I'm a switch and although i don't like to camp sometimes it useful and necessary to use. Also you can be in the area and not be camping should killers be punished for that. Yes it sucks for survivors when people abuse it but survivors can be pretty sucky themselves.

If a killer main had an issue with camping in the game then they wouldn't do it. There would be no need for them to create a post asking for a punishment.

Yes and the killer would be punished for it. The killer knew where all the survivors were and the only way they wouldn't be penalised for playing the game was if they ignored all the survivors and left the area

By having the rest of the survivors swarm the hook. Then the killer is left in the position where they leave and get nothing because all the survivor are in that 1 area. Or stay and get punished for it even though there is no reason to leave the area.

Guys i have a great idea how about we punish the survivors that make camping so profitable for killers. We punish every survivor that
- loops a killer right infront of the person on the hook.
- That run right at the hook without attempting to be stealthy or hide their presence
- That doesn't wait for the killer to leave the area first.
- That farms people on the hook.
- That care more about denying the killer a single kill rather then use that time to work on gens.

I think you maybe don't know what it means by that statement.
Now depending on what they say after the words use can imply something different but that is down to the context of what they write in its entirety after it's use.
Again I didn't say I condone the words use in games. It'extremely rude and uncalled for but it is not hate speech if it is used alone with nothing to follow it regarding my post above.
We're not talking about the 4 letter F word, were talking about the F word used as a discriminatory word again homosexuality

This is why we need the down vote back. Mate you'e an dick, you're right this game isn't for children so maybe you and all the other toxic players should stop acting like one. The game won't die because plenty of people can play this game without being a dick about it. I'm not easily offended but my medical problems constantly leave me on the cusp of depression and suicide so who the hell are you to tell me i don't have the right to play this game just because you need to put people down to get any enjoyment.

You can be a friendly killer if you want but i wouldn't expect the toxicity to stop because of it.

i enjoy playing survivor for the most part, i love being on the edge of my seat wondering who the killer is, are they gonna sneak up on me and then there's the adrenaline rush of hiding 2 feet from the killer hoping they don't spot. However i am constantly working to getting everyone to P3 so there is a lot of prestiging and swapping characters so i'm never sitting on the best of everything. I also swap between killer and survivor every 50 levels so that can also help.

I've been playing from the beginning and I love this game but I can't understand why as strong and fast as the killers are, why do they need all these crazy perks.
Why do survivors have so many cheating perks?

Toxicity exists on both sides if you run into a toxic survivor you can bet they'd be a toxic killer as well. The reason u see it more on the survivor side is are you going to bully a person in a group or are you going to bully someone on their own.

You could always wait at the exit gate being at 99%, if you see a survivor running your way with a killer in tow pop that bad boy open.

This game requires balanced but it should never be a perfect 50/50 split because it's 4 survivor vs 1 killer. The actual problem comes from survivors, they're suppose to help each other but don't, they're suppose to evade the killer but will instead tea bag at every opportunity. Survivors are not equal to the killer they're not meant to be and so many rely on crutch perks and insta items thinking they can bully a killer a win. I get bullied sometimes because i prestige and swap killers but i'm decent enough to deal with the majority of survivor mains with a god complex. Yes there are killers that have that same problem.

A lot of survivor sided posts are just complaining because the game isn't solely tailored to them. Any post that complains that the nurse is to strong because survivors want to endlessly loop every killer is never going to be taken seriously. Even the one you linked to is survivors moaning that stuff is to strong because survivors don't want to adapt there play style. I said i didn't like how OP looping is and survivors told me to "Git Gud". The thing is i did and now i can beat most looping with M1 killers.

Is it though? This community isn't exactly made up of the paragons of humanity. When MoM was intinally released it was every one after another of everyone using it to bully killers.

@Pizzaman @ClogWench yes because survivors would never do anything shady to exploit the SWF mode. Like survivors absolutely would not use the tutorial glitch into a SWF group to make the game think they were all rank 20.

I don't care about the difficulty spike but the vast majority of SWF are Bad word so i doesn't surprise me.

I had an awesome hiding spot against a nurse once on lery's i kept repairing the same generator and hiding. I eventually got caught but it was funny at least.

Looping is the new meta because most killers can't counter. Any killer who complains about it needs to git gud... what's that nurse and spirit aren't affected by looping... nurf the nurse and the spirit they're OP and break how the game is meant to ve played.

@Jdsgames i play on console so changing your name isn't as easy. I do sometimes come across survivors that won't unhook/heal i just assume they're stupid/bad word.

@Peanits I will be 100% honest with you if I get farmed by you without borrowed. You bet your sweet ass I will return the same gesture. Survivors that don't like me from my domination as killer want to not heal me and instead t-bag ontop of me. You bet I don't even attempt to get them off the hook.

My advice take a break for a month or two and let rank reset do it's job. I got all the way to rank 1 as killer and rank 4 as survivor and it just stops being fun and becomes more of a chore. Take the break let yourself get familiar with the game again and let yourself get to your ideal rank. Mine is high green to low purple rank, then you can play for fun and stop getting kills to rank up. I had a match where i was doing a daily as the pig and since i wasn't playing for kills i used the pigs stealth to just keep terrorising the survivors when they think they're safe to work on a generator. Got 0 kills but 8000 points in 3 of the categories.

The game is fun and all but I know friends that refuse to try the game because of a multitude of problems getting into.
It sounds to me like your friends complaints are "why can't i get all the dlc for free when everyone has had to pay for them" & "Why do i have to work to unlock stuff and not just start off with the best of everything".

@Mr_Farewell @MandyTalk, they might be part of the game but the people doing it can still be super toxic. The number of times i've had some teabag me and then when they go down they'll dc and spend the rest of the match spamming me with hateful messages. Or they are good enough to escape and then spam me with messages of how i suck and they're better at the game then me.

I will say if i don't like something but i won't be demanding changes. I didn't like how if i downed someone right before the gates they could just DS right out and escape. Instead of wasting energy complaining about how OP DS was i put it into targeting obsessions first to get them to waste it early on. I then found out if you down them again after they used they're DS they DC'ed and made my life easier. The only thing i would of ever actually demanded a change on was MoM. Sometimes people do need to stop crying over ever little thing and Git Gud, if you put the energy into getting better at the game that some people put into complaining about stuff on these forums they would of probably figured out a way to get around the thing they're complaining about.

This has been an ongoing problem for a long time and I'm sure there have been more than enough complaints, but I was playing The Leatherface and got stuck in a pallet in one of the brick areas on Asylum.
Was the pallet dropped on you?

I kind of like the idea where a killer can corrupt a survivor. 1 survivor is chosen at random and they can still earn bloodpoints the regular way but they drain over time to a certain point. Doing certain actions will give a massive bloodpoints boost or stop the drain temporarily like failing skill checks when performing coop actions, dropping pallets when the killer isn't around or unsafe hook rescues. They have the choice to be a team player for a low score, do a bit of light treachery for a average score or full on traitor for a big bloodpoint reward. Little things that people can do by mistake might end up being intentional and survivors would have to figure out who is corrupted.

I miss hatch grabs but i get why they removed it. Closing the hatch is way more efficient
