Since the unreal 5 update it has become increasingly apparent that there is something wrong with hit boxes and/or hit detection. I can have a survivor right in front of me in a narrow area with nowhere to juke left or right, swing, and somehow it does not connect. This happens repeatedly. Often multiple times per game. It's 2024. There's got to be a way to correct this. Minimally since the killer has "won" that chase, the survivor should be moved to the killers feet when the adjustment occurs. You've let the survivors have so many advantages over the last year or so, it's time to give something back to the killers. I'd take this fix over the hook respawn. PC I was playing as Claudette, vs a Skull merchant. The skull merchant downed me at a pallet, picked me up, a teammate dropped the pallet, and after that, the match was bugged. I wiggled the first time till the wiggle timer was full, but couldnt get free. Ok so they don't want killers to be able to see hook states. Fine. What if when you go to hook someone it says FINAL HOOK or something below the prompt? So idk why this issue is getting completely ignored but it's getting to a point where I really don't want to play as killer anymore. Today I had 2 matches as killer, both led to the end game, and both times the game suddenly froze and I was given the above error.
