It feels like they'd rather I struggle with a VPN than actually investigate the problem.
I don’t know what’s going on internally, but the lack of coordination is unbelievable. Most of them don't even seem to know what's changed in their own system. I’ve pretty much lost all expectations at this point.
Yeah, i had another issue before and the support here from Behavior is atrocious. I appreciate the VPN tip, but i don't want to be forced into using workaround bandaid fixes, there's literally nothing wrong with our connection, it's on their end and they still haven't addressed this.
But like i've said, i'm done for good with this game.

Hmm,yes i am right,you put statistics and selling numbers but they're not arguments,dbd had a great merchan and marketing recently and got its sellings boosted(free weekends and discounts at the same time they're putting more content for example),but you also see negative reviews growing from new and veteran players on steam and outside too,same time people buy it,some of them leave and GO PLAY SOMETHING ELSE..
Not to mention dbd has a long history of quitters,but i'm not really here for a debate,just giving whoever saw this a reminder before i leave Lol

Warframe devs. It took them 3 years to fix the aweful archwing camera controls, then totally ignored the other issues with it and it's been nearly 5 years since archwing came out with it still being so broken that it is unplayable.

I came from that community. Seeing BHVR is a breath of fresh air because they actually communicate and acknowledge that ######### needs to be fixed, then they give a reasonable timeframe which gives them plenty of wiggle room in case something goes wrong.

The game hasn't even been out 3 years.
It was released in 2016,something around 3 or 2 and half years..

thats exactly the same that's been happening to me,you can check my profile and see my discussions,graphics just don't render and like you,it never happened to me until 2.4.0 or when they updated the engine i dont remember,still not fixed and unfortunately it seems like they have nothing to do,so i quit lol

Additional Details: Ever since i started playing DBD,last year,i've always played on Low graphics,reason being that the game looks brighter,sharper and has HORRIBLE performance from Medium-Ultra,i've never had this issue with these extremely blurred rubber-like textures that i'm having ever since the engine was updated,some matches are completely bugged like the image,others only from a far distance,it fixes when i set it to Medium,but i can't play because the fps and graphics look horrible on higher settings,i'm just not playing with these bugged graphics because i feel like i'm playing a PS1 game lolIt usually get worse when the whole map have these bad or pre-loaded textures and it stays that way till i restart my game,it's not bad enough that i have to restart my game due to infinite loading screens..i really want to play but i'm just not motivated to play the game like this

a lot of hardcore survivors agree that the killers are weak but the only people who refuse to believe that is the same people who feel insecure about the way they play and they get caught easily. Dont go on that road mate,the more you play the game the sooner you'll realize that SWF's aren't really a big deal,i 4k on SWF's most of the time(i'm rank 5) and i'm not good at playing killer,just average;Don't think survivors are the ones who decide if you win or not,game is unbalanced but that's not how things work lol,tbag doesn't mean they're confident that they will win,it's just nonsense and a funny way to play,don't get salty about it,once you learn how to properly play as killer these things wont be a problem
Watch Zubatlel,Scottjund,Marth88 and some other killer mains and you'll see how it's very possible to win as killer,like Scottjund once said,survivors WILL make mistake and its up to you to take advantage of these mistakes
Marth88 already ditch the game because he said that the game is unbalanced and the killers are weak.

As for the toxic chat bs that survivors like to do,these things should have more control by behavior,one shouldn't say racist things or anything like that and just leave without consequence,a stupid joke towards you is ok as long as you know these things make no difference at all,but some people cross the line and behaviour should watch those things

Additional Details: Ever since i started playing DBD,last year,i've always played on Low graphics,reason being that the game looks brighter,sharper and has HORRIBLE performance from Medium-Ultra,i've never had this issue with these extremely blurred rubber-like textures that i'm having ever since the engine was updated,some matches are completely bugged like the image,others only from a far distance,it fixes when i set it to Medium,but i can't play because the fps and graphics look horrible on higher settings,i'm just not playing with these bugged graphics because i feel like i'm playing a PS1 game lolIt usually get worse when the whole map have these bad or pre-loaded textures and it stays that way till i restart my game,it's not bad enough that i have to restart my game due to infinite loading screens..i really want to play but i'm just not motivated to play the game like this

I still feel disgusted with those brainless kids,i dont mind insults at me,what really bugs me is the fact that there's people who don't know how valuable life is to throw these comments...by the way you'll see alot of this in this game,racism and all bunch of stuff,these kind of things that Behaviour should really look for and to encourage people to report them,kids with no brain should learn how things work..

So now i'm really getting annoyed, I try to go for the flashlight survivors again but to no avail because it would waste an EXTREME amount of time. While all this is going on btw i'm getting teabagged. So then I decide "ok i'll go away from here and they will follow me". They did and then I tried to get them again away from the really bad loops. Sprint burst. I chase them ALL the way back to the same location and the cycle continues. All the while, gens are getting done from the person that is not doing all this too me. So AGAIN I try to get someone down, again it is the weaker link, and again, FLASHLIGHT.So at this point I am weighing up my options and decide this: I see literally NO path to victory in this game and so, I admit, I quit the match. Please understand i almost NEVER quit games no matter how bad they have gotten, but this was on another level. It was like a well-oiled machine that was perfectly flashlighting, perfectly coordinated and perfectly looping.
So after I quit I look at the perks: 4 DS, 2 flashlights with great add-ons and 4 sprint burst.
And then the messages started coming through. I won't write them ALL but here are a few:
" How are you rank 1 noob, go back to rank 20 "
"EZ" ( This was an Ochido fan just for context )
" EEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZ DUUUUUUUUUUDEEEEEEEEEEE"
" Rank 1, wow "
So whether me rage quitting was right or wrong is a different topic of conversation, but my point with this post is that:
- I was in a situation with no clear path to ANY sort of victory
- I was against the most toxic team, and build I have EVER seen
- After all this, I'M the bad guy here
A team that tries to take the fun out of the game is nothing new to anyone i'm sure, but the reason they are like this is because they have the tools to be able to. The devs have given the survivors all the power and now this is the result of it.
I am livid and am fearful to even play the game now because of this crap.I had to just get this off my chest because I have literally never seen anything quite like it in a game before, thank you for reading this rant

Behavior gave survivors 10 lives,made their lives easy with DS,Unbreakable and some other bs,it's really unfun to play Killer but you can counter those things,i personally believe that you're wrong when you said that it was impossible to win,it's actually the opposite,SWF braindead teams who wants to be "toooxic" waste time by not doing gens,just slug the crap out of them and bait the downed survivor,also,eat pallets,dont care about getting stunned,these survivors also "lose" whenever the killer dont respect,makes loops way shorter...
Also,i want to point out something,these players are just kids man,no such adult would act like that,they cry over smallest things that happen to them,Behaviour touched their sprint burst and they bombed the game with negative reviews saying the game is UNPLAYABLE,i swear,it happened,these comments might still be there if you look for it...all i can say is that behaviour gave these kids "ez" ways to play the game,they screwed up the Killer side by making it unfun and frustrating,survivors taking advantage of loops and perks that the killer can't really do much about and saying it was easy,i agree with them,it is easy to play survivor,that we can all agree lol,but keep faith man,they're making interesting changes to the game,making it less painful for Killers and i saved the best for the last,Decisive Strike is getting Nerfed in the next midpatch aswell,the same survivors that did that to you will bomb the game with negative reviews saying the game is UNPLAYABLE too,peace.
