Is anyone else experiencing this? I've noticed it specifically on Myers and Wraith so far, where chases aren't starting until I hit them. It was worse on Wraith - I was chasing some Surv's through jungle gyms, yet the chase still wouldn't start. They were in full view of me, to the point I know for a fact a chase should have started. This doesn't include the 1200-1400 hours I have on my PS4, and for some damn reason, you can't check your hours on PS4. But... I think the best next thing they could do for the web is to add a "Buy Web" button, or something along those lines. Hitting that would automatically choose a random path in the web, and move on to the next level. If you didn't want to use it, you just level up normally. It just doesn't work, unless you're going against a bad killer. Especially when you're injured. I have seen otherwise very good survivors go down simply because they insist on blinding at pallets. Hell, I can't count how many free down's I've gotten because Survivor's must think I don't have ears, or something. So far, all the licensed chapters have been based on a movie or a game, or a show in Stranger Things case. The AoT skins (other than the Crypt TV stuff, but I think that was adjacent enough in what they were already doing) are the one of the first big IP included in the game that isn't one of the things from before. STBFL is one of my favorite perks. I use it pretty consistently, kinda. I only use it on Demo, who I think get's the most value out of it, but I play Demo pretty consistently. But I've always wondered if Survivor's even find the perk threatening. There isn't a really noticeable effect until around four stacks, at least for me. I swear to god, with most Survivor's, flashlights are basically a Killer item. The amount of times I've had somebody chase the killer just so they can get that flashlight save and then proceed to mistime it or get downed immediately because the Killer has ears and can hear you running behind them. Third of fourth try for my Dredge adept, I got Midwich. In all my previous games, The Drede's perks didn't seem to do alot. Dissolution was only used like once or twice, Darkness Revealed was useful every once in awhile, and I'll probably never know how useful Septic Touch was. So, I just got accused of hacking think because I looked around at the end of the game. For context, it was the person who DCed. I found them because they just took their helmet off, and all the boxes were basically all on one side of the map (Fractured Cowshed). I think I'm a decent Survivor. I know how to loop decently well, I know which gens when to do and how. But I guess I'm stuck in Elo Hell or something because out of nowhere my games took a nosedive. I've died a few too many times to end game camping or being left on the first hook, so I guess the SBMM deems me garbage and puts me with ######### teammates again. The Survivor who brings the map offering is usually the first one to give up if it doesn't go there way. Not all, I've had a few that were chill in the end game chat, but a pretty good chunk either DC the second they go down or kill themselves on the hook if they're the first hooked. Playing on Hawkins, as Pig. 2 survivors are dead with one gen remaining. Two gens are kinda close, but one is across the map. Yet for nearly twenty minutes, they do nothing. Today has just been quite the day of DbD. I just ran into my first hacker after a good 2000+ hours of playing. I was Survivor on Midwich (Now that I think about it, I think the Hacker brought the Midwich offering). It was against a Deathslinger, and the hacker was a Nea. I load into a Survivor match on RPD (gross), against a Freddy. There is a Claudette, a Bill, and a Meg on my team. Or at least I thought there was a Meg on my team. I think she must have DCed the second we spawned in or something, because she wasn't in the game, despite her status icon saying she was in-game, and alive. I'm on PC. Against a Freddy, on RPD. There was a Meg who despite DCING at the very beginning of the game, I think when they saw the map (I wonder why.) but the icon never updated. So far, all the Killer's and Survivor's have been from Earth (Or at least, Dimensions tied to Earth in some way.) So my question is, do you think we'll get Chapters from other planets/realms? People want Xenomorph and Dead Space, so clearly, people want characters from space, at the very least. Either way, I just farm with the Survivor's so the cakes we brought in weren't wasted. The next two games are as Demo, one on Fractured Cowshed, one on Mother's Dwelling. Really makes me wish we could have more aura colors for perks. Imagine if your Eruption gens were tagged in purple instead of white? Or if you used Repressed Alliance? First of all, great SBM. Guess my MMR with Demo is just low despite doing well with him. Also yes I black-warded by Barb's Glasses I only had 1 left don't judge me. Why do people do this? Something I've noticed with this forum is how one side, Either Killer or Survivor, will use the other sides name like a god-damned insults. So many times I've read "It's because killer/survivor mains are Insert insult here!" Never before have I seen so much malice in the words "killer/survior main." Like it's a damn slur or something. So, I've seen a few people playing HSH:S and it seems like a neat game. I haven't played it myself, but out of all the Asymmetrical Horror Games that have come out the past few years, this one is the most DbD like (from what I've seen, anyways. I could easily be wrong.)
