Wow, The Shape is painfully weak

It’s a shame honestly, especially since he was the first addition of Licensed content into the game. Without him, I don’t think any other License content would’ve been added.

Please BHVR, Take a look at him. He is nowhere near as strong as portrayed in the films.

He needs to be updated next. He needed an update more then Legion and GF in my opinion. His strong add ons inflate his kill rate making the devs think he's ok, AND HES NOT. His basekit is weak and old.

Ghostie is pretty decent with the reduction to power delay.

Agreed. He is carried by his 2 strong add-ons. Infinite Tier 3 and Tombstone piece. Tombstone piece is the ONLY thing he has going for him at this point.

Oni, Twins and Bubba slug better

and He is definitely going to be overshadowed by Ghostface with his upcoming changes.

  • It is a just a woe of being m1 killer.

  • I'm assuming they have eyes on him while updating Haddonfield. He will get some updates. I guarantee it. As for WHEN this will happen.... That is the question.

  • I just want Myers to be the best he can be.

It's got nothing to do with those add ons. If his high kill stats were carried by those there would be an outcry of tombstone piece epidemics on a weekly basis.

Ghostface's upcoming changes aren't going to be anything significant. Increasing marked duration by 15 seconds won't make any difference to players who can outrun it for the standard 45. Nor will being unable to reveal him when marked because what's the point when you're already marked. All that's good for is saving your deviousness points.

  • Yeah, he's pretty much a M1 killer up until he gets to tier 3 EW. And even then he has to rely on survivors to gain his power. He can't even be considered a stealth killer because you can see him from a mile away, even over map tiles (like walls).

Not having a red stain can make chases pretty dangerous for the marked Survivor.

Also, it makes dettaching easier in case there is an injured Survivor nearby if the marked guy is in a better position.

This is exactly the issue. Tombstone Piece and Fragrant Tuft of Hair are crazy good and likely inflate his kill rate. I wouldn't mind seeing them knocked down a peg so Myers' base kit could get some love.

And don’t forget his Red Tombstone is quite a bit weaker than his purple one too.

    He’s too precious

  • I'm still baffled that they designed a killer who could literally run out of their power...

Taking that stupid limitation off alone would do wonders to his awful base kit

That and his 105 movement speed at the most crucial part of the game. Stalking a survivor should make the evil within replenish in the others, stalking is no longer affected by distance so you don't have to get right in their face as a 105 killer (but maybe add a maximum range) and increase t1 movement speed to 110.

And even then, he'd still be low tier. But its a good place to start.

  • just give him a shirtless cosmetic and survivors will be begging him to impale them with his massive pipe.

He will get his rework,he is weak especially in the current healing meta, not that it affects him much but by the time you get enough stalk to get t3,2,3 gens pop,and even after you get it,survivors will just play stealthy until your t3 is gone.

The only strong Myers is the infinite t3 one.

  • I really like Mikey but yeah, playing him can be pretty miserable as he is a relic from a different time in DBD. Now though, his terrible early game pressure can be very difficult to come back from as gens just go too damn fast. Plus with COH in the game he suffers the same issue as every M1 killer in that injuring in tier 2 is useless as they can just heal in a few seconds.

Tier 3 is too limited and takes too long even with addons and if you don't manage to snowball you will likely lose with Mikey. Shame as he could be a fun killer but the current experience is generally just frustrating

I think he has potential to be a good killer. Just like you said, he wastes so much time for basically nothing.

if you think about it he can counter 2 survivor meta perks,DH and COH. With the right buffs, he has a chance to be a popular pick again.

He is a popular pick already.

  • Myers needs his multi stalk back

Myers needs to have a stalk bonus for stalking farther away not closer

He needs stalk to return after maxing out maybe 3 survivors or give something to Myers once you fully stalk a survivor

  • Interesting, I have only seen like 3 Myers this entire year so far.

I think I have gone against more Twins players than Myers.

You must have the majority of that 1.15% Twins players in your region 😉

Well, it kinda has to be there just in case there's an afk, he could just farm off that survivor, but they should definitely up the limit that's for sure

  • Eh, he might just be a popular pick for his 2 add ons for most people, I understand he's your main, but I don't think most people would choose him over something like spirit or Bubba

Apparently they are. As well as Trapper, Wraith, Doc, Huntress etc over those two. Players don't usually play whom they find strongest. Its about what they find fun.

TBF, if you have an AFK, you're almost certainly dead anyway. 3v1 in this game is a recipe for sadness for the 3 poor bastards trying to play.

  • I face a lot of strong Myers in my games.

  • They should make him a triangle instead of a rectangle

I can say the same for Hillbilly. Anyone who is still playing the killer is probably very skilled at using what is honestly a "poor platform".

Mikey could be very easily fixed.

    1. Change his power activation to like Oni where you would stalk to fill and have to stop and tap the button again to turn the power on (instead of a bar filling and then the power starts).
    2. Either remove the speed penalty in tier 1, or give him the same speed bonus in T2/T3 that lasts forever. Make him be the first 120% killer. Also the time needed to stalk to get to T2 needs to be examined becuase the amount you need is far too much (unless we are going to give him 120% speed in t2 and then it's fine). This would also make him full speed when using tombstone /gasp (or close enough).
    3. Now that ghostface has 60 seconds of stalk it only makes sense for this character's stalk to be stronger. How about we add an extra 30 seconds duration to the power (base). Then add the ability to break pallets by swinging into them while in his power with a lunge attack.

This character effectively has 4 useful addons. Potential addons reworks:

purple (lock of hair) : getting hit by a pallet builds 25 evil within (affected by stalk bonus addons). When your power is active you cannot be stunned or blinded.

green (hairbow): start the game in T2 with no warning jingle.

purple: remove your terror radius while your power is active.

Rework both mirrors so that the lower tier mirror lets you go to T2 and the higher tier mirror lets you go to T3. Reduce the range by half for both.

Change green mirror shard to the old T1 mirror.

change yellow mirror shard to : survivors who have no aura left are revealed within 32m (this is mostly useless but more interesting than the current useless addon).
