Favorite survivor is probably Bill. Left 4 Dead is awesome and probably one of my favorite games ever made. Cheryl is up there as well, silent hill is one of my favorite game franchises as well.
Last favorite is Feng. I hate that dumb bunny cosmetic for her and just her in general, she's horrifically obnoxious and cringe in every way conceivable.

Bad maps, I don't have much else to say. I can stomach them more than garden of joy but that isn't saying much.

I don't like map offerings in concept, nobody should be sent to a map because one person wants to go there. That's dumb. Even if the maps were balanced (which they aren't) I'd still be annoyed by them. In fact I think offerings should actually decrease your chances of being sent to a particular map, or just be removed entirely.

This is really heartbreaking, I know that word has been used a lot but I mean it. I'm not going to pretend like I watched his content, or knew him that well. But it sucks to see someone pass on this way, I know he's made a lot of people smile with his YouTube career and he was incredibly influential in the community and an all around great person.
My heart goes out to his family, his friends, and the people who has made happy over the years with his content. When he passes, may he rest in peace.

No, I play the killer I want purely for the gameplay. For example, I don't play skull merchant because her gameplay is boring and she's a horrible character. If a killer I'm playing has bad chase music I can always ignore, I got bad hearing anyway.

The "favorite" survivors sell more cosmetics, thus making the company more money. Which makes them want to make more skins for said "favorite" survivors, because they want to make as much money as possible. Shocker I know.

It looks cool so far, I like the maps vibe. Hopefully it won't be an unbalanced mess like most the recent maps because I don't want another garden of joy in the game. Can't say much on anything else because it's really early, it just looks cool. Sci Fi horror is a cool genre I hope they don't screw it up.

I don't mind haddie herself that much, she's okay. I just find myself not caring about most of the survivor roster, since I don't play survivor. I think her model looks kinda bad though and needs a touchup. Other than that she's fine, to me she's just kinda there along with most of the survivor roster if I'm being honest.
Also haddie fans or the "haddie hive mind" are probably the most annoying people in the community, I'm sure that's what steers a lot of people away from liking her along with other issues.

That's the neat thing pal, we don't. Getting good on switch is practically impossible when the low poly and brightness is so bad you can barely see anything that isn't right in your face, averaging 12 frames most games doesn't help much either.
Actually now that I think about it I've never seen an honest to God good switch player, I'm pretty average at best myself. I've seen plenty of good console players before, but switch players? Nah, I guess it just goes to show how bad the switch version is lol.

This is completely unfair to say they are ignoring him. "Because he's gay" isn't a good excuse to give him a skin. It should be because he's David King and not completely defined by his sexuality. This attitude of expecting lgbt characters to be treated differently by virtue of their sexuality is selfish and risks turning them into just a token character. If you care about this game then you shouldn't say things like "I don't care if they sell or not." You're wanting a character to be given special treatment regardless if it would benefit the company in any way. What will happen with the next lgbt character? Will this attitude persist? Will they be expected to become the face of DBD and set apart just because they are an lgbt character? Diversity is good when it happens naturally and goes unnoticed, not when a red carpet is rolled out for a character because they're not straight.
Finally, somebody with common sense.

Billy, he's my favorite. He'll probably kill someone at the bar, with that someone probably being me but I'd bring him anyway.
If I wanted to avoid being killed however I'd bring Danny, since a bar is a public place I don't think he'd want to kill me there. He's the stalker "I kill in the shadows" type.

I hate coldwind too buddy, but a killswitch is for game breaking bugs. And last time I checked, coldwind isn't bugged.

One time I was playing against a nea as pyramid head on coldwind, she was being obnoxious predropping and teabagging and such. After a while into the chase she dropped a pallet, and teabagged a bunch. I charged up my ranged attack, and aimed slightly to the left, she was obviously teabagging because she thought I wasn't gonna be able to hit her, yet I did. She got downed, hooked her and died on hook because literally nobody came to save her. Karma is helluva drug.

As pulsar said it's not really up to behaviour, it's up to Netflix if they want to reinstate the liscence or not. And at the moment it doesn't seem like they want to.

There's nothing sadder than going out of your way to harass a random 17 year old because they got a high win streak in a video game, the poor guy is only 17 he shouldn't be dealing with stuff like this. Sometimes even this community surprises me with how nasty it can be.

It's way more annoying when the weapon takes up most of your screen, there's a specific oni weapon I got from the lunar new year event that takes up the entire right side of the screen and it really annoys me.
I don't like it when I can't see my weapon either as it feels weird, but at least I can see the screen.

I'm just upset that people are harassing this poor guy because he got a high win streak in a video game, it's just incredibly sad that some people have to take it upon themselves to harass some random dude they don't even know over a damn video game.
The guy is 17 he shouldn't be dealing with crap like this, sometimes this community surprises me with horrible it can be.

They're talking about the massive nerf to Billy's basekit that introduced overheat in the first place, not the recent changes.

Yeah I think the overheat changes are good as a whole, I'm glad they got some sense and decided not to nerf engravings.
Maybe it's me just being ungrateful but I just wish they'd remove overheat as a mechanic, considering it was never a good idea and that it barely does anything anymore there isn't a reason for it's existence. If they want to keep it as an anti-camp measure then they can just make it to where it'll overheat quickly if you're within a certain radius of a hooked survivor, or something like that.

Like for example a werewolf who can pounce and use tunnels. The only issue is bhvr would spend time on reskinning instead of making a new killer
I may have misconstrued the post, when I first read it a couple hours ago I thought the post was calling for a new demo skin. Which is a good way to get sued, idk why I thought that because it's pretty obvious that's not what the post is about. But basically adding a new killer that's just Demogorgon again would probably be legal, but I don't think releasing the same killer again would go over well.

I'd rather them give him an addon pass, as most of his add-ons are useless (big buckle). And for them to just remove overheat, it's a stupid mechanic and was never needed in the first place.

Saw a thread like this a couple days ago, mandy replied to it and basically said since autohaven got reworked the map prevention has been off. So yes, it's off, I have no clue when they'll turn it back on.

Speed add-ons are completely fine, fun to use and pretty balanced. The problem add-ons for blight are alc ring, and c33. Just nerf those add-ons and were golden, hopefully they won't make the same mistake with billy and nerf all his add-ons along with obliterating his basekit for no reason. But this is behaviour we're talking about, so they might do that.

I haven't been playing the game recently, I'm just in the burnout period right now. I've heard the patch is good though, so I'm excited to play whenever I get back to the game.

This is literally the definition of a skill issue, if a killer has 8 hooks when 5 gens are remaining you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Can't say I'm surprised considering how horrible the recent red forest rework is. At this point I've lost all hope in the map design team, there hasn't been a good map for a while and the recent maps have been absolutely horrendous. Garden of joy, Borgo, and Red Forest come to mind whenever I think of bad maps.

There's this one weapon for oni I got from the lunar new year event that covers up the entire right side of the screen. You can't even see the whole weapon because of it, it's one of the main reasons why I run lightborn on oni.

Honestly whenever I see a post recommending changes for a killer I read it expecting the worst, but honestly this one surprised me. Both of these changes are really good, and very healthy. Good job dude.
