Doctor's Hallucinations See Survivors in Exit Gates who are not there

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

During endgame, the doctor's hallucinations will indicate there is a Survivor in the exit gate area when they are not there and the Hallucination will not go away.

PLATFORM: PlayStation 5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

After the exit gates are opened, a hallucination will stare inside the exit gate falsely indicating a Survivor is there when there is not.

In my video, you can clearly see both Nancy and Aestri are at the opposite exit gate of where the hallucination is.

This happens frequently but I caught a recording this time.
