SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The new Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass perk causes Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain and Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage to trigger their effects immediately when a survivor is unhooked from a regular hook, before that hook has been converted to a scourge hook. The first issue has to do with "Shoulder the Burden;" I've noticed multiple occasions where I use it and either my survivor doesn't scream, they don't become Exposed, or both. I haven't noticed any particular similarities between the scenarios, nor are the other perks I was running preventing either effect from happening. I don't know what changed this patch, but whenever I'm trying to blink with Nurse, there's about a 10% chance she'll straight up just put her hand away. Even in a chain blink, I end up having to charge a blink twice so many times because she just straight up refuses to blink.
