Just had a match as hag where a survivor brought in a Flashlight (with battery addons). He was able to blind me even when looking up. He was also going silent (as if iron will) after blinding at pallets even without any perks to allow him to be silent when injured. I still got 2k but kept losing this player for these reasons. Every game so far I've been camped to second stage and then tunneled off the hook. The stun timer does nothing and there seems to be no incentive not to just eat it anymore - especially if you have a ranged attack or any kind of map mobility. The new DLC isn't a chapter. We're not getting a new map and haven't gotten a new map in quite sometime. I don't believe what we're being given should be full price. I'm likely biased as I don't care for the map reworks. I don't know of many people that asked for them. You can put paint on a turd but it's still a turd. I want new maps. Hear me out: Up to now we've only seen straight/cis characters taken by The Entity to either be corrupted by The Entity and/or tortured for all eternity. We have NEVER seen a confirmed LGBT+ character added. By adding an LGBT+ character they will actually change the established lore regarding The Entity! They were first giving out for running NOED (its all I have) and then for "camping door". SWF is objectively better than solo. It provides a tonne more information. Kindred is a great perk for providing valuable information but why waste a perk slot if you can just SWF and use something else instead? I propose a buff to Kindred by giving it a secondary function. With extra bloodpoints, decorations and music, the community was happy. In 2019 we had The Withering Blight. You collected putrid serum and could unlock 1 cosmetic. I didnt post this in Bugs because I dont even know if these are bugs or just how the new gens be. And if not bugs, I'm curious as to what people think about it. New gens. I like the look and animations. My main issue is with sparking. Kicked gens spark orange as if its PGTW even if its a regular kick. Intended? Can we please be allowed to bring a 4th perk and still get the adept achievement? It would make getting the achievement on high rank killers better if you could use, for example, BBQ or a slowdown while grinding it out (dont really see it needed for survivors but might as well do it for both sides - wglf/exhaustion perk, etc). If the game had a better ranking system and rank rewards would MMR even be necessary? This isnt meant as a negative criticism of the devs - in fact i'm thrilled they were willing to take a step back to reassess the situation - even after funneling countless hours into trying something new. Whenever I've reported a cheater I always get the standard reply "We are looking into it, etc" and nothing ever seems to happen. Sure hackers seem to get banned every now and then (which is great) but does reporting actually do anything? Or is it just supposed to be a placebo effect? I've seen so many posts, both here and on reddit, from "killer mains" saying they're quitting the game, etc and claiming its unplayable now. What did I miss? To me playing killer is easier now than its ever been. (I know a lot of people are upset about ruin but I never used/liked hex perks due to how inconsistent they are. Is it still considered "camping and tunneling" when all gens are done and gates are 99%? Imho I dont think it is and I dont understand why survivors complain - what else am I supposed to do? So I play both killer and survivor a lot. I kinda got bored with how easy killer has been lately and have been trying a couple meme builds and challenges, etc I found myself deranking from not playing "competitively" and facing a few potatoes. He's not my favourite killer by any means but I dont have many issues with him. The only small change I'd like to see is that when a survivor unhooked they dont leave blood orbs for a short period. Can we make it so if a survivor disconnects you get a pip? Two DCs = a double pip? I think we can all agree that if a survivor (or killer) purposefully disconnects its mainly because they are losing. It shouldnt rob others from points/emblems because of this. And we have addressed the bloodpoint loss with Quitter Bonus (which imho should give more but thats another discussion). Is the pallet stun timer to knock a survivor still needed? It seems that with the increased pickup timer its almost impossible to get a save unless the killer is wholly incompetent or blind or both.
