BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Crashing/Auto save
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Can only play dead by daylight only for an hour before it crashes and sends me back to the Xbox home screen when relaunching the game I am penalized and none of my cosmetics i have for the new character TAURIE CAIN, is saved it puts me on a different character every time the game crashes as for killer the last killer I’ve played was the dredge and it resets to the last last killer I’ve played which was spirit. As for the perks I have saved for each survivor/killer has reseted to blank slots.
VIDEO: N/A unable to get any footage during the crashing causes.

I have a similar issue where no loadouts etc. are being remembered when I reboot the game
