If a survivor is doing a 360, the split second they are in front of the killer and in range, aim dressing should be auto-locking onto them, yanking the camera in the correct direction, and forcing the hit to happen.

And if the killer is purposely swinging their camera side-to-side, in a 180 degree arc, while the survivor is doing a 360, that absolutely should guarantee a hit… because the killer (with a decent DPI) can swing their camera way faster than a survivor can 360, which means that should guarantee a point in time where the survivor is in front of the killer and in range.

There also isn't a reason for a killer to "let go of the lunge early", because aim dressing is supposed to take care of that. Yes, aim dressing is supposed to auto-cancel a lunge and turn it into a short M1 attack.

it takes far more skill to 360 a killer than it does for a killer to just hit the survivor. since you're missing, that's a big skill issue.

  • Yeah BHVR basically gave the killer mains wall hacks because they didn't want to put in the time to get good. They really should put a little UI text beside each role… Killer (Easy Mode), Survive with Friends (Intermediate Mode), Solo Survivor (Hard Mode). That way there would be no confusion about what you're getting yourself into.

You can only be stealthy up to a point. It is moreso a game of tag than it is hide and seek nowadays. It's really an insult to the killer mains intelligence. That they're incapable of using their own eyes and ears to find one out of 4 survivors in the teeny tiny maps we now play on. Like c'mon, you know we have to be at the gens to get out the gates, it isn't rocket science. Do you really need your hand held that tight that you need built-in dev-approved wall hacks in addition to scratch marks, footsteps, breathing, injury sounds, gen sounds, healing sounds, etc?

  • I got another one…

    Sticky Feet

While in chase, Press Active ability button to pour a bucket of stick green goo behind you. If the killer walks through this trail of goo, they receive 50 percent hindered for 10 seconds.

  • When killers have gen and hook auras removed. It is a perk that removes RNG making chases skill-based as opposed to luck based. Killer mains don't like this, because it means they need chase skill to get downs, instead of the survivor randomly running into a dead zone, handing the killer a free zero effort kill.

Bear in mind you have Zenshin Tactics which gives you pallet and window auras plus survivor auras all in one. So you can give up one of your crutch gen slow downs if you want to beat me at 5D chess (you won't).

  • HELL YEAH that's why I just drop one truth bomb after another. red pill all the way exposing the heavily killer sided nature of Dead by Daylight so that we can make Dead by Daylight great again, nerfing one killer at a time until solo Q is saved.

Yet all you've done is complain about that other roles' advantages. Are you sure you like a challenge?

look I'm just standin up for the little guys not everyone is an elite jedi master with 4K hours of hardcore training in solo Q that can decapitate Momoseventh at the drop of a hat. so many innocent survivors are suffering as I type this very sentence there are too many to name and these survivors need a voice so here I am bringing the message to the masses don't crucify the messenger.

  • I don't like unfair advantages that's why I play the challenging role.

Take @Shroompy's 1v1 challenge and prove how easy killer is. If it's that killer-sided you should have no trouble winning.

Yall want a 1 v 1 when the game is designed for a 4 v 1 huh…the killer is over 4 times more powerful than a single survivor by design. Let that sink in. It's okay I understand most killer mains run away from me scared most of the match to save me for the grand finale which by then I'm out the door anyways.

  • Look, I may be a whistle blower exposing all the killer mains coercing BHVR into favoring their side, but at the end of the day, all I offer is the truth. Take it or leave it. Not a lot of people can handle the cognitive dissonance when I put forth an unbreakable wall of facts exposing just how extremely killer sided Dead by Daylight has become. They expect me to give a politically correct answer like many survivor main streamers do on Twitch that don't want to lose viewers and revenue, so they suck up to the killer mains. I don't do any of that. You just get the real , raw facts. If you can handle the truth, you'll be just fine. If you can't…well, you can always go play Kaneki with 4 slow downs to find some respite.

  • People are citing the stat tracker stats as though they indicate something but as far as I'm aware there's an issue which counts abandons as escapes, which inflates survivor stats and deflates killer stats. Unless the issue has been fixed…

  • Knight plays himself he's boring as hell to face he definitely don't need buffs.

  • don't worry. BHVR hears the killer mains LOUD AND CLEAR

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4041036#Comment_4041036

i just double checked and when i abandon the stats tracker shows a blank result, no escape, no sacrificed just blank. They dont contribute to the escapes/deaths they are void but if someone abandons it shows blank. So someone can abandon and have it not show as a death or escape. so from what i can see on my stats tracker is the escapes are actual escapes but the blank ones are the void matches where i abandon.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/TPHOS7ZZ5LYJ/screenshot-2025-12-29-120253.png

If you watch the Otz video I linked, it shows that when 4 people abandon in the same match, that it counts as 1 DC and 3 escapes. So if you test it by abandoning yourself, that may count your match as a DC, thus blank. But many of your "escapes" may still be abandons if other people abandoned in the same match. It also means that for killers, their kill rates will be much lower on the killers that are most deadly because they make the most survivors abandon. Regardless, the stat tracker seems wildly inaccurate when compared to official dev stats that use an internal system to monitor.

i believe just recently my escape streak as soloq was atleast 30 escapes in a row. i wasnt keeping track but i saw on the recent played matches on the stats tracker that every single match was an escape (gate or hatch). abandoning matches gives a blank result so there was 0 abandons and all 30 showing escape.

abandons in the stat tracker have been counting as escapes…the stat tracker is a joke.

Otzdarva made a video testing this…

Otz finds a major flaw with the Abandon system : r/deadbydaylight

  • How do you know these are cheaters and not just a bug? I've experienced that backspace not working in the lobby chat. But this happens in games where there don't appear to be cheaters, and games where we are losing and the survivors die regardless.

I’m very good at m1 killers, if you know what your doing Doctor is so good at preventing hexes from being cleaned. Trust me, Swf or good players don’t just win easy. I’ve won 50 games in a row and lost only 1 single time so far. I even know I’ve went against a few comp certified players and won even if it in pubs.

The build won’t coast your victory, but if you know how to play m1’s or Doctor specifically. You can beat most teams with it I assure you. 🙃

thats what I'm saying…its easy mode for killer. but there are a lot of below average killer mains that feel survivor has it so easy but little do they know theyre playing against survivors with 5-10 times the experience

  • yeah its ez mode but don't expect the killer mains here to understand…they're used to having their hands held by BHVR ever since 6.1 update. most of them would uninstall if they were around to play killer in 2016 and experience a real challenge like what survivor is now today.

    I don't think so.

I see people DC when something unplesant for them happens.

I was starting to repair the gen with abowe 90% progres next to fresh hooked survivor and DC. I finished the gen and safe the bot. The killer got two notifications in two seconds. And then i get messaged how bad was my play and lern to play

The survivor stun the killer and wanted to do two vaults but the killer had enduring and grabbed him. DC

The survivor droped shack palet in front of winded up Huntres and gets downed. DC

The wraith bell starts playing. DC

see the survivors meaking bad plays / decisions, hiting DC, complayning and saying it's killer fault. I don't have problems with kilkers in this game i even think that the survivor site is eazy now, when you know what you doing.

I play this game for a long time and lately the developers childproofing everything and survivors complain even more.

sounds like a low mmr you're in as this stuff is the minority for me. all of those things happen in my matches, but usually the abandons occur when the killer is stomping and there's little hope of comeback.

also…don't do gens beside a hooked teammate if killer is not camping. take them off hook and finish gen or you're just wasting time for killer to come back and guard hook.

  • tunneling, slugging, proxy camping. 4 gen slow downs on broken S tier killers. penti/thrill broken hex builds vs solo Q. the list goes on.

Yh you need to be good and know some things, but mostly its luck.

But that doesnt make you good in comp.

The hard part in solo que is not to loop the killer for a long time, its making the killer chase you. Its to motivate your team, so they dont give up. But the most important part is the luck to get a decent team. (if you dont lobby dodge).

the RNG factors of any given particular match is luck. but maintaining a high average escape rate in solo Q is not, since the survivors that play more skillfully will tend to escape more.

  • yeah they sometimes quit for petty reasons. most of the time though, it's because the killer is OP and exploiting cheese tactics.

Just disregard. This person has a pattern of posting things to bait killer players, telling them they are bad at the game if they struggle, that’s it’s “EZ mode”, etc, even though they don’t play killer themselves. It’s very toxic and intentionally divisive but unfortunately it’s not against the forum rules, I guess.

you're just mad that I'm calling out the truth. it IS EZ mode, lol. lets not beat around the bush here. there's a reason the kill rates approach the 70th percentile for most killers, and let me assure you, its not because playing killer is particularly difficult. a balance so in favor of one side is unprecedented in PvP gaming history.

  • funny cause in solo Q it feels like every second match is on Forgotten Refuge/Shattered Square/Midwitch

  • @Junylar said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4040830#Comment_4040830

Quite the opposite, survivor mains are the majority on this forum, it's clear by the upvote/downvote ratio on any post concerning the balance. This is why the game becomes increasingly more survivor favored, as the devs quickly implement any upvoted request and ignore any downvoted opinion.

this forum isn't where most of the feedback comes from. the game is heavily killer-sided, objectively speaking. struggling on killer role is a serious skill issue. its funny, I watched a recent dev live stream on Youtube and a dev asked chat to type K, S, or B to see if you're a killer main, survivor main, or hybrid player. chat was overwhelmingly flooded with K's.

  • Penti/Thrill builds are very overpowered against solo Q survivors on just about any killer. its really just easy mode for killer to run that kinda build. because the survivors rarely will coordinate efficiently and will just keep breaking totems and they get relit until the whole team is dead at 3-5 gens.

  • @angel_pellegrino said:

Once you've been playing for a while, you will eventually encounter the "killer winning dc." Where a killer is totally dominating a match, getting great match pressure, hooking survivors, absolutely gonna win because survivors are playing poorly, and BAM they dc. I believe some killers really look at a poorly playing team and go, "This is so easy it ain't even fun anymore. Bye, potatoes, bye." Lmao.

this can be just a connection issue that DC's the killer involuntarily, or a cheater crashing the killer's game.

  • @NewishPain said:

So, as someone is still new and still struggling on both sides (Slowly getting better with Nemesis I think), I have noticed when I'm a survivor, some killers do… unusual things, I'm not sure how to describe it. I'll explain the situations I've seen.

    A. On the Toba Landing map (I think that's it's name, it's the one with the weird plants and ship in the middle, generator usually on the very top of the ship), I was against a Pyramid Head who would ignore people at times, only going for kills after everyone had been hooked twice. Since I died early, I just spectated and the match went on for so long. There was a few times the Pyramid Head grabbed one of the two remaining survivors and just… didn't hook them. The survivors weren't doing much either though, basically playing hide and seek. Why did the Pyramid Head do that? Was it really just for ensuring killing everyone?

    B. On The Game, it got to the end game and my teammates opened up the exit gate. As I'm carefully trying to go there, I get into a chase and go down as the others leave. The killer, a Wraith, picked me up and just dumped me at the exit and let me go. I'm not sure why and since I don't have chat due to being a console player, I couldn't even ask why.

    C. Why do some killers just activate the exit gates and just… walk off? They don't even go to survivors, they just whack the gate open and do who knows what. I don't tend to complain since I always just take the exit if everyone is safe to go but for some reason a lot of survivors I've been with just… wait for no reason? I don't get why for both sides honestly. It's happened on a few occasions, one I could understand, it was clear they were struggling but the other didn't since everyone had been hooked twice and we weren't in a good spot.

So yeah… anyone got a clue for these reasons? It's more so a case of curiosity. C is the only one I have some sort of understanding for as a couple of my killer games were downright horrific, barely able to even get a hook or two on top of the survivor toxicity.

A: some killers will go for 12 hooks on purpose cause tunneling makes the game too easy. but outside of baby MMR most killers will tunnel and proxy camp and slug to ensure 3-4K. they may also be going for challenges or farming points.

B: some killers feel bad and let you go. again, once your MMR goes up this will happen less often.

C: they're usually just throwing to save face if they believe they're gonna lose. more often they will DC if they're losing.

  • it really does feel like this quality of life thing was a parody. a lot of PR about helping with slugging/tunneling/proxy camping cheese tactics and what do we get…buffed killers, a slightly extended face camp range that killers just stand right outside of, and smaller loops? the only real good and noticeable improvement is the extended base kit endurance and haste off hook, which won't fully stop a tunneler but is better than nothing. they really should have given the killers more time to adapt to the changes, because they reverted them within days based on social media outrage. make the killer players learn to adapt instead of holding their hands when they cry about a PTB. survivors have been adapting to buffed killers and new killers for ages now. the low skill killers abusing these cheese tactics should be forced to learn how to play without solely relying on them.

  • @exDbd said:

every since that update didn’t go through- killers have been so annoying with the tunneling, it’s like every SINGLE game. We are complaining and complaining and it seems NO ONE is listening. Can we get an update regarding this anti tunneling update? All we heard was it wasn’t going through no information on if there needs to be more testing or anything at all. We know you all see our messages but when will you all make a post, stream etc regarding this? Us survivors have HAD enough!

truth is that killer mains are the loudest voices on the big social media platforms so BHVR caters to their politics for fear of losing profits, since they threaten to uninstall and post melodramatic doom videos the second survivors are given something even remotely useful like fog vials

Yh like i said expected to 4k against survivor with "restrictions".

Mate, i play solo que for atleast 2-3k hours + 2k for killer and know what im talking about. Most S-tier-killer cant even play their character right.

there are a lot of average killers, yes, but all it takes is 1 weak link to drag a solo Q team down, so as a solo survivor you have to play at a high level to get a high escape rate in pub matches. it is the hardest game mode by far. I've watched some of the "best" DBD League survivors stream solo Q matches, and they die a lot if they don't have their viewers stream sniping them to effectively create a pseudo SWF.

  • @TicTac said:

Thats just plain wrong. Blight does not dominate comp swf, its pretty even.

Yes, they are expected to 4k in comp, but survivors are harder limited than blight. No perks repeats, more bans and then items restrictions. Im also no map expert for Blight, but normally killer get good maps in comp.

And you couldnt compete at a high level. Play 1vs1 ladder if comp is too complicated for you.

    "expected to 4K"…exactly…

yes I could do comp, I just don't care too, I play for fun and I think the excessive restrictions are boring and don't agree with their balancing philosophy because it's a small group's opinion of what kind of gameplay they consider "fair". I've watched DBD League gameplay and while they are certainly talented players, I can compete with their skill level of even the ones that make it to the finals. They rely heavily on the benefits of SWF call outs to be so efficient, which is their main advantage. I routinely encounter pub survivors and killers that are good enough to compete in comp. I even watched a video by Otz once which showed that some random pub killers performed just as well as some popular comp killers. this is no insult to DBD League players, you just don't have to play in DBD League to get good at DBD. facing an uphill battle in solo Q over the span of a decade will do the trick. in fact, solo Q players encounter more adversity than comp players in DBD League since they don't have a coordinated SWF to cover their mistakes. facing back to back S tier killers in solo Q is far better training than running from a Trapper that isn't even using his traps in a 1 v 1 custom.

Well that’s a problem with matchmaking, not something that requires “killer nerfs”.

I am glad we can find some common ground here on the matchmaking problem. I think if most people step back and take a very honest assessment of what is wrong with the game, they will see that it is matchmaking and not killer vs survivor balance.

There are many here who immediately blame their frustrations with the game on the “other side” being “OP”. But they fail to realize that the game is pretty well balanced when it’s similarly-skilled players going against each other. They fail to realize this because many of them only play one side and thus when they keep losing, they just assume the other side is too easy. They have no idea the skill and effort to do well on the side that they don’t play.

Blight still dominates comp SWF's. Best comp killers > best comp SWFs. Matchmaking is a huge part of the issue, but matchmaking and balance are not two separate issues. The overall balance of matches depends on matchmaking. And if there are simply not enough players to find balanced matches with top tier killers for the majority of the player base that are solo Q or casual SWFs, then those top tier killers deserve a nerf. Dead by Daylight is not a comp game like CS GO, so we don't need to balance around the top 1 percent. DBD League changes half the game rules just to achieve what they consider balance.

The devs said themselves their priority is to make the game fun, which is why MMR score is invisible. Queuing up for unwinnable matches against top tier killers as solo Q or a casual SWF is not fun, nor is it even scary to face these killers, it is just lame when there is little to no counter play. Personally in solo Q, I do pretty well compared to most, because I have 4K hours of learning to cope with unfair balance, and I essentially hard carry average level survivors 90 percent of my matches to get a decent escape rate. I could compete at a high level on DBD League if I wanted to, but I don't like all the rules and restrictions they have. The balance of the game was much better pre 6.1 update. SWFs may have dominated the highest MMR back then, but for the average pub match, both sides could have fun and games were much closer. Nowadays the top tier killers just steam roll the majority of pub matches if they have spent more than 20 hours to learn that killer. Such that you frequently have relatively mediocre killers stomping survivors with several times more experience. I can legit put a tiny fraction of the time I spent mastering survivor into playing any given killer, even the low tier ones, and still have a much higher kill rate because it is so damn easy to play killer nowadays.

  • The Tab button to see match info is a nice change. The UI devs need something to do, after all.

  • @[Deleted User] said:

not sure why you are getting so many disagreements since this changes nothing on the killer side with the bots implemented

I know exactly why. A lot of killer mains (but not all of them) love the power trip. That's their whole reason for choosing the power role and slugging, camping and tunneling aggressively using the most powerful and imbalanced killers/builds available. They want the survivors to feel miserable while they feel like they are superior, and then they want to force the survivor to sit through the Mori. Killer players like this absolutely hate the abandon feature for this very reason. They don't get to force survivors to sit through the torture from which they derive pleasure. As soon as they're torturing a bot, they don't get a thrill because it's not a real human being they're making feel bad.

For the same reason, they want survivors who lose to be forced to watch the Mori and as an extra bonus, get mad in the end-game chat and then use that to make salty survivor content to post on social media as a form of mockery. Some of these killer mains even develop a whole personality over this power tripping playstyle, letting salt comments accumulate on their Steam profiles while they boast about their high win streaks, having salt/DC counters in their YouTube videos, and so on. But to anyone who understands their psychology, it is clearly just a facade they've created to escape their feelings of inferiority in the real world.

  • Spirit is easy mode just like Blight, if anything she needs a nerf. She's one of the most powerful killers in the game as it is.

Your part of the noobs that cause the bigger problems for the game, since the devs tend to listen to you more often through its 10 year history.

Things like tunneling/camping are natural mechanics of most online multiplayer games that tend to just happen. You cant "just" remove something that is just happening naturally. Look at other games CSGO, Dota, street fighter all these games have some sort of tunneling/camping or doing naturally occurring mechanic that is just part of normal play and can not be removed. The problem with you people is you just want the easy way out because you dont want to earn any of the wins or figure out a solution for yourselves and you dont understand how these mechanics are just a normal happenstance of online gaming in general.

I bet you wont even give any compromise and see things from the perspective of the other side for the nerfs you so loudly cry about. Will you allow gen speeds to be rebalanced, how about the healing speeds? Or maybe the imbalance map design favoring survivors? How about that you want global nerfs to the killer role when only 2 killers are viable and the rest get curb stomped at the same mmr?

Noobs like you, along with the devs are the biggest detriment to this game. And i dont see either of them getting better at critical thinking.

look tough guy I've played since 2016 and would run circles around you for hours. you wouldn't last a single day as a 2016 killer player before uninstalling. now you've got easy mode so don't complain.

your first argument is just the naturalistic fallacy. just cause something occurs naturally, doesn't make it good.

gen speeds were already slowed down substantially way back in the 6.1 update. that's the huge meta update where they made the game extremely killer-sided on purpose. you used to be able to finish a gen with a brand new part instantaneously. put that in perspective. in addition to slow down perks if gens go too fast it means you aren't downing quickly enough or applying pressure correctly.

heal speeds…healing used to be extremely fast compared to nowadays, self care moves at a snails pace. there's a reason self-caring in a corner as Claudette is now a meme. they even nerfed syringes as of late just for you, a cherry on your free cake.

map design…lets see, all the maps have been made smaller and smaller over the years. they added more pallets then gutted them, and then backtracked slightly. so overall they made loops weaker.

all killers are viable. you should have no problem winning the majority of your matches with even Trapper, with just a few hours practice. mid tier and up can go on extended win streaks if you're half decent, streaks that survivors could only dream of getting. most killers have been progressively buffed over the years to make them compete with the S tiers like Blight.

the devs have given you everything you want, yet you still want more. this is a case of you being spoiled as the favorite child, instead of taking the time to learn to play a killer.

This honestly has to be the most idiotic thing I read in this post. If you even watched the dev stream they themselves said a lot of B's. Plus if you go look at the chat you will see far more B's than S or K with a good balance of S and K. The rage bait is for real. Can we stop it with the “us vs them” garbage? Making broad, insulting generalization about how “killer mains” feel and how they play is intentionally toxic and divisive. The sole purpose of this post was to rile people up for a fight, and of course it worked. I really wish there was a rule against this kind of stuff where the sole purpose is for someone to troll the side that they don’t play/like.

yeah you have no good counter argument so you want to silence the truth, it's your political agenda. everything I am saying is based on observation including in-game but also the trends on social media. of course what I said does not apply to every killer main but there is definitely a trend if you are paying attention. it is necessary to generalize because I'm talking about the general tendency of an entire demographic of players. the purpose is to challenge the hive mind narrative which gets pushed by the biggest content creators.

sounds like a skill issue complaint

“first thing which happens is a new swf bully squad curb stomps their opponent when playing at their true MMR because the game balance holds swf hands. then their MMR skyrockets and who do they go against? primarily cheaters, sweaty ghouls and blights and the best killer vets Dbd has to offer. then their win streak is broken and they post a video demanding blight nerfs. like yeah, when your opponent is primarily the sweatiest upper skill bracket with a bunch of subtle cheaters in the mix, that's gonna feel killer sided. but you're ignoring the huge percentage of killer players that you effortlessly escaped on auto pilot to get to that point.”

false equivalence. best SWF streak by Team Eternal is something like 300, best killer streak by an S tier is almost 2K. that's a 20:3 killer to survivor ratio in terms of skill ceiling potential.

  • @The_Count said:

    I agree.
Game is heavily killer-sided. That's why in Tournaments they have to nerf them heavily to avoid them using more than one of the same perk, the add-ons they can use in their items and other stuff for the survivors to have a chance.
    Oh, wait…

DBD League is a different game altogether but don't ignore the extensive restrictions on killer side and the fact that killer role dominates in comp (I even read the DBD League tournament rules and they nerf killer side just as heavily as survivor).

Also very weird to be talking about [watered down PC opinions] and [hive minds] all of a sudden.

look…they didn't believe Jesus when he told the truth, and now you still don't believe me. I am merely a messenger of factual information. that is all.

This is just (another) bait topic from TC with various name/shaming against numerous streamers/players in the OP.

it's calling a spade a spade and citing relevant household names as clear examples. the only "bait" factor is that it goes against the killer main victim narrative being pushed on big social media platforms like YouTube, Reddit and Twitter. I tell the hard truth whereas the major content creators have an audience to pander to so they water down their PC opinions to gain acceptance from the hive mind.

    Or:

1: Negative experiences tend to stick with people far more than positive ones, especially in an area centered around enjoyment as the expectation.

Kinda like they do for survivors.

Anything on topics like entitlement or adaptation is on an individual basis, and applying them to entire groups in anything other than colloqial meaning is straight up us vs them if refusing to do the same for your preferred side. Both killer and survivor mains have equal potential to improve or be scrubs.

I'm just being realistic here. if you listen to most survivors they tell you they don't even expect to escape most of their matches...because they don't. but most killers will not tell you they only expect a 0-2K. no, they know they are the power role and feel entitled to at least a 3K average, and many killers even think 4K is the win condition. and this difference in expectation is reflected in the stats.

  • lol yeah that's solo Q. I have roughly 4K hrs mostly in solo Q and I hard carry the majority of my matches.

I had a match the other day against a Nurse and I looped her for at least 5 min no exaggeration but in several chases. we had 1 gen remaining and my two teammates only have 1 hook state meanwhile I'm on death hook. this Nurse was clearly a beginner but I bought my teammates so much time to do the gens. the irony of it all is they both had Urban evasion and were just stealthing around instead of doing the last gen when I'm clearly in chase for so long. then one of my tm8ts keeps coming back to heal me with bond only for me to get chased again. finally they get found and killed and eventually I get downed before I can find hatch. thankfully this Nurse let me get hatch because they knew I was doing everything for my team. in fact I don't think I've ever looped a Nurse for that long since 2016. I was just amazed at how useless these survivors were and thought maybe they're trolling, but no I think they were just terrified of the heart beat.

the problem with your whole argument is you only talk about a solo q perspective, ignoring what how powerfull a communicated team is capable of, not only in gen efficiency, but map control, resource managment, reset timers, body blocks.

but yes, if you play an A or S tier killer the game becomes killer sided, but no because survivors are the weaker role, but because they have a better map control and chase power, time is on their side. this is the most important part of the game, time management, an S tier can just win the chase fast, hook and keep going. the lower tier needs to chase for more time, or can´t go from one side to the map to the other.

the game is not only who has the best mechanical skill, but the one who uses their time more efficient. and 4 survivors is always more efficient than 1 killer

this is the whole SWF > Killer > Solo Q mantra, which is false. the hard truth is Killer > SWF > Solo Q

when BHVR released stats it was evident that duo and trio SWF performed only marginally better than solo Q players. in fact I remember that in one stat release solo Q actually had a slightly higher escape rate than duo Q. the elite 4 man comp SWF is not what the average killer faces most of their matches, at least not til they've blasted through a bunch of mediocre SWF's abusing cheese tactics to get a "high MMR". even at the top level killers win more than they lose.

  • I don't get killer anxiety because it's easy mode, even with trapper. I get killer boredom from how easy it is.

  • ya but the killer mains cried the loudest so they got what they wanted. blight, Spirit and singularity all need big nerfs, plus a global nerf to killer role since it's easy mode in 2025

  • Are you really trying to tell me, that my Streetwise Tech® has actually brought Dead by Daylight to a complete halt? If so, that's incredible! I never expected my creation to have such a profound impact on this game we all love so dearly.

  • The Streetwise Tech® coined by yours truly is officially fair play just like the Kidnap Tech® coined by the legendary Hens333. Personally I don't need either as the greatest survivor main of all time, but I can't control what the other survivors choose to do with my brand new invention.

don't make me laugh. they are barely working if the last update is anything to go by. a ######### horribly balanced map that they openly said wasn't going to be a map then just threw in last minute. change to clown that never should have escaped ptb but here we are anyway. a shitload of new bugs and glitches with all sorts of perks and items. not to mention the problem with chases in the fog vials was there in the event, still there in the ptb, and what do you know, it's there in live too even though they knew for months about the problem. oh and the voice issues with the new survivors. no sir. you might be a shill just spouting stupid nonsense but i'm not as blind as you. this was clearly the laziest patch we've seen in a long time and if this is what their aorund the clock work looks like then i am not impressed, maybe they should sleep instead cause this is the kind of work i would expect from a office temp with a bad attitude not a game dev. grow up.

I am the voice of reason amidst a choir of chaos.
