I quite like it. It adds horror to a horror game. You never really know if the killer is above you, or is about to turn the corner next to you.

Dead Rising 1. I actually pulled a muscle in my back because I got so annoyed playing that game.

Horror games frustrate me when character only uses weapon once but then can't use it again because they drop it for no good reason because apparently your character is Betty Butterfingers. Or there's like a selection of knives on top of a counter but you can't take any of the knives - don't show me a variety of knives if I'm not allowed to use them. I know, it's part of the challenge blah blah blah but I still think it's dumb just like I think characters in horror movies doing same stuff is dumb. I stopped playing Evil Within pretty early on because I got frustrated with dude dropping knife like instantly after cutting himself down - checks for gun that's missing in holster but doesn't pick up perfectly good knife when realize guns not there? Really? After that were few more things that I was just like I need to not play this because I'm just getting frustrated at dumb stuff like not picking up knife at very beginning. 🙄😂
Twisted Metal 2 co-op story mode: Wasn't the game itself that frustrated me but that with co-op you could only play until the Amazon level. First time I found that out I was so frustrated and bummed that we couldn't play co-op to final boss. Would've been nice to be able to play whole thing co-op and then have you battle eachother at end to see who gets the ending.
Uncharted - played this not too long ago for first time. Pretty much all the games were free through ps+ so I figured I'd give them a shot. First game frustrated me so much that I don't want to play the others. The boat bits were horrible because the controls were so bad. It let's you manually save the game anytime BUT if you use those saves it doesn't bring you to where you save but instead to the last checkpoint which autosave saves anyway making manual save a waste of time. Could clear out section of enemies, save but then die from another section of enemies before next checkpoint and your manual save doesn't matter you get brought back to checkpoint and have to refight enemies you had beaten before your manual save. Bunch of the camera angles were just annoying. The final boss, whatever the combo is to defeat them was not working. I watched a video to see if maybe I was doing something wrong but was doing exact same thing video showed. Game was just being obnoxious but by that point I was so frustrated from rest of game I was like nope, I'm done, no more Uncharted games for me.
When I was about that age I could beat that level on Lion King…I can’t anymore.
Did you ever play Toy Story on Mega Drive/Gensis? That one was hard. I could never get past the pizza planet level.

Maybe you could add a section on basic gameplay that killers and survivors should do/avoid.
The example I can think of is: A downed survivor should fully recover before crawling for help.

I played Shape yesterday and noticed that sometimes nothing happened when I pressed stalk with survivors clearly in sight.
I had to press the button again for the stalk to register. Never noticed this before.

Mostly whenever I notice the grind. I finally have five killers perks unlocked. Now I just need to get them onto the killers I want to use.
Then start over with the survivors.

I once hid in locker only to find my character pasted to the front of the locker door.
Funnily, the killer couldn’t open the locker, but he could M1 me.
That was a pretty fun one.

I think they have to submit patches to Xbox and Sony at least a week before they go live, so that might be some of the delay.

That's what I'm saying though, jayers exists in large quantities but Nea X Wraith is white noise in the fanfiction aether. If you can ship the guy who killed his sister in cold blood as a child with one of his repeated victims I don't know why you can't ship the guy who killed people in anger with one of his repeated victims. Espeacially when there's more evidence for Philip having a personality than there is Myers. More opportunities to interact too given the Nea fanon about flashlights. What's Myers gonna do eat a zombie crow Jake was befriending like that dog he ate in the first film?

i was surprised at how well the bots played. They ran to a lot of bad loops that they wouldn’t leave, but they didn’t follow predictable patterns like a lot of other video game AI enemies do.

The character’s might not look like the actors because the license holder of the movie probably doesn’t own the licence to the actor’s image.
The only exception I know of is Star Wars. George Lucas owned the original actor’s likeness as part of their Star Wars contract.
Licensing is really complicated.

My guess is they chose Tapp because Danny Glover was the "biggest name" Survivor from Saw. Most of the other actors were relatively unknown at the time I think, except Jigsaw himself of course.
I would've preferred Dr. Gordon as Survivor for sure. Or even make Amanda the Survivor and have Jigsaw be the Killer. Oh well.
They should have used Cary Elwes’ character. Then we could have had a Robin Hood: Men in Tights skin.

I'm not an expert on this, but wouldn't it mean they have to get rid of flashlights completely? One would assume the blinding effect of a flashlight would also cause this as well?
They could put a cool down, or a fade in/out on the flashlight so it can’t flash.

I don’t think I have seen any Chinese horror films. Japanese and Korean, sure, but Chinese. They’re either rare, or don’t make it to England.

The new new HUD looks fine. My only problem with it was, as killer, the survivor information was a little out of the way.

I don’t know what it is called, but I’m getting a thing where a survivor will be one place, and suddenly vanishes and appears in a different place, usually running in totally different direction. It has made some chases as killer pretty hard.

I’m not sure it’s always intentional. I accidentally farmed someone earlier.
I thought I had snuck past the Bubba, so I doubled back and went for the unhook, but I hand’t fooled Bubba. He downed us both.
It’s the kind of unhook I would be unhappy with were it me on the hook.

I have noticed survivors body blocking me a bit recently while I’m being chased. It might be out of selfishness ie. I don’t need it, but I want the pallet/window, or it might be just be carelessness.

I had a game last night where I lead the killer around the map for several minutes while the rest of my team did the gens, only for my team to leave me on the hook. They didn’t even attempt to come for me. Thanks team.

This isn’t just the indoor maps, it happened to me in the basement of an outdoor map. The killer can hit you while inside the locker.

If not this exact thing happened with me too. I was the killer, got a hook early on; left the area to find the other three survivors; came back and found survivor 1 going into their third hook stage. No one even attempted to save them, even whil I was across the map.
