Playing killer on Shelterwoods, The Game or Haddonfield even pale rose swamp is a nightmare with the frame rate drops, hits that connect that shouldn't and hits that should but don't. They added a shadow buff, hit boxes are bigger, frame rate still is terrible, pallets don't come down like they are suppose to according to the devs, pallets still come down when self healing in the middle of a pallet, you now get hit over pallets all the time now, spawning into the game unable to move, tinkerer broke as #########, killer with no terror radius after the first generator, no more stealth to the game with bitter murmur and adding that to billy and nurse is insane, and the delay in unhooking, healing, fixing generators etc again because it is p2p instead of dedicated servers. I could care less about exhaustion that. These are my actually complaints and why i haven't been playing. They don't have answers or care about these things. Console optimization is a quality of life fix(probably won't ever come), every time they fix one thing 4 more break, it is constant nightmare as to what the game will play like after each patch. Game is broke, is it playable? Yes, but is it enjoyable?

You are absolutely right they are cumulative problems. I believe that factors in to peoples disenchantment with the game. I still don't think people should go crazy and review it like they have but i do understand why they maybe so upset.

I do understand the frustration you feel. The frame rate drop after 2.0, the hits over pallets, The pallets not coming down at times but still coming down while standing in between them, removing stealth from the game with new aura reading perks while nerfing chase perks, remaking tinkerer only to be a broken mess and giving killers that use it a huge stealth advantage. You are better off just walking away then announcing it with this group. GOOD LUCK!! Hope you find a new game you like!

But right there tinkerer (no terror radius after that first generator) is broke but on Billy and the Nurse it is even stronger for the 2 strongest killers in the game. No terror radius come on, and adding more aura reading perks, and the frame rate is still garbage and most maps are unplayable, the hit boxes also seem to have widened.
You took away the hiding aspect of the game to make more chases and then nerfed the chase perks without fixing the looping spots. Meanwhile the game is still a buggy mess and complete garbage on console with the frames dropping. We still have no dedicated servers and the p2p connection just doesn't do it anymore. You can have great ping going in and all of a sudden you have 2-3 second delays to interact with windows, generators, healing, unhooking, and moving.
I think that frustration with the game has been building on all sides both killer and survivor for awhile. I know of a dozen people who use to play and haven't played since April/May. I went from playing everyday to a few times a week or less. It has nothing to do with the exhaustion nerf . It is a pile of things, the wait on console for the 2.0 update had me discovering and playing other games so i played less, Maps with severe frame rate drops actually gives me headaches after an hour or so. I no longer have to play DBD. I feel maybe other people feel the same way. I did not go out of my way to bomb the reviews because i just don't care. For all the people with multiple posts and showing hate for the game there are others that just move on and play something else and don't say a thing.

Not just on Steam comrade. Survivors and Killers bomb reviewing the game on Xbox, Ps4, and Microsoft store as well. Even on the DBD Facebook. I do not foresee this turning into anything good. :'(
Oh, survivors AND killers huh, that's pretty interesting. You know, I play PS4, and I know quite a lot of this salty ######### bucket's player base. There are VERY few killer mains on ps4, and I would bet it's the same on console.
That's because killer is MUCH more difficult to play on controller, while survivor can actually be easier. So she when you tell me console killer mains are getting upset that their job is getting a little easier to manage, a little less toxic: SWF troll squads are a bigger fraction of the player base on console, not to mention it is extremely easy and quick to turn a room of 4 randos into an SWF within the lobby, on account of the ease at which you can join a V.C. party mid lobby by simply holding the middle button and seeing who you're playing with... even can troll the killer before the game starts if you want
When you tell me KILLER MAINS are review bombing and downtalking the game, I absolutely think your full of it.
To be fair. The Killers talked about going on strike. The survivors actually did something about the unhappiness they felt. The reviewed it and stopped playing which is accounting for longer lobby wait times.

Someone a few weeks mentioned that killers should have different rank for instance you main say the pig she is rank 15. You have invested time in her and have perks and a comfort level fair enough. It would incentive's people trying something new and leaving their comfort zone and not getting punished for it.
thats how i think it should be.
i mean what fair is it to play the level 2 trapper versus 4 end game survivors with all the perks they need.
It made too much sense for them to do it. I honestly would like to see a perkless mode option.

I believe so. I read the patch notes and that is how i interpreted it. At least not until the end of season on the 13th. Someone else maybe can answer this better i haven't played in several days.

Unless you quit before the match ends you will get to 15. 15 in a few days will be the new 20 and potentially the most toxic rank in DBD. survivors will de-rank to abuse killers and Killers will de-rank to not play better survivors. Some are reporting long wait times in lobbies the closer to rank 1 they get either the devs broke match making again or a large pool of players decided not to play. Either way it isn't a good outcome. People are destroying the game in reviews. Not sure if there is a parallel between the two but i would love to see a realtime measurement on all platforms as to how many active players in the 72/48/24 hours.

My conversation against good Killers or against good survivors usually are good. You play on Playstation so you know how some of those messages go.
you have a friend named snowflake. he played jake i believe.... he dropped a pallet on me twice and used that time to stop regression on two different gens. he died but i was still impressed.... you escaped though....

never a shortage of attention from my token fruitcake here. ask him about my biography. he knows it better than i do and still whines about how he simply can't get close enough.The reason i and everyone else knows your screen name is we have seen multiple videos and screen shots of terrible game play. It is etched in my mind. You do get triggered easily though. You have become my new favorite past time on the forum.

I'll be the first to admit I'm not great at killer ( first person POV always triggers my vertigo) but I can still usually get 2 kills without try harding...... getting camped and tunneled is just kinda part of the game, like body blocking and flashlights. If I rage quit everytime I got camped or tunneled I'd never complete a match. I hate to use a cliche phrase that kind of makes me cringe when I read it so I'll edit it. The OP should "aquire skills"
I'm not a fan of GG when it means something other than Good Game, but acquire skills is appropriate.

i'm on a PS4, if you ever wanna play.... and i rank between 12-9.... i used to be a rank 1-2 before the victory cube though. i don't use Ruin or BBQ or any of the perks high ranking players use. i know how to be a higher rank but i would rather play how i play and have fun....
My Rank fluctuates between 10-1. I think i currently sit at 9 but i haven't played since Saturday. I haven't invested the time in the game i once did. I have actually become more of the dreaded casual dead by daylight player. If you want my PS4 name is the same on the forum just put in the message your forum name so i know.
