I got it. There is an event page but it was bugged when I've started the game the first time.
Now I see it and I'm getting the trinkets doing it.

It was bugged during the first run of the game. After I've restarted the game it was fine. I even got access to the tome.
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3680453#Comment_3680453
Thanks. The thing is the tome wasn't there the first time I've started the game. Some glitch or something.
I despise the aesthetic: all that red makes survivors very hard to track. (Probably better when I'll play the other side ...)
thanks its good to know i gotta do the tome (he says as he hasn't opened the game for the event yet)

I’m expecting FNAF with a secondary as Vecna as I think those are both basically guaranteed to be coming to DBD eventually with it only being a matter of time.
If it’s original I think it will be a vampire/dracula type chapter.

It gives both sides general effects and specific role-based effects. This includes increased BP gains in the Blood Zone.
Taken from the DBD wiki, so take this info for what its worth.
While inside the Blood Zone, Players benefit from certain special effects:
General Effects
- All Score Events triggered while inside the Blood Zone have their granted Bloodpoints
- increased by +25 %.
- Since Blood Zones are collaborative, depositing a Blood Droplet grants all effects listed below map-wide for 20 seconds to the creator of a specific Blood Zone.
Killer Effects
- Increases the duration of a Lunge Attack to 1 second, doubling its default reach.
- Increases the Cool-down time after a Lunge Attack to 2.14 seconds, doubling its default duration.
Survivor Effects
- Reduces the volume of their Grunts of Pain while injured by -50 %.
- Accelerates the Fading time of Pools of Blood left while injured by +50 %.
- Reduces the volume of their Grunts of Pain while injured by -100 % when crouching.
- Accelerates the Fading time of Pools of Blood left while injured by +100 % when crouching.
now to figure out what the blood droplet is
-
depends on the player
always has
none yet all of the tier lists are accurate

I'll list its effects in bullet points.
· At the start of the start of the trial, show the auras of Fragile Blood Basins for an additional 40 seconds.
· Blood Zones stay protected for an additional 15 seconds after their creation
· Creating and removing a blood zones [sic] is 50% faster
next question whats a blood zone and what does it do?

please let me play against the most skilled with the least skilled on my team
wait thats still possible even with our MMR

i still have not played the event what do the eyes do?
hold up for me this post was created at 12:18AM so either a late up american or someone from another place in the world. cool!

I've played around 14 hours since he came out as survivor and played a lot of games against him and I really am not seeing a way to beat him. If anyone has figured out a way, please do tell.
His UVX is very strong. He can shoot from very far away and sure it takes 2 shots, but that's not hard with such a large AOE. If he misses, he gets a small speed reduction. If the survivor dodges, the distance lost by dodging is way more than the cooldown, so where's the punishment for missing and reward for dodging? It's a lose-lose. The helmet is also annoying to get rid of. Can spend a long time with it on outside of chase staring right at him chasing someone else but he's too far away for it to have an effect, so he randomly shoots the gen I'm on and I get hit. The amount of times I've been in a chase that was ended by circumstance too with his hallucinations being there blocking a vault leaving me with trying to dodge his spitballs and getting hit through walls has become a bit infuriating. I know some killers are meant to be strong in chase and some stronger at map control, but he just seems to be good at everything.
The hallucinations are really rough in soloq. I'm sure a coordinated SWF can remove them effectively to stop him from constantly teleporting but in soloq half my teammates do gens in front of a hallucination or save me off the hook with a hallucination right in front of me which gets me tunnelled.
The way I've experienced it (as a 900 hour player with around 600 on survivor) is that this killer is designed to be balanced against players who have perfected their camera control and play with equally high skilled teammates who know to dispel the hallucinations. For your average joe like me who just wants to play casually, I can't look behind me while dodging a massive AOE attack while also making it to the next loop while also looking out for a hallucination at said loop all without sandbagging my team. That is a lot to ask for someone who doesn't have thousands of hours. It is also hard to expect someone like me to have consistently good soloq teammates who dispel the hallucinations.
Of the many teammates I've played with and the many Unknown's I've played against, none of them seem to be able to say how to counter him, so if someone does know his weakness please do share. I have some suggestions on how to make him slightly less oppressive:
- Hallucinations around hooks should dispel themselves after someone is hooked (like Skull Merchant's drones)
- Dispelling a hallucination while you have a helmet should remove the helmet, or there should be no range for seeing him to remove it. Either works, though dispelling removing it would incentivise the less aware survivors to dispel hallucinations.
- Helmets should slowly but passively disappear while in chase, sped up by looking at him rather than activated by it.
- Either a smaller AOE or greater speed reduction when missing a spitball.
- UVX shouldn't hit through walls, it's powerful enough without that.
Obviously he's a new killer, nobody's ideas are gonna be perfect, that includes me, Behaviour, and you the reader, so take my suggestions with a grain of salt and also acknowledge that the killer is by no means perfect on release - no killer is.
The way I see it right now, he makes many other killers obsolete.
- Freddy and Demogorgon both have weaker teleportation powers, with demo's ranged attack and freddy's loop ending powers also being outclassed by UVX.
- He's also similar to doctor with his loop ending capabilities but with the added benefit of his hallucinations being powerful rather than just there...
- Huntress has a stronger ranged attack but with him having both a strong ranged attack and very strong map control, he seems to outclass her too.
- Both him and Plague use their power to injure with range and both have a way of removing that effect, but plague can't teleport and she needs to drink from red fountains to use her power to down.
- Deathslinger can injure over a loop without breaking a pallet but it takes a while and at the expense of moving slow, Unknown can shoot over a loop without breaking a pallet with barely any slowdown and at 115%.
- Executioner is better at hitting through walls, but again he can't teleport.
- Dredge can teleport to lockers and teleport mid loop, but he has no range. Unknown is basically Dredge with a gun, they're very similar.
The list goes on. While not all of these killers are made "obsolete" by Unknown, I feel Freddy and Demogorgon and possibly Dredge really are. The Unknown is just a better version of them. He's a jack of all trades.
if he is dredge with a gun im gonna have a new main when i buy him

That's true I think the biggest problem was just that dh for distance had no counter so I don't know why they also pit that only two time per match thing in it
the distance thing was removed a while ago but yeah it would be great if they redid the nerf for dh and made it not so bad

Does anybody know why these Hex perks share the same token requirements? Is doctor solely keeping HHL in such a bad state? Devour Hope is better in literally every single way.
It provides haste per hook after 2 hooks, it provides insta down after 3 hooks, it has built in slowdown because as soon as it’s revealed survivors stop working on gens to find and cleanse it and it allows you to insta kill people regardless of hooks.
Meanwhile HHL is lit from the start just like Devour and is essentially useless unless going against streamers/ New people. I’ve used HHL in 10 games and received a total of 8 missed skill checks. I feel like it needs a change tbh.
i always run both when its a hex build since both have hook requirements

I would say ds end game nerf was oke but the stun duration was uncalled for the dh nerf on the other hand was absolutly deserved that perk was just to good
maybe just add some more cooldown to it but only 2 uses in a game? nah thats a bit too much

i love being slugged, bmed and camped on hooks every game while everyone is playing nurse, blight, wesker and huntress. way to go, buffing killers when they already strong enough. but god forbid when survivors had 3% speed boost from MFT since that 'broke the game' i hope the blood moon event will fix this toxic behaviour from killers since it's incrediblyfrustrating to deal with and we didn't provoke at all before someone is gonna say something about that.
tbh that nerf along with dh id say is pretty uncalled for even as a killer main oh yeah ds too

i played one game against him with a sabo build( never sabod a single hook) he 1 hooked everybody and still lost after camping so its not every game

No need to be rude. You could always give them advice instead of just saying this. This doesn’t help anyone or aid discussion in anyway.
Back on topic, this is a pretty tough map for killers, especially stealth ones. I dread seeing it and hope it gets another update eventually.
The best thing to do on it is try not to spend too much time chasing survivors especially around the main building. Try to deplete the pallets in the centre of the map as fast as you can and play more around there. Also break the walls in the main building as soon as possible. The shack on this map is also pretty strong so I usually just leave anyone who I see trying to run me there.
i dont think @Hexling was trying to be rude i think they were just saying to keep practicing

What Im gonna guess happened is she M1'd the Rebecca and then took a moment to line up to orbital since we can since after she hits her, Rebecca starts healing. After doing so she probably reloaded and threw another hatchet at Rebecca downing her, and then the orbital hit you.
As for knowing where you were, most likely Gearhead. One of the best perks for this kind of stuff
darkness revealed open a locker and see people around them but then again she threw it b4 opening the locker so yours makes more sense

Legion/GhostFace, I don’t know why it would work. I just feel like they are similar enough, that they’d mesh well together.
the can both ghostface like the movies
1 stalks them until the bar is close then calls over his friend and finishes stalking having the other start their power on them downing them instantly

@PilotBob654 said:
Deathslinger/Bubba.
It might seem like a strange killer pairing. However, what I'm thinking is, Deathslinger would spear the survivor in place then Bubba can chainsaw them down, pick them up and hang them on the hook. It's certainly matchless. Even they could have a duo mori kill of some sort. Bubba could hit them in the head with his hammer similar to his mori kill, then lets the Deathslinger finish them off like he does in his mori kill. I believe it would be perfect.
i already agree just from seeing the pair of names

It's fun to play against you and to use. It's a killer where the key to success is how to injure or knock down multiple survivors at the same time, so it's quite difficult to handle.
i just bonk hook teleport repeat but no tunneling that stuff suks

Dredge seems like a decent killer, but is held back by some very annoying quirks that feel like they wouldn't be much effort to solve.
1: A directional sound that alerts any survivors paying attention to his location. Quieting down or removing this noise would help immensely especially with a killer than has mechanics built for stealth. Even if you didn't want to remove it completely AT LEAST make it not directional and/or have a smaller range.
2: Horrific Locker spawns. Some maps should simply have some extra lockers on them so Dredge isn't so map and rng dependent. You could even make it so a few extra lockers exclusively spawn when Dredge is picked so in normal matches maps aren't covered in lockers if that is a worry.
Both of these changes would make Dredge much more fun to play and I feel aren't too big of a hassle, feel pretty quick and easy to implement, and don't make the Dredge OP or unfun to face.
(Also possibly make some of his add-ons partially basekit like for example exiting locked lockers quicker)
i honestly thought you were gonna talk about nerfing mah boi but thank you that stuff would all be great to have
-
i always get easy killer games but surv is normal
by normal i mean what bhvr wants normal to be i win some i lose some

"disingenuous to claim that survivors should get gens done as fast as possible" Can you explain why this is the case? Completion of gen is the logic of this game, and everyone should be aware of how efficient and necessary it is to speed up the process. If this is not the case, it will only accelerate the death of the survivor. Do not you think so?
Next, I'm talking about playing against Dredge, but even if he catches a survivor in the locker, it's just a matter of survivors gen progressing towards completion. Only beginners would lose their balance due to an accident of this magnitude.
hehe-dredge main
-
i just put teams that do similar things or they just work well together
examples(dredge/freddy both distort the world around you)(pig/plague pig places trap plague infects the boxes so when they get off the trap they have one health state)
but hey id love to see more ideas and reasons why they would work so well
