That's okay, it took me P1 level 40 before i saw SC on my Nea. So that Streetwise came in handy for all the medkits I had to bring in.
I have almost every perk at level 2 and 3 on my Hillbilly (yes every teachable unlocked) and still have yet to get even BBQ & Chili level 1...
