useful addons and made his least interesting addon partially basekit.
springtrap is the most fun killer to face so I hope that doesn't change. I love the cameras a lot I really feel like playing fnaf when I verse animatronic.

coming out and saying legion is too much of an issue(more of a low mmr issue but I digress) but team wide sprint burst is a-ok strikes me as ridiculous because I know it all boils down to queue times. honestly just make the 2v8 killers bots at this point and spare us all the queue time troubles.
id rather have disabled Oni he's 0 fun in 2v8. legions just a harmless support killer who made the role bearable for your duo who mains survivor. they're way more enticing than wraith

if you can just dashboard/crash to desktop then there's no actual penalty for disconnecting. that's how most people quit

so far I've been always using iron maiden + reload addon I'm not ashamed to admit it just because I refuse to ever be put in a situation where I "have" to m1, I feel that's always the beginning of the end but now that bloody boa is looking tempting since I hopefully don't have to freak out over the laceration undoing the "chase".

this quality of life feature was removed in the hopes of toning ghoul down a bit. it seems to have worked tbh. now with the vault injure and kidnap gone ghoul isn't anywhere near as egregious as they were.
tbh, I'd rather this have gotten nerfed then something actually important like kagune attach range

maybe these buffs will get me to check them out again as the laceration felt like it disappeared quite quick. made him feel too much like bubba needing to be right behind you.

idk what the answer is. both the tryhard players and casual players are valid ways of playing dbd it's just we need a way to make sure these people never meet. it's not about skill or mmr it's just intent. but I don't know how you'd set matchmaking for that.
me for example, I look like a tryhard but I really just run safeguards to allow me to goof off and only turn up the heat if I need to. I just wanna spread the love and let cute people go. I go into matches aiming to kill and get a 3k, but if I have a special moment I'm willing to chill out. I'm sure there are many like me. I'll only reciprocate negative energy to those who spread it(this is why I never take off loot bag)

I love moris, particularly pinheads and plagues but some of the recent ones have been brutal. I don't really care to see houndmasters, singularitys or unknowns.

That also eliminates the consideration of picking up Nurse or Wraith due to the shadowburn or how is it called.The only other considerations are Freddy, Demogorgon, or Xenomorph.
Kaneki is too easy to play that it's boring. Honestly.Xenomorph however also suffers from SWF premades stacking up the turrets and such, so again. Nothing for me.
Thus, it leaves Freddy, Demogorgon, and Trickster as the only possibilities.
And Trickster is the only one who laughs or speaks after getting a few hits or so, which is something that I really like and enjoyed about Wesker.
I do blame the SBMM forcing competitive match-ups, so once I get too high with the Trickster, I will probably drop the game for months once again or so.it's a shame because despite spirit being inaccessible for impaired survivors, she used to be a good killer for the impaired killer thanks to her father's glasses add on.

math is nice, but at the end of the day you are still leaving blood trails while healthy. if a killer notices then you just wasted all that time bothering to get the can since you can't just set it down and have it settle for later.
if the killers actively in chase then yeah you're better off running.

meh id rather play iri button legion with enduring than play ghoul. this thread was from a year ago and now Ghoul can't kidnap like he could as well as his most recent nerf of not being able to damage over pallets anymore.

strength in shadows+ empathic connection is my regular version of the "self care botany" that's popular among survivors.
for killer i enjoy franklins+Weave Attunement or enduring+ Dissolution.

the regular mode was all sweats while all the casuals enjoy the party game mode. between the queue times and match quality many people take breaks during it.

they're decent but no i do not recommend them. unless you enjoy current trickster they share similar frustrations. it's pre running and catching up all game fighting against Finesse exhaustion perks and vigil all the time.
I honestly think Henry is more powerful than ghoul but I'd rather play ghoul

A lot of that comes down to presentation. They listed a gen perk with a concrete thing it would do vs "scare crows and something will happen". Of course people are going to vote for the gen perk in that case.
eh, we have plenty of generator perks but something involving a bird is immediately interesting. I had a personal interest in seeing the perk loses but I'm actually shocked it did i thought I was just being a killjoy here.

Ive never seen this being a thing. Its commnly known that those who want to make the games unfun are meddling with the event queue. So the games in normal queue are more likely to be fair, which in fact means, that skill expression is more obvious, bit thats nothing to do with try-hards.
did you play regular queue during 2v8?
