It's 5 hits chained together in one instance of Frenzy (i.e. you have to go into Frenzy, hit all 4 survivors in a row, and then hit someone again, all before Frenzy runs out), so it's definitely not gonna be a common occurrence. Still cool, though.
They are going to get weaker as the game progresses, as you kill someone, it's going to get harder to chain 5 hits because of fewer survivors.
-
I feel that ability is going to be nearly useless once you kill the first survivor.

With reference to my original comment here...can confirm that the distances were correct, 16m.
So what happens is:
- Survivor who gets injured must be more than 16m away from you
- They must come to you
- You must be within 16m of the position you were in, when they were initially injured when you heal them
It is a bit complex and I agree it's not clear from the wording on the achievement.
It is 100% bugged. My friend and I just got out of a match with a Pig who was farming, she injured him from across the map (from where I was), I had already been standing still, and he ran to me, I healed him, I got no progress towards the achievement.
-
No shards for me either, despite getting an email from support yesterday saying they have sent the remaining ones out and to check my game. Checked yesterday and today, nothing. /facepalm

There is a major difference between the two.
The blood letting shirt was something which people paid money directly to BHVR which was tied to a product they were offering.
Going to a show people paid an entry fee for the whole event. Developers typically would pay for the space to show off their products. The skins weren't tied to the ticket price so the skin itself has no monetary value. These offers are done by most devs with goodie bags etc as a just to come to my stand while you are here and let me promote my game to you and here is a free cosmeti. The code is in reality exchanged for giving them your time and not for any money changing hands like the blood letting shirt is.
Again again, it doesn't matter who the money goes to. Both skins have monetary value to it, without money, you wouldn't own them unless someone just up and gave one to you. That plain and simple.
You gave them more than your time for receiving bonuses, you had to pay to even enter the area to obtain said bonuses.
The whole reasoning behind this is, "to stop resellers/scammers". I see a bloodletting shirt on eBay right now, for sale. Not going to stop that? Double standards, but it's whatever. I have gotten my money's worth from the game.

Yeah, but the convention is completely separate from BHVR themselves, booth or not. It's not like DBD merch where people payed specifically for things BHVR sells.
Again, it does not matter. Peanits claims the bloodletting shirt has monetary value because you had to use real money to get it. You also had to use real money to buy Dweard. Doesn't matter who you gave the money to, both ways (resellers not included), you had to give money to someone to obtain those skins.

Uh, merch and a convention ticket aren't the same things tho
It doesn't matter. You paid money for something, and got bonuses, each time. Neither were purchased directly as they were free with purchases.

Correct- but they paid for entrance to the convention, not for a cosmetic. You pay to get in, you got in. You wouldn't have gone solely for the cosmetic, those were just a free extra for visiting the booth. We had also given them away for free many times since then.
You keep saying that as if it were true, because if it were, the bloodletting shirt would be available as well, but you refuse to acknowledge that fact.
You paid to get access to the convention, therefore, got a free skin as a bonus (Dweard, SF Claudette, etc..).
You paid to get merchandise from the shop, therefore, got a free skin as a bonus (Bloodletting shirt).
Until you all quit with the excuses and double standards, I refuse to continue supporting this game after 2k hours with every DLC purchased on launch. Take the exclusives away if you want and give them to everyone, fine, but don't single one out because it was "different" when it reality, it wasn't, it was a bonus for purchasing something else just like Dweard.

You paid to go to the convention, not for the cosmetics. The cosmetics were free. We have never charged a dime for them.
And you paid for the merch that you got off the store. The bloodletting shirt was just a limited time bonus (free as well because you bought the merch, not the skin) for buying an item from the store.

It required you to make a purchase through the merch store, so there's a monetary value attached. It wouldn't be right to make that free.
Dweard, Street Meg, and those other exclusives also have monetary value to it.. You had to pay to attend those conventions which isn't free. There's literally no difference.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't Auric Cells only be obtained by spending money? While people who don't spend money can use shards in it's place.
-
I sure hope so. If I remember correctly, concept art for it was shown when they first showed concept art of shirtless David awhile back (or was it a bunny Feng?). Either way, being we know shirtless David is in the shop, I sure hope Feng gets this!

When I get called a "tryhard" or "sweaty" (usually after a 4k). Like.. am I not suppose to KILL you?
-
This one is a perk from my fan made killer, I haven't released the killer yet but I can let out one of her perks.
Hex: Play With Fire
Decrease the healing speed of survivors by 50/75/100%. The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.
Shhh...
-
I would have preferred "Mr Tum Tums".
-
Favorites;
As Killer, Shelter Woods easily. There is no "sweet spot" like all other maps in the early realms. Sure, pallets can be a pain but I have the least trouble with this map. Always glad to see it pop up.
As Survivor, Haddonfield. It's just my favorite map in the game in general.
Least Favorites;
As Killer, both Swamp maps. They're way too large and the tall grass doesn't help. When this map shows up, I generally want to just quit the match.
As Survivor, Gideon Meat Plant, three words, "where's the gens!?".
-
While changing them out manually doesn't really bother me, this would be a neat addition that I would use.
+1 -
I can confirm that it does. I know someone who has gotten soft banned for language.
-
P3 Claudette usually with a flashlight.
-
Insidious on Doc. Make them think you're an illusion!
-
Exercising those legs. Get in good enough shape, the killer will never catch you.
-
As far as the being injured for the rest of the game goes, that's amazing. However, as said above, it will just be saved until the end game. If they really want to go that route, they should make DS activate on the first pick up no matter what, as in, you can't save it.
If they do not go that route, I'd like to see them make it where activating DS does NOT make the killer drop you. Instead, it stuns him and just buys you a few more seconds of wiggle time. I think Iron Grasp likes the sound of that one!

For awhile now, I've been working on a fan made killer known as "The Doll". I'm not going to go into details about her right now (still a work in progress), but she is a survivor turned killer.Honestly would love to see this fully published with lore and all.
Really nice concept just from reading the name and who she is.Thank you~ I had planned on releasing it on the Steam forums and Reddit months ago once it's ready, but being there's an official forum now, it'll definitely be on here as well. I have been working on everything, both play style and lore.

Lithe
Self Care
Iron Will
Fourth slot is my free slot, which is usually Urban Evasion or Adrenaline. -
All I seem to be finding are campers..

Killer: Knock Out
Survivor: Tenacity -
Daddy Myers!
-
Bunny Mom!
-
Huntress
Perks: Hex Ruin, Whispers, BBQ, and Nurses Calling

Halloween for sure.
It's based on my favorite movie of all time, as well as slasher. Also, Haddonfield is my favorite map in the game.
Lullaby for the Dark would be a second, followed by Spark of Madness.
