It's a mixed bag, i love laurie, quentin, nea, dwight and jake. They really need to soften megs expression, she looks so angry. I think Claudette looks slightly worse and more masculine. Jeff needs thicker eyebrows too.

I play hag a lot and never use her perks on her. I imagine they could work but since they're all hex perks, they are high risk.

there are some examples where it really is not understandable why it had to be a locked set, but for most it’s obvious and you gotta see them like this: they are either available as linked cosmetics or not at all. And you are never forced to buy them any way.
Once i had a post game animation glitch out, were fengs head was imposed on megs torso. It didn't look bad actually lol

Linked sets would sell better if the current linked cosmetics bug stayed, i've seen some awesome combos particularly with the linked silent hill cosmetics.

Remember to take breaks from killer periodically for your own sanity. We all get bad matches, try to learn from them but also recognise when survivors actually prioritise gens, there's very little you can do. I've had matches were i didn't play badly but survivors were incredibly efficient and co-ordinated and that's something the killer can't control.

My personal build for hag is save the best for last, bbq, sloppy butcher and pop goes the weasel. If you have save the best for last, i recommend you use it on hag as i think it's her best perk, it will allow you to get downs from traps relatively close together with the reduced attack cooldown. Trap any loop, and don't chase around loops without placing traps.

Also, i should add i think i was using the twitch shirt on her before it was removed in a patch. I'm not sure if that has something to do with it potentially.

Perhaps a perk that made all base regression at 200% which is capped at 200%

YES! Same here. Happens on my PS5 on the PS5 version, on both of my controllers. Did Sony’s controller update screw it for dbd only (doesn’t happen on other games) or is this a game specific issue?
I think it's a controller issue and not a game issue as i've noticed drift and flicker on a few other games. I suspect the dualsense has a higher fail rate than the dualshock. My dualshock eventually experienced drift but only after a long time when grime/dust had a chance to accumulate.

How many controllers have you replaced on your PS4 because of Dead by Daylight?
This is happening on the the PS5 dualsense controller. It's not a DBD issue because i've also noticed it while playing XCOM 2. My right analogue stick is faulty for whatever reason, i noticed it only a few days after getting PS5. I should send it back for repair or replacement.

I know that even with additional power etc... that won't necessarily fix many of the framerate issues because of how poorly optimised this game is. But i'm cautiously optimistic that the ps5 will at least offer a better experience that the one us console users are currently used to. Actually atm the ps4 isn't absolutely atrocious since the latest patch but it never seems to stay in this tolerable condition for very long :(

Hmm I’m not 100% certain. It’s just so far implied that the PS4 games that are performing dramatically better on PS5 have also been games that specifically got updates to take advantage of PS5 features and improved performance.
Testing Until Dawn on PS5 will also be another interesting one. As brilliant as that game is, the FPS left a LOT to be desired.
Until dawn was a lot of fun. I ought to replay it sometime.

Well the upgraded PS5 version which has no definite release date yet is meant to. The OP is talking about running the ps4 version on the ps5.

Bloodborne has a framerate cap right? I'm not sure if that is the case for the ps4 version of dbd.

I tried inputting several codes to no avail. Console is just too sluggish, it's only a charm so not a huge deal.

BBQ and WGLF, i can't imagine the additional grind without them so i use those two in every loadout.

Echoing everyone else, just play whoever you want, however you want and with whatever add ons/perks you want.

Overall, I feel the devs have made a lot of good changes on both sides. However, as cynical as it sounds i think because survivors make up the majority of the community and thus revenue, it's unlikely the devs will do anything to annoy them too much in terms of changes. That's why swf will probably never come with a negative or be addressed for example.

I played as pyramid head on hawkins earlier, although it wasn't perfect it went pretty well, Previously it would have been unplayable.

Yeah, i noticed survivors no longer recoil from the explosion caused by surge. I'm guessing it's currently bugged.

Almost the exact same thing happened to me (ps4) just now, also against a pyramid head. I was unhooked and the another player tanked the hit, i got to the exit gate which was 99, i opened it and was instantly downed even though pyramid head wasn't even visible on my screen. He picked me up afterwards before i could crawl out. Did that killer player have Kulis in their name?

It feels so much better running shadowborn on killers, but i only use it on the nurse as a given. The default fov seems so restricting and uncomfortable if you use shadowborn too much.

I find it to be insanely strong as it is. You seem to be forgetting about the new Hex: Undying, which transfers this Hex to another totem, possibly resetting the cooldown. And, even more importantly, about STBFL. I don't know how much more use killers want out of a single perk. I mean, I like it, probably gonna use it for a while and see how it performs. But to consider it needs to have unlimited range and/or block windows too. Come on, man. Aren't endless chases and Bloodlust enough to get you a kill, already? Don't mistake me for a survivor only player, I just don't like tunneling done to me, so I'll try and not do that to other non-toxic folks.
A perk that requires two other perks to be somewhat effective/lasting is not a good perk imo. This should be a cooldown only perk, most good survivors won't hug the nearest loop after being hit.

I look forward hopefully to a stable framerate on next gen. I'll finally be able to use my blight cosmetics without forfeiting the match :)

This might sound stupid but what if predator gave each survivor a unique colour for scratch marks they leave behind. This could help with tracking a specific survivor or avoiding your obsession etc...

I had my first match as killer (ps4) against pc players. It felt super super sluggish, even more so than usual, but i still managed to 4k.

Yes, it's awful particularly on indoor maps. I have to avoid several cosmetics just to avoid single digit fps as well.

I play on console, earlier i had a match on ormond, i could barely see survivors with bbq and chili.
