I totally agree with this. Aside from me just liking B more in general I feel, that's something I disliked about A and preferred B for. Both are really good sets though.
And same, I'm always biased for anything Yun-Jin and Trickster haha
Yeah I bet everyone that voted A will lose their minds when they see kate and meg get sets from the competition.

Nah cuz then you'd have kat and meg win twice. The best way would have been to include a cosmetic for each character on the A and B side, that way you're actually pitting the designs against each other rather than the characters themselves.

Valid reaction but that just adds more fuel to the fire that they're the reason some of their characters are top tier and some of them are burning. Release good cosmetics for Adam and there will be more Adams.

I get the business standpoint of giving meg and kate skins all the time but the rate at which others receive skins is awful. A skin a year would at least be something but Adam doesn't even get that.

I am not against that. Kate got great cosmetics this year. So if they won't add any for a while and focus on unpopular survivors, i will not mind that. They deserves some love.

the longer the killer spends in the radius of the hooked survivor without another survivor being in range the longer the BT duration gets extended of the unhooked survivor. Or have the hook timer decrease in speed if the killer remains around for too long

While I agree with most of what you've said Claudette is free with the base game since she is one of the original 4 survivors and she has the 2nd most female cosmetics (3rd most out of all the survivors). She even had 2 cosmetic sets in 1 single rift previously. She's one of a handful that can sit wait to get more cosmetics until the other characters are caught up.
The ones with the most cosmetics - the original 4, Nea, David, Ace and Kate - can all stop getting cosmetics so often until the other characters catch up. Maybe if the artists had to focus on the other characters they'd get better cosmetics people would actually want to buy/wear and would end up getting played more.
It does feel like the artists have a bias. If you sat the main nea artist down and told them to produce a cool adam outfit that would sell I wonder what awesome outfit they would produce...Instead, they just get to adam and go, yeah he's quite a mild boy give him something pretty tame. Jeff suffers from this worse I think. since a couple of Adams has actually been really nice cosmetics. That last sentence was more of a jab at how this Christmas design is especially dull compared to everything in set A but we're that hungry regardless 😥😫

My Trickster heart took a blow. But fr, that Billy sweater cosmetic is so nice! It just feels like they put the obvious amazing choices in Set A so that it would win regardless.
yeah, it sucks so much. what they should have said was - "Look here's the Christmas collection for this year and oh btw here are some cosmetics that won't make the cut but we'll tease you with them anyways."

they should never dangle skins in our faces like this. Did they not learn their lesson when they did this for the community cosmetics a few years back. People still will never get over that Yui design. I lowkey think that's why they chose the Yui design this year.
They shouldn't show us things that won't exist it will just make people upset. Like the start game collapse feature they teased, people still yearn for something like that.

I don't deny that it sells. I'm trying to raise awareness so that at least 10% of the shared love that nea, feng, meg and kate receive as a group can be shared amongst the unpopular kids in hopes of making them more popular options.

It would be pretty damn cool if they showed up and was like here. Adam will get 2 store skins and one new tome skin in the next 4 months, we would literally get high on that but feng, nea, meg and kate gamers live in that world 24/7

Also before someone says "They aren't wasting dev time blah blah blah" why are they making you choose. Clearly don't have time to make all of them. All of the designs are nice but it is tiring seeing yet another Meg / Kate cosmetic. Surprised there wasn't a Feng cosmetic in there.
Also - No hate if anyone here plays those survivors. But come on really - About 2/3 of the cosmetic pool for survivors is probably Meg, Kate and Feng.
Personally I'd probably play Jeff more if he had cool options or hell maybe even Adam. I have a bias for Ace and lately Ace has received a lot of love for cosmetics but genuinely would hate to enjoy cosmetics and be playing Adam or Jeff right now.
Its a painful existence, feeling pretty forgotten. I hope the other none of the other survivors get treated this bad.

It was cute but someone did point out to me that there are just inherently ugly parts of the outfit and I'd have to agree. It does feel like he was pitted against.

Why is Adam only on set B while Meg and Kate, and Trickster get two styles on different sets? Boggles the mind. They didn't even need to put this to a vote. Everyone knows Set A will win.
Edit to add: I'm aware Trickster has a legion of fans mostly based in Asia and so does Feng. When I watch Korean streams she is very popular. My guess is she is the top selling survivor, but I believe behavior could improve other player pick rates if they stop with these mediocre outfits. Bottom line is they suck making male cosmetics except when it comes to Trickster.
Just a little more support for the large list of struggling characters is all we're asking for. Instead of literally releasing two feng skins at the same time and two meg skins just have ONE of those be a skin for a less popular character. They will still release insane amounts of popular character skins but then we'll actually be a little further from miserable. What's the point of releasing a character if you're not going to support them?

I'd be fine with his outfit if everyone else's was just as simple and minimalistic. It's so disrespectful, it's like they wanted Set B to lose by adding that design in there. The least played character with a lack luster outfit? It feels like it was on purpose.
I still voted for set B cuz I main Adam and am also desperate for him to get something (also I'm sick of David getting attention but that's besides the point), but even tho I love him so much, that outfit is objectively the most boring out of them all.
If the shorts were booty shorts, if he had elf ears or a fun haircut, or his shirt was unbuttoned slightly so we could see his dang cleavage, I'd let it slide. But it's so heteronormative too... it's painful.
TBH that's a great point! If they wanted Adam to sell better then SELL HIM. Clearly showing some belly and putting women in baggy trousers will always win the community contest so they clearly know what sells. Give adam a Nea level cosmetic devs I dare you.

Agreed. Meg has a cosmetic in this rift and she got an AOT skin, she doesn't need to have multiple options in the winter one too.
I do think a big problem is they not only don't give certain characters alot of cosmetics but their cosmetics are also not as nice as the ones that get a ton of cosmetics. It almost feels like they do it on purpose to be like "we made a cosmetic but no one wears it so we're not going to bother anymore" 🙄
yeah. I feel like they've done pretty ok with adam when it comes to quality I think characters like Jeff have suffered alot

I'll always get that popular characters will get more skins but kate is literally getting two this patch and she's also in BOTH votes. It's just unfair especially to the people who play less popular characters.
I honestly feel like more people would play the other characters if they actually released skins for them.

He got an unremarkable recolour of a green/purple outfit hybrid but it wasn't a new skin at all. Before that, his last recolour was almost a year ago and his last store cosmetic was march last year.
