The thing is, the walls of a window can just be so thick. When you lunge out it's a reach and in reality you who vaulted through, can still be lunged at through a window.
I don't understand how they hit even when I get the fast vault tho.

The killers power has to be revolving around the characters lore, but Springtrap is missing multiple of these, same with the other anamatronics. He would only work in a game where the OBJ was to kill the survivors before a timer ends (As provoked via the timer system in FNAF), which doesn’t fit this type of game, along with that he doesn’t have a weapon, he literally scares you to kill you. Mix these together, and you will get a killer that straight up has no weapon and has a power that is put onto a time crunch.....thats not a killer
He could use his hands lol but after speculating my own thoughts, i can see a 95% chance springtrap won't come into dbd at the moment. But hey, they're ways to make springtrap without having him all stupid.

I would also like to see an original Scarecrow.. too many farm fields to not have a scarecrow of sorts. I also really like ghost pirate, mummy, werewolf ideas.

Personally, i would be fine either way. But people dislike FNAF for one of 3 Reasons:
- They actually don't like the game, in which case it is justified.
- They dislike the Community and are afraid springtrap would bring in that community. (Which i don't mind cause all those little kids buying DBD are fresh food for my rank and bloodpoints)
- They dislike it becomes it is a popular franchise and for nothing else other then it's popularity.

The problem with FNAF is its very cartoony, and not really in keeping with the DBD aethetic, jusy my opinion.

@MiniPixels, I believe the Devs once said that they would love/ like to see springtrap come into dead by daylight.
I mean, yeah, I would to see CandyMan, Alien, Richard trager, etc would be nice. But I don't think spring boy would be a bad idea

I want "predator" in dbd and I have a idea for him
The Predator:
Base speed: 115%
Terror Radius: 32 meters
Weapon of the Killers Choice: His Wristblade
His attack: "The Predator" extends out his wristblade as he strikes towards the survivors.
Power: "PREDATORY INSTINCTS"
When 2 survivors are injured throughout the trial or "The Predator" has been stunned atleast twice . You are granted the ability to Cloak yourself for during the time duration you receive the Undetectable status effect. In this state, You are able to track down survivors alot more effectively as their BloodTrails become more Brighter.
You also can hear their breathing at an increased sense of 15% ((kinda like stridor)
The unfortunate thing is that "The Predator" cannot stay into his cloaking form for a long duration. (( we'll base this off of Legion's power Gauge, which means his power will be similar to legion's time the power decreases at a rate )).
Staying into the predator's cloaking form for a long time will cause the predator to uncloak and enter into a fatigued state. And when in his cloaking ability.
He cannot attack any survivors unless he uncloaks in which the predator can lunge after the survivor in an attempt to down them or injure them
How do survivors know when "The Predator" enters his cloaking ability/ stealth ability?:
When the predator is granted his stealth ability and enters his power. The predator will give the survivors an audio sound
What's the audio sound, u say?:
It's predator's famous growl
And he isn't completely invisible like the wraith, he can be seen if walking along light. Like: Campfires, Bright Areas or gens that's been completed in that area.
However, if u ain't aware of your surroundings, he can blend in with the darkness!
Now, I really don't know about his perks and I actually think that my idea of Predator is OP?

The original creator sued to get his rights back because apparently you can do that after 35 years or something. He made peanuts on Jason and he is the one who technically created him. I don't blame him and I don't think he would actually have a problem with anyone using the IP. I mean if he wants to own it...he probably wants to make money from it.

I'm not commenting on their ability to win the game in general. I was just commenting on the specific scenario of "a healthy Survivor is trying to unhook right in front of you". Like you mentioned Deathslinger using his gun. But if I'm playing as Wraith I obviously can't use Deathslingers gun.
Yeah, I know. But heres another example if u was wraith.
The Healthy Jake is going to save to Hooked Survivor. You could Cloak real quick and uncloak to get that boost of speed and instantly get a hit. And I possibly hit the unhookee. But don't put them on hook but it would apply pressure. As you'd have one downed, one injured, one doing gens, and one tryna go pick up the survivor.

If a killer is doing that at red ranks, and the survivors actually deserve to be there, then that killer just actively threw the game.
Any decent survivor will just play pallets safer and throw them down a bit early instead of stretching them out, and the other survivors will just push gens. 4 minutes pass and all 5 generators are done if they're not pressured. Maybe another survivor runs by and tanks a hit, just to buy more time. Not like they will care if they're injured, the killer refuses to chase them.

While that's true you can't guarantee every killer would do that nor should they be obliged to.
Remember the person who gets screwed over the most from bad saves is the unhooked survivor.
1) Killer: gets a relatively easy down from both the Unhooked or unhooker. If they after the unhooked that's someone closer to death.
2) Unhooker: with both Borrowed time or this suggestion they can ensure their emblems or their We're going to live forever profits so the gain stacks and got lose emblems. Hell even without Borrowed time or this suggestion it's still free bloodpoints
3) Unhooked: Can't stop the save, they're completely at the mercy of the killer and they die quickly with little to no points

That depends on which Killer you are. If you're an instant down Killer like Billy or Bubba you shouldn't have an issue. If you aren't, like Spirit or Wraith it's a different story.
@NuclearBurrito, wraith or spirit shouldn't be a problem either as with proper add-ons. Can destroy the survivors. Like Wraith's Ultra-Rare Addon that allows his bell to be silent. which he can use for ambush attacks

As the killer; I have very little time on the map the higher up in rank I go. What I am meaning is you're good.
But your team just cucks you over. Resulting in getting tunnled. And eventually dieing as some of them bodyblock, throw pallets in front of them or just generally be a prick to the survivor who was actually keeping their team alive and healthy

Well, u can still be a red rank and know how to loop and stuff but just wants you and no one else. Then goes down after being unhooked literally a minute ago.

But if u know how play your killer with excellent skill. U could down that person instantly like for say deathslinger.
The person unhooks the person and the person who got unhooked runs away but you use your rifle, stab the unhooker/ reel them in, get a hit off of them, start a chase and hopefully end it quickly. Then throw them on hook

What you're suggesting would be the same asking for base kit make your choice.
It would also encourage a lot of hook farming as you can get safe hooks without sacrificing a perk slot. This would make some rush hook as there is no punishment for bad saves
