Why on earth did they have that gasoline can by that gen? Dev's obviously don't play Killer but the gens in game don't require gas. If they'd did killers would easily be able to keep up with pressure. But you can take out face camping to remove even more killer tactics. You guys say there's no such thing as "GENRUSHING" or just apply pressure but you've litteraly nerfed every gen perk every patch? Then buffed survivors so far now most games you've got no options but to proxy camp or hard-core camp or tunnel. While I haven't played in months I definitely appreciate all the work that went into this significant mid-chapter update. I'll definitely come back to killer now that most of if not all of my issues were addressed. Long que for survivors. Almost a instant que for survivor. Don't even mention if your playing with a SWF. They buffed hit validation which was a indirect buff to Dead hard. Now that you sometimes wipe your blade it can screw you. And in my opinion the laughable Dev update noted nothing serious in terms of any meta shift or killer changes. This is all my interpretation and in my own words. Killers: Man Coup De Gras is kinda cool on the PTB. Can't wait to see it on live. The conditions suck but the payoff is good. DBD Dev: Coup De grace nerf into the ground. Killers: Deadhard for distance is broken. You shouldn't be able to use it for that purpose. DBD Dev's : Added Dead Hard Hit validation. All I did was laugh. This update is god awful. Some nich perk changes and a huge solo que buff. Killer literally are begging for something to be done with dead hard and a few other things like MAPS. Not gonna go on a whole typing post but goodbye DBD. Finally uninstalled after 4 years. I loved DBD. Playing my favorite killers. Chasing survivors and scaring them. I mean it was amazing. Then second chance perks came. Then killer nerfs for no justifiably good reason. Now Almost every survivor is so toxic. Even tho they have the easiest role. Gen's fly at high rank and now high MMR. Played a few matches and almost every time someone Deadhards it lags so badly they gain so much distance. It's not every single time but most of the time it happens and it's infuriating when it does. Yes I'm late but I caught the teaser and I'll be honest it's very cool and hype. I just love the DJ retro style it has and then that rewind! I actually forgot all about the bugs and unbalance for a sec. Now the only thing that killed my hype is when the legion teaser dropped. I honestly have no idea how this perk is still in the game. It's literally broken. It extends chases for so long plus you gain so much distance to make it to that next pallet or vault window. It's ridiculous how many second chance perks you honestly gave survivors. Sometimes I don't agree with the Dev's decisions and such. I am a killer main at heart but play both roles respectably. I was worried about this update and already heard so much negative things about it. Once I played it though I actually found myself enjoying all of the new changes. I already know I'm gonna get hate for this thread. I know Blight just came out and no one has any idea how to use him. From the 9 games I've played tho I've noticed a few things. The Steep Non-flick Curve while rushing. My question is why you can't change the music I general. For instance the main theme music on the menu? What if I wanted to hear something else? Even go as far as listening to chase music sometimes as an alternative. You open DBD and the doctor or the huntress chase music kicks in. Let me start by saying I don't play DBD often at all. The game in my opinion still isn't balanced and some survivor perks seriously need to be looked at and tweaked. After all generator's are completed more then likely the game is over. And we all know the EGC isn't designed to give you kills. Even though I feel it should have some killer benefit. Im5only asking why doesn't the killer have like a 3% Movement speed or something to help once all the gen's are powered. Back in the day when I actually first got introduced into DBD everything was just better. For one games didn't go nearly as fast as they do now. I mean of course they did their objective but still you felt like you had a winning chance. Just played a game in coal tower with a burned smoke offering and couldn't see anything. Like LITERALLY ANYTHING! Every time I got a hit on a survivor once that speed boost kicks in I literally lost them and with iron will forget about it. Why is that map so Dark with that offering. The Dev's had made it clear even if the ruin nerf wasn't enough that there not gonna touch generator's. The toolbox change was a step in the right direction but so much more is needed. There going to pull the old invisible freddy route and fix the gens In like a year or 2 down the line. I haven't played since some time in January the Dev's have made their point. Killer is fine in their eyes and doesn't need addressing. Gunslinger is proof that there're running out of idea's. The Dev's still haven't addressed gen speeds and the fact that once you get into a game the first down can make or break a game. Would adding another generator really be such a bad thing? That way first hook I lose that 6th generator. Not bad now I know that I have time to go patrol and hopefully secure more downs. Slugging and camping isn't my thing. Oni is just a hillbilly with blood orbs. Im not saying he sucks but he's no were near the potential of a Hillbilly. You literally have to hit someone in the beginning of the match to even get your power started. Just a weekly check in of DBD as I don't play anymore but read the forums to see if anything changes. Nothing has changed game still Pro-survivor and throws killer a bone every once in a while. I did see a comment about DLC and it's kinda sad the Dev's are pushing DLC's out instead of fixing the game. Hopefully the survey will teach them something. I have always wondered why on survivor there are easy,medium,and hard survivors. They don't have a power like killers basekit and you can literally just change and add your own perks to their load out. Here's the suggestion how about you load up their 3 default perks and allow players to pick the 4th last one. The 3 teachable perks are locked in and you pick the last one. I don't know how you test new perks and decide things. To be sure of one thing I feel as all dev's are survivor mains. They barley play killer and when they do they suffer like the rest of us. They just don't do anything about it because they don't either know how or care to do it. They finally fix D-strike after it being out for months.
