It sounds like a reasonable change.
Will it be clearly marked which bottle you have loaded? Because I’m pretty much expecting to throw the wrong ones.
-
I don’t like that the last survivor can escape through the gates after the killer closes the hatch even if they haven’t done enough gens to open the gates.
Although, this scenario very rarely affects me as killer or survivor.
-
I’m starting Plague soon, mostly to unlock her perks. So, come to the low ranks if you want face of against a Plague.
I’d like to get good with Myers. I started off with him but the games went very poorly.

Probably sitting in a corner doing nothing like most randoms you get.
I don’t sit in the corner on solo survivor... I’m usually on the hook.

I had a lobby full of flashlights the other day. I was dreading the match. At the last minute I decided to switch in Franklin’s Demise which I don’t usually use.
They still won, and went for a lot of flashlights, but were a lot less cocky after I made them drop their weapons.
Plus survivor go for some pretty dumb plays to retrieve their lost items. That team did anyway.

Thanks, everyone. That’s decent advise.
The ones that want to be chased are too good to be caught, so ignore them and go after the other survivors.
I’ll try that next time.
-
Maybe they should add a tick box with common reasons to explain why you did or didn’t have fun. (Ie. Difficulty too hard, don’t like the map) things like that.
Knowing why people are or aren’t enjoying a game might help isolate specific problems.
Or not. What do I know.

I have run sloppy and caulrophobia together, but I don’t know if they actually stack and make healing longer or if they cancel each other out.
-
I once had a survivor that started unhooking the second my putting the survivor on the hook animation finished.
It was possibly the least unsafe hook I have ever seen.
-
Sure, Jaw is a horror film.
I vaguely remember Jason goes to hell now you’ve mentioned it. I’m currently rewatching the Friday movies (they’re not as good as I remember), so I have that one to look forward to.
Did anyone ever see Halloween 3? It was a strange sequel with none of the original Halloween characters in. It’s about a haunted mask or something.

Tough to come up with an all-time favorite... Kinda go through phases personally. Halloween, Texas Chainsaw, tons of good classic slashers out there.. Definitely agree with The Ring as well, that movie was great! If I remember correctly, White Noise felt similar to The Ring if you're interested in checking that out.
On the flip side, if you enjoy bad horror movies, the Wrong Turn series is one I've loved for years. First couple movies felt like they had potential, but after that it's just an absolute sh*tshow lol. Then there's Axe Giant, which may be the worst movie I've ever seen. Had me laughing like crazy the whole way through 😂
I saw the Micheal Keaton White Noise when it came out. Don’t remember enough about it now.
I loved Wrong Turn in high school. I’m pretty sure it was a campy 2000s Chainsaw Massacre rip off.
Never heard of Axe Giant, but I’ll take a look for it. I just watched Blood Vessel on Shudder which was just garbage.

I play killer, and I’m in England, so I’m European, despite how much we as country pretend we aren’t.
-
Is this trailer for real? Because I have never been more excited for a film that was released twenty years ago.

There are 8 Texas Chainsaw movies total
The 9th releases everywhere in 2021
Wow, that’s insane that so many of these movies have come out without me noticing.
I have definitely seen the first one, and the 2000’s remake (which I hated).
-
They made a third film?
How have I never seen this?
-
When he revs the chainsaw take a sharp left or right. That beats me almost every time.
As long as you don’t run in straight line you’ll probably get away. You will against me anyway.
-
Leather Face can be pretty fun to play, especially for a new player like me. Give him a go.
You can dodge the chainsaw by the way. People dodge mine all the time.
-
Okay, rank resets make sense. One of the players had the shiny legacy outfits, which I’ve never seen at my level.
What would be the point of an alt account?

They stated previously that they'd be willing to add practically any licences to the game as long as it fit that game (Novels, Games, Movies, and even Anime)
To the fellow weebs in the community, who would you like to see in the game?
Do you think it would fit well?
I'm thinking if we do get anything anime and manga, the best fits are someone from
-Higurashi When They Cry (IDK who, take your best pick)
-Pick any of Junji Ito's crazy monsters to be added
The only Junji Ito I have read is Uzmaki. It was good but I don’t remember it having any monsters in. There is a lot of gross stuff though.
Tokyo Ghoul might work. Outside of that I haven’t seen any Anime with monsters in. I’m sure there’s plenty though.
I sometimes watch Aggretsuko on Netflix. That would be a funny crossover.

Thank you. I was so proud of myself when I thought of it.

Santa Clause as killer.

BHVR stated they don’t want to include real life people/murderers. And that’s a good thing.
I was joking.
-
What about Charles Manson and Sharon Tate?

I believe Xbox have said all saves are backed up to the cloud, so any saves on your gamer account should be fine.
I assume PS have something similar.
P.S. Don’t take this as fact. It’s my interpretation of what Xbox said. I may be totally wrong.
-
Jack Black and that puppet from that Goosebumps movie.
-
There’s nothing more fun than being changed by Myers.
I like the Doctor too with all the hallucinations and screaming.
I can’t do anything against Billy, so I guess I dislike playing against him.
Never faced Freddy, the Stranger Things one, or the one with the gun.

I'm just trying to farm BP as I'm relatively new. I struggle to find survivors and I use Bubba/Insidious to down 2 survivors since I get by BBQ bonus. After that I try to be more fair. I try not to slug and leave since I cannot find them afterwards (again I'm bad at finding survivors lol)
I did have a fun match yesterday (80k BP!) Where I got a survivor on a hook on a hill. Last gen was done and gates were open and I wanted at least 1k so I camped. Teammates came back to rescue but couldnt get near since I had chainsaw. Two of them rushed, unhooked and I jumped off and downed two of them by the gate. Got the 1k as the other downed guy crawled across lol
Try using the Deerstalker perk. You can slug someone and then see their aura within a certain distance.
I only slug when there are two players next to each other and I’m going to try and down both.

Does anyone have tips for Clown? I just got him and I’m not sure what perks/addons to use.
Also, the Clown DLC is free right now if you have game pass.
-
31, which is pretty young... Right?
-
Sadako from Ring.
No idea how she’s work though, because she doesn’t do much in the films.
-
I played a game last night where the survivors felt they were tunnelled, but it was really just bad strategy on their part.
They kept looping around one gen and hook. They were also doing that thing where they’re really active and dive bombing, so they were easy to spot.
After it became obvious what they were doing every time they did the loop I went back to the hook or gen and found one of them.
I had one survivor on the hook three times in five minutes. They all DC’d in the end. They really needed to leave the area. This strategy was giving me easy hooks.
-
I’d buy that.
I’d also like Sadako from Ring.
-
I just had three survivors DC rather than let me win.
The first DC’d on the hook.
The other two DC’d after I downed them both seconds apart, which was a pretty impressive play for me. Only one player bothered to stay on the hook.
There is dc penalty though. I got a “quitter” bonus for every player that left and the quitter’s got zero points.
-
I really like Bubba. I’ve just started playing as him, and am finding it much easier than The Shape.
i have gone from one hook a game, to multiple. The one hit down special attack has probably helped a little too.
-
Someone just sent me a good game comment even though I was a pretty poor killer that round. That was nice.
It might be more common on PC, but people don’t usually send comments through console, so I appreciate the effort.
-
I’m pretty new to the game, but I actually like when the killer chases me, because it’s more fun than fixing generators.
As a killer I have found I can tunnel people without intending to. On certain games I have struggled to find the survivors, so I’ll chase anyone I can find. There have been matches where I can only ever find the same survivor, so they will probably think they’re being tunnelled. They’re not, I just can’t find anyone else.
-
As a new player the amount of grinding I need to do to get the good perks is pretty off putting.
-
I wish I was able to record it, but I’m not set up for that.
I’m guessing it’s fairly common if it has a name. So, you’re saying they may not have been working together, the killer just decided to let them rack points up?
I don’t know if I was clear on the first post, but I assumed it was cheating, because the killer stood at the generator with the survivors. They could see him, he could see them. He wasn’t hiding in the shadows or anything. What they were doing was pretty blatant.
Cheating or farming it’s not standard play, which is why it was weird to watch. It mostly made me feel stupid for trying to help the other survivors, and play properly when this obviously wasn’t a real match.
-
So, I just started playing this game a couple of days ago, and I was enjoying it until I saw an entire game cheating.
Basically, it seemed like a normal game. The killer was chasing us all around, and seemed pretty good. I helped one of his victims off the hook, which is when he appeared and stabbed and hooked me. No one helped me down.
I decided to watch the end of the game. I thought watching better players might help me see how to survive longer.
I saw the remaining three survivors and the killer working as a team. The killer lead the survivors to generators, and watched them fix them. He then watched them all escape. The final survivor waited in the exit area for the killer to strike them, he then let the survivor crawl away to victory.
The whole thing was strange to watch. Does this happen often? It seemed like everyone knew what was going on except me.
