The Blood Hoarders: Oni and Plague

Where is "Accept fate and try seducing the Killer"?
-
It's not like she's weak, she's just really basic when she could be so much more.
-
I mean, I use Jolt all the time, but I like unique perks. On my Ghostface, I use Jolt, Zanshin Tactics, Thrilling Tremors, and Lethal Pursuer. I also like using Blood Echoes and Alien Instinct on Deathslinger.
-
You don't need all the Survivors at Prestige 3, Prestige 1 should be fine on its own, especially if the perks are mediocre from the Survivor.
And besides, you only really need all the perks Tier III on a single Survivor.

Maybe something like self-care is more powerful if you have already healed somebody else? Bored of everybody in solo Q playing self-care and the game is 50% people hiding in corners healing themselves.
And this is what it was like when Boon: Circle of Healing was before its nerf last year. Everyone would just go to the boon, heal up, and return to repairing gens. It's simplistic.
But I like your idea, that you can only heal yourself after you've healed another Survivor for a certain amount. It'll kinda be like Second Wind, but with that perk, it just heals you. For Self-care, it could be "if you heal another Survivor for a full health state, you can heal yourself for 50% at the pace of a medkit." Something along the lines of that.
-
I mean, technically it's strategic to send Myers to RPD, but it gives an atmosphere to the trial if you know what I mean. I pick maps that I think are gonna be fun for both sides.
I do it for the fun of the game rather than a competitive advantage.

Overall, buff his Evil Within, but balance out his add-ons. However, if somebody decides that either of the mirror add-ons are too strong, Imma straight up fight you.

I just wanna hear the clanking of metal as he chases
terrifier i just wanna see what they could possible do for a power tho i have no interest in the films
Fnaf's fear factor is hardly based off of jumpscares, but rather the intense feeling of being overwhelmed. Having actual animatronics in the trial with Springtrap would be a better idea. I mean, the animatronics would obviously be weak since you wouldn't be able to control everyone at once.
If you'd like to see my interpretation of the franchise into DBD, here's the link

I chose FNAF because I grew up with it. The current direction of the games is not what I prefer, but the story and lore are still intriguing from the first six games. Springtrap would definitely be the Killer and there are plenty of characters who could be a Survivor.
My choice would be Henry, Afton's nemesis throughout the games. First off, lore-wise it makes sense, to have Henry and William on opposite ends of a trial and their anger and spite against one another would be a feast for the Entity. Secondly, Henry has been in the background and the foundation of the creation of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Lastly, the lore of the sixth game shows just how connected Henry is to the murders throughout the years, unlike most other characters in the series.
Don't judge, just a thought
-
I would say your friend because he isn't allowing Survivors to get the slugged guy up from the ground. Using Jolt to find another Survivor is good, but not necessary. You should get the hook and head back to the generator to see if they stuck around or if they ran off immediately. In other terms, you could use a biopod to slipstream the Survivor working on the gen.
Other than that, I'm not sure because I don't see any gameplay, nor do I see how long you chase the Survivor on the gen for. There is a lot of missing context to properly make a decision such as this.
-
My advice, play Killers or at least watch how Killer Mains play, but also learn what perks the Killers are bringing. Aura perks are a big one, Lethal Pursuer, I'm All Ears, and Nowhere To Hide are good picks for Killer mains to find or track Survivors.
Also beware of gen progress, if they see you on a generator at about 90%, they're likely going to stay near that generator until they're confident they have time until it pops. So go work on a different generator rather than staying there waiting for them to leave.
But for the kind of perks you should be using, Windows of Opportunity, Bond, Empathy, anything that lets you find other people or pallets is a good perk.
But to get good at looping, play Killer. Watch what Survivors do when you play Killer, and when you play Survivor, think about what the Killer would be thinking about and use it against them.
-
@beachfossels said:
Wait you’re able to play killer against 4 bots? To practice it????
Yeah, go into Custom Match and when you see the Plus Symbols of where Survivors should be standing, you can click on them and a drop-down menu will show up. One of those options will include "Add Bot". From there you can pick their perks, items, and offerings.
But I wouldn't recommend playing an M1 Killer against them. Undetectable is useless on bots and they are extremely efficient on loops. Mindgames don't work on them because they always know your position.

Yes, but the bots don't have perks and i do. Cause honestly bots have become really good. They practically have wall hacks and do loops that i have never seen players do before. It's impressive, really.

Yeah they looped me in Badham and sometimes I barely saw the one that I was chasing. Then another survivor came to hittank. And the prerunning is insane!
They had perks but I didn't changed it since the deadhard nerf:
First aid kit + gel dressings and surgical suture Offering Murky Reagent
Blast mine, Technician, Deadhard and Quick & Quiet
The bots quite literally have wallhacks. I'm not kidding you, they get updates on your position and they're made to play extremely safe. It's like playing against a 20,000-hour SWF, I swear
-
Your friend got one kill...
Can I get some advice from them?
-
I love Trapper, he was my first main, no matter how bad I played or how many times I've lost. But thinking in a balanced way, I think he's okay, I wish he were better off, but he's better. Now with eight traps instead of six is so much more relieving, the haste with the traps is alright, but I don't always notice it.
-
I've never come across a 5 stack Pentimento when I play Survivor, however, I have played against Twins a fair amount of times. Now, from a Killer main, I get more 5 stack Pentimento than a Twins
-
He's great for newer players starting out, unlike Billy or Nurse who take some learning and getting used to, and he holds up fairly well through trials, unlike Trapper or Huntress as the more you win, the more likely Survivors are going to be able to outwit you.
-
Now, an idea I have for Nurse as a means of a nerf, is that she no longer goes through walls. It's that simple. If you make her blinks too short she's beyond unplayable to new players, extend her fatigue state at all then the nerf doesn't do much. I believe it comes down to the Nurse's ability to move through objects that make her so powerful.
You can make it so she can still blink through dropped pallets or windows, but nothing else a Survivor can't use to make any distance. Will it help with open maps like Mother's Dwelling, Yamaoka Estate, or Coldwind Farm, likely not. But it will be a grace for indoor maps like Midwich, RPD, and The Game.
It will also be extremely useful for Survivors because now they no longer have to worry about The Nurse blinking through the wall, the can just keep running and making more distance.
-
The vote is "Dream Pallet - I like smashing into my enemy" Wrong, I like making my opponent look like a FOOLISHLY FOOL!

Hey thank you for the feedback I will also take time and explain some stuff if needed.
First is that you do not stay in the match after you got killed. You only stay in the match as a ghost, when you take the drug which let you as a survivor act outside your body. But if you get hooked three times or the killer kills you in any way, you are done. You do not stay in the match after a regular death. It is just a function for the survivors while in game.
And yea for the ability to move through walls or go in the ground there will be a cooldown, except when he activate the mori. But he can not go imidiately in or through walls when materialized again.
And the marking with the numbers is happening before the Reaper kills someone. It is like a foreshadowing in the movie. It just would be a sign at the side, where the survivor icons are shown. With each kill the number rose. 1 to 4. That would just be like the normal obsessed mark just with the number and it rise with each dead survivor. It just would be a design and has no real effect in my idea.
You are right from my four ideas two are kinda overpowered. This is one of them. I also think it would need really good balancing to really get considered at all.
To the Trick or Treater I am not really on your side. Cause that would go completly against the lore of Sam. He is the ghost of Halloween. And he also protect the ghost of Halloween. Means whenever you do something bad to hurt the ghost of Halloween you make Sam angry and wanna kill you. That is why I had the idea, that the candy you can get is rare. Also it has a high cooldown. And if you as survivor eat that candy to heal yourself. You make Sam angry. Cause all the candy in the map is his.
I also do not think that that would be a punishment for Sam. Look the whole idea of Sam, at least in my head, is that you have a killer, which you need to be nice to, so he will nice too.
Sure he still would be a killer, and some would not like a killer who really would be effective when the survivors are dirty players, which to be honest a quiet a lot, but I want to have a killer who you can play when you like to play as a nice killer, and which is also a really evil killer if you decide to get dirty on him. You understand me here? I want just a fun killer which does not simply rely on mean perks and stuff, but is also kind to survivors if you as killer want to play him kind. And even when a survivor would be protected by a candy, that does not mean, you can not hit him after Sam ate that candy, you still can go after him. But I think Sam would be a really good option to play either evil or nice, cause like the ghost of Halloween says, TRICK or TREAT. He will be a menace if you choose trick, but pretty handy if you choose treat. I think it would be good to have a killer, which favors both of these playstyles. And it would be also a good option for the Halloween event as well. I think that would be some kind of cure for some traumatized survivors. And really it just would be that one killer which is more on the nice side of killing. I do not think that that would be too much. When I see how bloody hell some other killers are a alternative for these who also like to play nice would be Sam. I think we have enough killers as well which can kill instantly. With same that only goes when you do hurt the ghost of Halloween to often, that would make him so mad he can mori you.
Like when you eat the candy instead of let him eat it. When you hit him with pallets or flash him. That can be stuff which fills his terrormeter. Or give him countermarks. And at a certain countermark he has on a certain survivor he can instakill him. But that also means you have to play dirty on Sam. Still yet he get terrorcounters from normal survivors as well. Cause they also would throw pallets on him or stuff. So I think that could really work if you want to have a chill round as killer and be nice with the survivors, or when they decide to be not nice to you you kill them. It would just be a perfect option for a real Trick or Treat in DBD. Since how each side decide to play the round is up to them and in my head that also could stop these bully squads maybe. I hope I could explain it good.
He should just be a play nice on me and I play nice on you or play dirty on my and I show you hell killer. And he would be the perfect option for it cause of his lore.
Yea The Thing is really difficult to think of. Maybe you are right, that he should have to option to choose which survivor to copy first. But still he should have the option left to also get to hit the others, so he can transform into them if he manage to get them. He would be the second killer which most likely would never be considered.
With the Raptor I have to admit that I do think it would fit. Sure it is an animal and does not think like a killer itself would do, but I want to remind you of the Xenomorph. Sure it is more capable of think out of plans, but still it is more like an animal as well. It whole purpose is to spread his species and if that is not possible to kill what it can. That is not really some genius move. Also not to forget the fact that the Xenomorph drone on its own is not really effective. It works best when get directions of a queen. It is a drone at the end of the day, and yet it is in the game.
And let us now talk about the Raptors. Especially these from Jurassic Park one. It could be the big one. This Raptor which stated to be so intelligent, that you can feel that it is planing something just by look at it. Still an animal, but yet it killed most of the pack of the Raptors back then and just let to alive. That also had a purpose. And the Raptors in JP are most likely to compared to a Xenomorph. They are out to kill. I think they would fit very well.
And sure we have Ghostface who can crouch and Wesker with his jump attack. But we also have Nemesis and Xenomorph with kinda a similar attack. I do not think that only cause it is in the game already it could not work. It just need more work from my side, that I see.
It also would fit in the lore as well. Since the big one kinda died in JP the entitus could get it before it really died and throw it in a trial. It saw the humans and just hunted them. Cause you know an animal most likely do not need to understand what happend to him especially when it is bloodthirsty and I also would state here it is also better that the Raptor is not capable of understanding it. And also the Raptors in JP3 where so damn intelligent that they also set traps for the survivors the get them when they try to help the hurt survivor at the ground. So I would say that is sure kinda capable of understanding the entitus will too. Cause these Raptors are not only smart, they understood how to set a good working trap, and even manage to not kill the survivor for that trap.
But you are right I also want to work on these Ideas more and do work them out much more. Thanks for your tipps. I will see to work on it. Even when I have a lot to say to defend my ideas, but that is why I believe so much in them. Especially Sam and the Raptor I want to work out much much more. Because these would be a very nice addition to the game.
When you talk about Sam, I'm curious. You can act kind with any killer and still be hardcore savage with them. My favorite example is Ghostface, in one game, Ghostface and the Survivors are having fun 1v1ing each other and getting BP. The next match can have four sweaty Survivors going against a Ghostface with a meme build. I've been in this situation and all you need to do to win against a sweaty team is to play sweaty.
And if I'm not mistaken, that's exactly what you made Sam for, to be a kind Killer but also a savage against sweaty teams. But it won't likely work out like that. When sweaty players want to win and the Killer gets an advantage from being stunned, the Survivors will simply drop pallets early to avoid stunning the Killer to keep them from gaining this advantage. So Sam will suffer against good teams with nothing to be done about it.
When you make a Killer design, making a "nice" Killer should have nothing to do with the balance of it. The stun requirement to make Sam a difficult Killer to play against will only be used against players not paying attention and having fun, all while sweaty teams can and will take full advantage of a Killer's weaker state.
If you need an example, think of The Oni. He needs an injured Survivor to get his Demon Dash and Demon Strike, so Survivors will pre-drop pallets and keep as much distance from The Oni to keep that first injury from happening for as long as possible. Another Example is Nemesis, Survivors will actively run into The Nemesis to take the Basic Attack rather than the Tentacle Strike, due to Tier II being capable of removing pallets extremely fast. One last example includes Michael Myers, when Survivors see Myers in the match, immediately they abandon gens to hide behind a rock. Keeping Myers from reaching Tier II, let alone Tier III, is good for the entire team because it means less risk.
And lastly, you say you made Sam to be a fun and nice Killer, correct? Well, here's the sad reality, there are going to be people who aren't kind playing Sam. If you think back to the release of Skull Merchant, almost every Killer playing Skull Merchant set up a three-gen and slugged Survivors. But that playstyle is unfun, unnecessary, and boring. But almost everyone who played Skull Merchant did it. I'm not saying nice people don't exist, but I'm saying you have to check for people who aren't nice, because it is the nice people who will pay the price for it.
If Sam came out the way you intend, he is a Killer made for nice people, but rarely will Survivors actively try playing nice with Sam. This is because too many other kinds of players will be tunneling, camping, and playing in an unfun way because they don't want to have fun, they want to win. I'm sorry, but it's the truth, and I really wish it wasn't.
Now, next up with The Raptor. I'll give you a difference between The Xenomorph and A Raptor. The Xenomorph is one out of hundreds of drones that obey the will of the Xenomorph Queen. The Xenomorph Drone is part of a hivemind, so getting it to listen to The Entity is fairly easy, it just needs to be connected to The Entity, and boom, it's a willing participant of the Trials.
Another comparison you could make is with The Demogorgan. But it's the same story, The Demogorgan is also part of a hivemind, but it can still think for itself. If you take Season II of Stranger Things, we see that Dustin is capable of taming a Demodog, so it can think for itself. And this is the last part I want to emphasize, The Demogorgan can think for itself.
If you are correct, and that The Entity could take in the Raptor and get it to start hunting, why would it put Survivors onto a hook? Raptors are primitive animals, they don't go out to kill, they go out to eat and come back to sleep. For the Raptors, it's survival in what they do, not fun or entertaining.
The Entity takes people, or creatures that can feel large amounts of emotion which The Entity then feeds off of. A Raptor of any kind would not be capable of such emotion, due to the size of the dinosaur's brain. But my biggest point for a raptor not being capable of participating within the realm, look up a picture and tell me how those small arms could pick up a person.
-
Before I say anything, look over your work and try to organize it. It's easy for a viewer to get lost in text of this size.
The Frightner
Your first Killer Idea wouldn't necessarily fit into the Devs' vision of DBD. To kill a Survivor and keep them in a match isn't what the developers, nor the players would want to be a part of. I haven't seen the movie, but I have read the synopsis of the character I believe you're referencing.
The ability to move through walls is extremely powerful, as we've seen with The Nurse, who has a lot of limits of mobility while this happens. I suggest you also put limits on this character, such as a Manual Ability that only lasts a second or so, allowing The Frightener to move through objects, and then regain full collision with the ability to put on a cooldown.
The Frightner's Speed can be 4.6 m/s with a terror radius of 24 meters, for a base Killer speed and an average small terror radius. There can be other abilities added onto the character in the view you think fits well. You stated, "In the movie the ghost marks his victims with numbers which it cuts in their foreheads" which could be the mori of the Killer.
The way you stated The Frightener had me understand that the Killer would just straight-up kill Survivors like Michael Myers's Tombstone add-ons. It also seems that this ability to move through walls and be sunken into the ground would be extremely overpowered. Think of a wraith that can walk through walls and uncloak immediately. The way you described The Frightener is still more powerful due to Wraith's distortive effect.
Overall, I think you need to consider how the character is going to play within the trial and compare it to other killers in terms of strength.
The Trick or Treater
Your second Killer Idea is very fleshed out and understandable, which helps me understand the direction you're headed with this Killer. First, you do not need to get rid of totems in exchange for Jack-o-Lanterns, because if you or the Survivors brought totem perks, then that's just a waste of a perk slot.
Secondly, the candy, if hitting the Survivors holding candy does nothing aside from protecting them, it simply punishes The Trick or Treater. How about this, whenever The Trick or Treater eats the candy dropped by a Survivor, he then begins to build up the Brutal State you mention later in the paragraph.
When The Trick or Treater eats enough candy, they enter Suger Rush, in which they have a 10% haste effect, and see Survivors within their terror radius for a short time, possibly 30 - 45 seconds.
The Thing
The third Killer Idea, The Thing would be very difficult to implement into DBD considering its lore, whenever it touches another organic being, The Thing will begin to take over the body of that organism. And seeing that The Entity is a plant-like organism, that would have some complications.
However, if we were to take it into DBD, Your idea would work, but it wouldn't. Let me explain. The idea of having your entire power focused on deceiving Survivors doesn't work, especially with such limitations. If the Survivors know what Killer you are, then they learn what to look out for, ruining the element of surprise Killers such as Ghost Face, Myers, and Wraith. If The Thing started with the ability to mimic Survivors, then that would greatly help.
The HUD system, SWFs, and knowing the mechanics of the Killer are greatly stacked against The Thing and its capability to stand a chance in the trials.
The Raptor
The Last Killer is just unfeasible, a Raptor doesn't have the common sense to understand the Entity nor the physical capabilities to properly participate in the trials.
We already have two killers that act like the two halves of The Raptor's power. First, we have Ghostface, with the ability to grouch and hide his terror radius and second, we have Wesker, able to bound over vaults and injure Survivors from quite a distance away.
I just don't see this Killer being capable of entering The Entity's Realm.
After view all of it, there are some problems, but I would like to give some advice, as someone who's made a few creations themselves. Don't feel the need to put everything in one place. Make one whole page dedicated to each Killer. Take your time and add perks, a written backstory, and maybe even a Survivor.
Have fun with this, certainly, but make sure it's something you can be proud of and something others can enjoy as well.

Also, Unrelenting also works when hitting zombies. Not related, but still cool.

Singularity. It's not about killer, it's about killer players. For some reason, 90% of Nemesises are filthy salty campers and tunnelers. If you see Nemesis, prepare for a super unfun match, no matter the outcome.
Objectively, both are fine.
For me, it's playing as (Insert killer here) when I make judgements about them. And yes, I can agree, I've had my fair share of salty nemesis, but playing as him can be so fun. Personally, I feel like a tank after demolishing pallet after pallet.

It is an unnecessary mechanic that does not really serve any purpose but to waste addon slots for Billy and make him worse for no reason.
But is it an issue? Is there a problem involved that has halted the enjoyment of the player? In the long term, not necessarily, it's a limit to Billy that most players don't even reach when playing competitively. There's no way for it to be exploited by either side, so in a way, it is quite healthy.
Now, what if Billy didn't have the overheating mechanic? I'll try to think about that for a minute.
One way to counter Billy is jumping into a locker while he's revving the chainsaw, correct? If Billy did not have the overheat mechanic, then he could just sit in front of the locker until the Survivor comes out or is forced out by the Entity due to the end-game collapse. This is by either the closing of hatch, in which the Survivor is already dead upon being found, or the other Survivors complete the gens and open the gates.
And what about camping? There's an anti-camping mechanic, sure, but the basement is still a thing and it doesn't work during the endgame. So, there is no way to get the unhook without Billy's overheat mechanic so long as he keeps the chainsaw at 90%.
The overheat mechanic encourages an aggressive playstyle rather than a slow and patient one, which is kinda what you use a chainsaw for. Was the mechanic needed at the time, likely not, but I wasn't there to experience it. But when I was a new player, I didn't mind the mechanic and it never got in my way of having fun.
-
When someone claims to be a "Survivor Main" they don't always mean they only play Survivor, it could simply mean that they prefer to play Survivor.

Checking on a gen, running behind a wall, activating Hidey-Ho, and watching a survivor go back to the gen. That's when the fun begins.

Honestly all killers should be able to do that if they've been teabagged more than 6 times in a trial! 🤪
Shall I introduce you to Ghost Face?😏
-
I think we should be apologizing to Survivor mains, right?
I mean, I think now is honestly the worst time to play Survivor, because there's a lot more tunneling, a lot more camping, and a lot more slugging. I mean, I've only begun to play recently, about a year ago, and it seems the average Survivor trying to have fun is suffering a lot.
Skull Merchant 3-gen has made Survivor less fun, as Knight and Singularity as well for holding three gens. I hope we're moving in a good direction, but Killers are being punished for good reason in my opinion.

Don't make it personal. Change it so that ALL players see the hatch when there's only one survivor left and that blindness doesn't hide the aura. It'll be more like the hatch spawn offering, it's a guarantee it'll be there, but you aren't the only one who knows that.
-
I play however the Survivors do. If they're competitive, I'm competitive. If they chill, I'm chill.
-
I think he's fine where he is, I mean, hitboxes and clutter are obviously an issue, but that's not a Billy problem, it's a map problem. I see the Overheat mechanic as fine, it isn't necessary, but I've never heard an actual reason why it was bad. I mean, sure cross-map Billy is now a risk because your chainsaw is put on a timer, but other than that, nothing.
-
It depends on what Killer is on the map. Huntress on Lerry's, possibly Killer-Sided. Billy on RPD, Survivor-Sided. Ghostface on Midwich, Killer-Sided.
-
Yes, I do hope for a rework on the Blight's add-ons. Maybe some of that overpoweredness can be transferred over to Nemesis's add-ons.

I disagree. A botched, lackluster, unfun and poorly designed killer can't be carried by perks. Look at Skull Merchant and Knight on release for example. Both were absolutely terrible and no perks could change that. Knight got a decent rework and is now somewhat functional, while SM remains DBD's most hated killer even after 2 reworks.
Are you kidding, she was EXTREMELY adored. Just not by anyone who wanted to play the game, but instead by the guys who wanted to "Play" the game with minimal effort...

The Tome challenges for The Vampire would consist of the following: Generate a total of 200 | 250 | 300 points from Grab. Hit 4 Survivors with Special Attacks in Bloodhoarder Tier III, complete this challenge within a single trial. Use 6 Special Abilities while in Bloodhoarder Tier III, complete this challenge within a single trial. Drain 500 points from Bloodhoarder.
The Daily Challenge would be: Injure 3 Survivors with Grab
The Tome Lore would be Isaac hunting down a Plague Doctor, upon meeting up with this individual, the man recognizes Isaac and begins to preach about the Entity, but using vague terms. The cinematic would be inside the Vampire Keep when a group of Plague Doctors suddenly arrive.
The Tome lore for Antonio would be his first encounter with a Vampire. His father goes off hunting, leaving Antonio and Harvard alone with their mother. A Vampire Servant would attack the house and the family would have to hide since the brothers are still kids at this point. The Vampire would eventually find them and kill the mother, ending the text sequence. The cinematic would be the Vampire finishing the kill on the boys' mother, then going to pounce on them. Only for the father to strike it in the chest with a harpoon, and finish the kill with a stake to the heart.

The Puppeteer's Tome challenges could consist of the following: Fully Entangle 2 | 3 | 4 Survivors, complete this challenge within a single trial. Create Mimics of 2 | 3 | 4 unique Survivors, complete this Challenge within a single Trial. Create 4 False Boons using a Mimic. Target 6 Survivors, generators, or totems while Spirit Roam is active.
The Daily Challenge for Puppeteer will be the following: Use Entangle on 4 unique Survivors.
The Tome for the Puppeteer would include one of her other characters, Wendy Weathers, and how Rachel is creating her story with human puppets on timed strings. When the text ends, The Puppeteer is caught, with the cinematic showing police officers stepping on traps while she simply watches.
The Tome lore for Michael Richards would be him stopping other online terrorists and how he's mentally coping. The cinematic at the end would begin to show the beginning of Tina's Show.

I'm looking at it and I know I'll fail to even trace it, lol

Trapper:
(Rare) MacMillan's Flesh: A piece of flesh found on the few remains left of Archie Macmillan.
- Survivor auras are shown for 5 seconds after escaping a Beartrap.
(Uncommon) Scraps of Metal: A series of scrapped parts of a machine, implementing this makes it easier to take prey from your traps.
- Retrieving a survivor from a trap is 30% faster
(Uncommon) Gunpowder: A set of small amounts of gunpowder that can be added to your traps, adding quite a surprise.
- Upon the closure of a trap, whether being stepped in or disarmed, survivors within 16 meters of the trap's location will scream, revealing their location for 5 seconds.
HillBilly:
(Very Rare) Loose Gears: A set of loose gears set purposely into the chainsaw to cause more damage.
- Survivors within 3 meters of your location when you hit an object or another survivor become injured if healthy or gain deep wound if injured.
- Chainsaw gains 40% overheat when this activates.
(Rare) Steel Bearing: A steel bearing makes any instrument it's applied to last longer.
- Rev speed of the chainsaw is increased by 10%
- Overheat charge gained while using the chainsaw is reduced by 10%
- Successful Chainsaw hits decrease Chainsaw overheat by 25%
Ghost Face:
(Rare) Party Photo: A photo Olsen took at a college party, deciding all of them as prime targets.
- For every survivor who gets Marked, gain 1 token up to a maximum of 15
- For every 5 tokens, gain a 3% haste effect whilst Nightshroud is active.
(Very Rare) Flash Camera: A camera used to take photos during his early years, it led to some victims to freeze in terror, unsure of who was watching them.
- Marked Survivors become afflicted with the Hindered(3%) and Incapacitated status effect for 10 seconds.

The power is simple and self-explanatory, which is a good trait for a power with only one part. However, the idea of a Killer with a fully functional rifle, who knows how to use it, is a poor one I think. Instant downs from any range isn't fun, ask the devs why they nerfed Huntress' Iridescent Head and why people still rightfully complain about it. Snipers in games aren't generally fun for anyone but the sniper themselves, either, and this is especially true when you can't shoot back at all.
This is a Killer who auto-wins on a map with a hill, forces Survivors to play a completely different game when all the Killer has to do is point and click with a genuine hitscan weapon.
The Deathslinger is teetering the line of being like this Killer and being absurdly unfun, but the devs were smart in capping range at around 16 meters and making it so, while the harpoon is ridiculously fast, it isn't hitscan. It's a projectile, it has a movement speed, and you can exploit that as a Survivor. This Killer has no such exploit, no such counterplay. It's just point and click.
Perks are a little better than the power, though.
Hex: Against the Odds has something workable but is hard to make work outside of gimmicks, and is both too hard to get online (as in, get to enough Tokens to get value before the Hex is popped) and too annoying once it is online. I'd keep the idea of a Hex gaining Tokens when things aren't looking great for you as the Killer, maybe each time a Survivor is healed or unhooked, and go with a different effect from there.
Learning Opportunity is practically useless, but the fundamental idea, much like Against the Odds, isn't horrible. The idea of learning from past mistakes with a perk is cool, but this weak of an ability isn't how you capitalize on that good idea. I'd say maybe going about gaining Tokens when losing a chase is good, but when you start a chase you can see the aura of the Survivor for x time, x being the number of Tokens you have. Good for hit and run killers and such. You could add a cooldown of 40/30/20 seconds to it and it'd work great.
Victor is scuffed Brutal Strength and scuffed Fire Up. Again, the idea of gaining Tokens and losing them when you're humiliated is cool, but the effect itself isn't it.
Survivor perks now.
Lone Wolf is a concept I just think shouldn't be made to work. It discourages cooperation, which encourages a lack of altruism, which isn't fun or fair to your teammates or yourself. But then it also gives a 10% increase to repair speeds, which is... no. Gen speeds are fast enough. Imagine a blanket 10% increase to repair speeds on top of the toolbox masturbation that Scavenger or Built to Last can enable.
Stay Calm is a worse version of Distortion. It helps scout for Killer perks but is useless outside of that. I think the being cool under pressure idea the name gives off can be worked with much better than an even worse version of a Killer's Insidious, one of the worst perks in the entire game.
Stay Informed is cool, I like it.
You are incredible at picking things apart, and I'm grateful for you to review two of my works. Allow me to say thank you for doing this. It's really clean and very professional, and I can't thank you enough for doing this for the community.
First thing, I am going to rename this a ''Bad" chapter idea. As you have mentioned, the power is a complete rip-off of Iri Head Huntress, and I'm not sure why I didn't recognize this myself. I've also received numerous questions about the Killer and Survivor perks within the community I'm sharing these Custom Chapters with.
Again, thank you for reviewing this and making very accurate, fleshed-out points about the power and the perks. I will, however, keep in mind the positives within your review and implement them into another Custom Chapter, hopefully implementing them into a more healthy and fun playstyle for both sides.

This is one of the worst chapter ideas I have seen in a while. I am sorry. Everything about this is just... wrong.
Understandable, but can you explain the specific pieces? I plan on doing more and don't want to repeat any mistakes.
