Ghost Face is very Weak in 8VS2

I'm P100 Ghostface, and in my opinion Ghostface from 8vs2 is worse than from 4vs1
This addon should be the base to not suffer so much with the sprint kit
It would also be good to put him as a base in 4vs1 with 5% maybe 10% Haste

Does GF's expose work for BOTH killers? I could see him focusing on just marking ppl so his teammate can get quick downs.

Topic aside, the knew knife looks spectacular imo. What do you guys think ? Before the first knife was my favorite, i was abit dissapointed we cant use the blight knife but this one really makes it feel good.
My favorite combo is Classic Set, new knife and the bloody helmet , the one that drips from the face like i had when i was a kid.
He does really well with speedy Killers, if you play him a bit more support.
Seems like a solid support character for duos. There's no way Ghostface is worse than Slinger or Nemesis

Its impressive if i managed to edit it in 2 minutes for dbd standards after taking the screenshot as you can see from the tiemstamps and the clock on my computer. but i take it as a compliment for my incredible efficiency as shown to the survivors.
Had few games with him and super buggy, first thing you dont know who you stalking because survivor when stalked should be seen white this rarely happens. Las thing reveal mechanics like i got revealed by sable and she was already out of gates area still it revealed me for some reason like 3-4 seconds after she left.
He is literally on pc/epic lmao. Unlike with consoles changing your name is free

I think he is actually pretty decent, considering his expose applies to your teammate. Not to mention the 10% haste you get while in night shroud.

Yea he's actually kind of useless, like a worse wraith. I played a few games with him and the only one where I actually was kinda able to use his power was when I was paired with a Deathslinger. I would expose them after the slinger hooked someone and was reeling them in, but even then stalking takes so abysmally long that it was a close call most times if I could reveal before the reel finished.
He needs further buffs, from stalking taking less time, to more base speed boosts and the reveal mechanic needs an overhaul for this gamemode since there's too many Survs running around. I'd be fine with the exposed being the current amount of time if they buffed his reveal so he doesn't get knocked out of it every milisecond.
Honestly I really like Ghostface in 2v8, I think they are really fun. I like the idea of not just marking targets for myself but taking a look at Survivors to expose them for my teammates.

I don't get why the Exposed was nerfed.
He's fine mostly, but the Exposed nerf makes it so you can't just Mark multiple survivors without wasting it.
The exposed is not the "big" problem, the problem is the cooldown, the ease with which it is revealed, the speed to expose a survi and this addon that should be base, but come on it is Behavior and GhostFace will continue to be useless, but remember that they are already crying for the Billy, Oni, Legion and Blight that are very strong in this mode which is the reason why you always see the same killers
Making it so I don't get revealed as much would be nice.
The Expose duration being worse sucks tho, because you can't expose multiple survivors without it running out on most of them, and you can't make them an easier target for the other killer with it, because the timer runs out before they get there.
I actually don't know how he isn't seen as universally the worst killer in 2v8. Every killer can do what he does better. His stalking is kinda scuffed and doesn't highlight people a lot, he is revealed from twice the amount of people, and his expose is even worse than in 1v4. He is marginally okay at supporting Wraith, Spirit, and Deathslinger, but doesn't work well with anyone else. As an Oni, he is actually a detriment to being on your team as his expose downs will not yield you any blood ever. His haste doesn't matter much considering you getting revealed from 26 different directions.
I would rather have literally anyone else as support, even Trapper.
After further rounds with him, I think Ghostface is actually quite good in this mode. He's a lot better here than I thought, the Reveal isn't as terrible as I thought it'd be and the Haste in Shroud REALLY helps - it should be, in some minor way, placed on him in Shroud basekit in 1v4.
He's actually a very good support character. Fearmonger on him is fantastic and Enforcer isn't terrible either. Pair him with most Killers and he's still a good pick regardless. You could do much worse in this mode than be paired with Ghostie.
It does, but is there really any benefit to it when most 2v8 killers use M2 attacks anyway? The only killer who really benefits from it is Wraith.
I don't think Ghostface is that bad in 2v8, but there's really no point in playing him when Legion does his job 10x better.

After trying him out i gotta say he's not bad. Main issue is that for m1 killer he's competing against Legion who has more roster synergy. Not everyone appreciates the Exposed.
Maybe once we get more killers Danny will have more to work with. Working with something like Wraith is pretty solid. I've been having ok luck maintaining stealth but I admit I did so under the assumption I could rely on my teammates.
This is the key here, you need to have a good teammate. He's a solid enough Killer in 2v8 but my god he CANNOT carry. You need the other Killer to be on point so you can have a nice back and forth with each other, otherwise he is going to suffer. If you DO have a competent teammate though, you will find the chaos of Survs trying to deal with your louder teammate often means they won't notice you coming from nowhere, marking them, or ambushing them. In that way, he's a lot like a better Wraith with extra info - for some reason everyone whines about Reveal but forgets that it gives him info, and in 2v8, even gives your partner info. It deadass tells your partner where you need help, and if the partner has speed…
He does have terrible trouble on Coldwind which is just too bright and open for him. Ormond is a little better but not much. But these are issues he has always had, so no surprise there.
I'd rather be paired with him than a Wraith or a Trapper TBH, most of the Ghosties I've gotten have been pretty decent at him. The haste he gets seems to really help the most.
He has it in Shroud basekit in 2v8, all the time, while in Shroud. They DID basekit it for 2v8, it's just always active. Also, prestige does not equal skill, we don't know anything about how good you actually are at Ghostface just saying you're p100. I'm not saying you're bad at him or not skilled, but you can't just plunk your prestige down as if that means much, anyone can p100. You can p100 someone without playing them even. How many hours have you played Ghostface as your Main? That'd give us a better idea.
Dredge coming to 2v8 would be so much fun & I'm all for it. I'm actually surprised the killer that literally forces darkness, isn't in a 2v8 chaotic mode like this. But hopefully soon!
I do think it'd produce some at first fun match ups but I can see people complaining about the Dredge + GF matchups as the event goes on, lol.

Free haste while undetectable on demand is pretty much the same caliber as free haste on setting a trap. But then that's where that "objectively" comes in… Objectively to most players, most of whom do not post here, he's balanced in both modes and fine. I guess anything is weak to a DBD God though.
I am sure you all struggling with him though are, as you'd probably boast, "just high level players and he only works for [me] because [I] am low level." I am admittedly a casual player who isn't out here trying to winstreak because frankly, I got bored with the lack of challenge, even as someone who has played daily since 2017. I guess you must all win 90% of your games both sides or something and be loop Gods, because nobody I know even remotely sees that level of difficulty with him. Or maybe you're all just not that good at this type of gameplay, or struggle to use M1 Killers or something, I dunno, but as an average player he's better than Trapper or Spirit who is HARD nerfed by the sheer number of scratch marks.

Don't doubt it, Trapper is very good at protecting a specific area of the map with several traps together.

No hes not. His inconsistent reveal machanic makes him super hard to reveal, and he gets an insane stealth speed boost. Thats almost as unfair as Oni with his turn rate buffs
Of course they do, killer class/passive buff is weaker than addons/perks while survivor class being vastly superior than perks, there is 0.25 less gen per survivors (4-5 vs 8-8), effective removal of tunneling, and maps are favoring survivors by large margin(extremely large and ridiculous amount of pallets), the mode is objectively survivor sided than 1v4… if they play seriously

I have, and I never get revealed unless I down someone. His permanent 10% speed boost is really unfair, you're already undetectable what else could you need? I have not seen anyone clown Ghostface in 2v8, cus hes a strong support killer
