Okay people, I get it. MoM can get frustrating. But look.. It's not as bad as a perk that you all believe it is. The reason the Developers probably created the perk was because they obviously had to balance the game somehow, especially with "Endgame" Coming into play in the near future. 1) Revert Decisive Strike back to Normal and keep the 3 Second Killer Stun, and keep it so they don't know if you are the "Obsession" if you have it. ---> No one on Consoles use Decisive Strike because it is now a Useless Perk. 1 out of about 30 games will have 1 person with D.Strike because it is Now useless to use and to have.
