My favorite letter.

You're just bad.
-
Survivors should be able to climb over a fence and get the hell out of a trial.
-
They need to implement a feature to bleed out faster on the will of the survivor.
-
Well, we all know that main problem of this game was ranked. Which matter almost nothing, because even a newbie can climb the ranks thanks to other 3 survivors. Which brings us to the point where mmr is needed to avoid raibows in the end screen and unnecessarily sweaty games. But since not everyone is a competitive player, we also need a casual mod, without mmr.

Don't be surprised to find out these people are afk afterwards.

BHVR should add an unremovable hook suicide counter so everyone knows when they open their profile. Might be easier to avoid playing with these scrubs who ruin the game for everyone. Sure, go ahead and suicide on the hook, obviously it's not against the rules but you'll constantly be in the lobby for the rest of your days waiting 🤣
If you think people won't find a normal game aside from sluggers, campers, and other annoying stuff - you are delusional, lol. Otherwise, this game would be in a state of For Honor is atm.
-
Playing Freddy and Slinger should be bannable. Ridiculous, right? Same energy.
-
It's like bragging about how good you are on a 3-wheel bike, lol. Grow up.
-
No they don't. Bring Franklin's. You are welcome.

Hes cute
Can we keep him?

So you slugged 3 people. In the early game. And you are surprised why people yeeted straight out from the game?

@Fuzzels said:
Nothing wrong with it. Just like theres nothing wrong with playing to win. Or nodding at a survivor after hooking them.
It's so funny when people get triggered by a head motion, lol
-
We already have a lot. Do we really need another one?
-
This mostly happens to a console killers, since controllers are a bit more limited than mouse.
-
You mear Joke...
er
-
I'd pay for that.
-
There's already The Twins for that. Enjoy.
-
You are wrong. Killer - master race.
-
"Oh, boo-hoo, I've been denied my 1k, and instead of healing on the spot, I'd rather be left with 3 survivors than let that criminal be on a lose!"
-
Be a man, use none.

I have 4k hours but I should play more, ok lol. If you're actually doing gens, the killer will know you are in the area. Seems like the only amateur here is you.
Yeah, right, "4k", lol.

If everyone "avoids the killer" to survive, no one will do gens. Not everyone plays as blendette and hides in a bush waiting for the hatch.
If you think the only way to avoid killer is to become a blendettte and hide in the corned, then you probably should play more, since these are amateur words.
-
I'm sorry for playing the way the game intended to be. It's not like stealth is a big part of game, and you literally need to avoid killer to survive.
You should try it too, and maybe you won't happen to be on deathhook.
-
Try sprinting up or down the stairs. You will find out why he can't do that.
-
Nerf spirit, plz
-
What a terrible night to have a curse.

@Marigoria said:
Spirits would never find a lobby lol.
Kinda points out a real problem, isn't it?
-
It's out. Are you gonna leave or what?
-
If a killer disconnects, it's solely his problem. Playing multiplayer game and expecting opponents to play dumb - this is a real hypocrisy. Either grow a backbone, or play something simpler. Animal crossing is a good choice.
-
I'm pretty sure I saw it a few times already previous year. You must've missed it.
-
Truth be told, you can't help it. In any online co-op game coms will be present. It's not player's fault for using it, since playing with friends makes any game a lot more fun. Behavior just didn't see that coming in the first place, and they can't just remove swf anymore.
-
There is a button to close the chat. Press it and go on.
-
To be fair, almost every time I play survivor not efficiently with "fun" build, I get tunneled to death straight from the beginning. So this is why I always have DS and SB permanently equipped, to at least finish my only objective. And this is why people play sweaty 4-man SWF, this is why they always have DS and Unbreakable combo, this is why they bring keys and toolboxes.
I'm not blaming you, but seeing those obnoxious killers who tryhard with all their might, survivors nowadays are doing their best to finish their task as soon as possible before the expected "snowball" comes in.
-
Oh no! Survivors walking 20% FASTER are surely gonna genrush! It's obviously not killer's bad time management and bad pressuring, no it's WAKING.
-
But if we leave, you won't hit us and you won't get additional brutality points.

You're obviously one of the useless cretons this post is referring to. The type that makes any gaming community they're part of worse just by being in it. That being said, there shouldn't be any changes to tea bagging or flashlights because selfish, obnoxious, maladjusted, fragile ego gamers will always find a way to ruin whatever match they're in. People like you make me sick. Next time sit on the sidelines and keep your mouth shut.
Um, excuse me? I will express my opinion whenever and however I like. And if I'm not mistaken last time I checked rules of these forums, criticism was allowed. And if an emoji triggers you that much, maybe the problem is in you.

I've just been in a match and had 3 different survivors clicking their flash lights at me. Let's just say they was tunnelled and camped to death for it.
I've had enough of playing killer and hearing clicking sound on the flash light.

Lol. So imagine you get farmed in the basement, and first you get downed, then your savior. After killer hooks that second person you lose DS immediately to get hooked again. No thank you, because these situations are exactly when DS is needed to be active.
-
Is that a PS1? Why are you playing this god-awful game? You could be playing Oddworld, Metal Gear Solid, Dino Crisis, Spyro series... So many opportunities.

And let a surv rescue him or him getting UB therefore missing a hook state either way.
He already took a hook state recently, what are you talking about?
-
@Altarf said:
You've said in an earlier thread that you use coulro and sloppy on slugging builds. DS isn't very impactful in those builds. DS is impactful on killers that don't mass slug.
Do you really expect me to believe you're getting constant 3-4k 12 hook games while eating every DS without meta perks as Clown? Really?
You do realise you don't have to eat any DS at all? If you are so inclined to follow that unhooked survivor but afraid of almighty DS, just drop him and go for another one.
-
Maybe because there are more pressing matters to address? You have other three survivors aside from unhooked/downed to go for. Easy as that.
-
It's like asking to give survivors charged Mettle of Man at the beginning of trial.
-
Man, I love how instead of playing around certain perks, like survivors have to do from day 1, people like you prefer to hit the wall instead. This is a true classic.
Stop complaining and learn to build strategy. DS was never a problem.
-
No real counterplay, lol.
It seems, downing and just going for another survivor is just as unthinkable as eating those 5 seconds early on.
I can tell people who say that are above purple ranks.

Being good at games and being able to write about games are two very, very different skill sets, and in my experience there is not always a ton of overlap. I have known plenty of aspiring writers who are really good at a given game or genre of game, and even really articulate when speaking about them -- but could not write a sentence to save their life. Writing is a skill, it does not come easy to everyone, and there are a lot of people who try to get into the business of writing about games because they love the games but are not good writers. The bar has unfortunately always been very low in this regard (@Rhoska -- yes, even back before the rise of the Internet, I assure you).
As an editor, 10 times out of 10, I will go with the person who is the better writer, rather than the stronger player, because all of your game knowledge is worthless if you can't convey it well. Not to mention, it's a waste of time for an editor to spend their day trying to salvage an unreadable piece of copy.
Also, you're speaking as though there is no value in an analysis that says "Hey, this is so hard I couldn't even beat the tutorial!" That's a good piece of information to have! A game like Cuphead isn't for everyone, and this kind of experience gives the reader something to think about, in terms of whether or not this game is their cup of tea.
What you are saying is a complete nonsense. Taking in consideration mentioned by you Cuphead, that game journalist had no credibility whatsoever because that practise level was not hard at all. What that journalist gave us was not a review, but misinformation, since he didn't even read instructions until he failed 10+ times and made it look like this game was incredibly hard. I would never listen to someone who tries to tell you about something he has no idea about, especially in criticism.
So no, I completely disagree with you. And I would rather see rough and plain truth from someone who knows what he does, instead of a glorified article from a person who never commits to his doings. We saw that kind of attitude everywhere today, The Last of Us Part 2 is a prime evidence to that.

The game is basically being balanced around SWF now anyways; and trying to bring in more information buffs to solo queue survivors. Statistically; survivors in SWF are only performing marginally better than solo's right now so things are getting closer and closer on that front with each few updates tbh.
Most of the SWF related problems people have; are because they got bullied super hard- but that is almost always a failing of matchmaker, the busted ranking system, and certain perks like OoO being able to basically give the perk to all 4 survivors because of comms- not the overall SWF itself.
There is still a lot of work to be done, but things have been ever so slowly getting better.

When Cuphead came out the reviewer couldn't get past the tutorial stage for like an hour or something. As gamers that would be unheard of, but these guys that do those reviews normally don't play video games as a hobby and are writing them for people who don't play video games.
I mean, they've gotta do something, right?
Yes. Pick a different job for example.

Imagine playing a co-op game and expect people to not cooperate and not communicate.
