I wonder how much more dummy proof they could make this game for survivor lol. Seriously why would you ever run Counterforce, Small Game, run a map, etc. with totem spawns like this? No reason not to just bring DS/BT/UB/DH and a juiced medkit every single match

You can't. You would need their Steam ID which you can't get and the process is so cumbersome it's not worth even trying

I'll play her when they nerf Iron Will. Perk is on 3+ survivors every lobby and utterly destroys her. No thanks. I don't want to play trials that are annoying as hell the majority of the time

There are so many ways for each side to make the other miserable. I got matched with a 4 stack that was running sabo builds yesterday. They ran 3 hook distance offerings and we got grim pantry for the map. Hooks and gens are already far apart on that map. Everytime I chased someone they would run to pog log. I just face camped and when I couldn't hook the trade cause of breakdown, I just d/ced. ######### that #########. Who actually wants to play against that and thinks it's fun

Wow, lots of complainers up in here! The nerfs were barely anything. All of the really good Deathslinger mains are still really really good with him they barely even noticed the nerfs, only the bad ones that just faked with their gun over and over had to move on to Trickster. He has counterplay now!

Deep wounds probably needs to take longer. It's clearly not much of a hinderance if survivors literally chase after me after getting unhooked to try to take a borrowed time hit
I think there are better ways to balance exhaustion perks and dead hard. For dead hard, can't vault or throw pallets for 3 seconds after using it, or require a safe unhook to access an exhaustion perk so it can't be used in 1st chase, or when someone's exhausted they can't fast vault at all

The killer will be B/C-tier, the map will be insanely survivor-sided, and the new Boon: Recharge where exhaustion recovers 4x as fast and while running within the boon range will be super fun for survivors

It's hilarious how many survivors are hard carried by Dead Hard and Iron Will. I've noticed nowadays that even the most potato survivors in the world are all running Dead Hard. I'm talking about the ones that ignore the god pallets to run along the outside of the map where there's only a z-wall. These survivors even run Dead Hard lmao

Nemesis isn't the strongest, but he's actually really fun to play IMO. It sucks they're nerfing Marvin's Blood though. He also seems to be extremely popular. When I play solo survivor, I can't go three games without facing off against a Nemesis

Honestly, you wasted your money. They took a fun killer that was B-tier and made him unfun and trash tier.
That being said, Monitor & Abuse/Save the Best for Last/Hex: No One Escapes Death/Jolt/Corrupt Intervention/I'm All Ears/A Nurse's Calling are some pretty good perks to run on him. Monitor & Abuse is basically a necessity

The developers balance around a 2 kill/2 escape ratio, so the game is balanced in such a way that the gens should get done every single game. Using that logic, bringing NOED isn't planning to lose so much as sacrificing a perk slot for the entire trial to have a power surge when the gens inevitably are completed

He's fun. I usually only use the whip to zone or strike when they're animation locked. I only go for them in the open when I've got the game in hand or the survivor just runs straight

If so, they've banned him numerous times and he just buys a cheapo account. For some reason Twitch refuses to ban his channel.
That said, it seems like they are making some changes in 5.5 to reduce these hacks, so I'll wait and see.
I don't think so. I had to Follow in order to curse at him in his chat and he said "thank you for the follow" didn't sound like a Russian accent or anything

There are lots of great guides for all the killers out there but lots of them are pre-Circle of Healing which throws a giant wrench in the spokes. For variety killer players that run strong builds, I've been really enjoying d3ad_plays recently. He's really great at explaining what he's doing in the match and why. He's kind of like Fungoose but doesn't talk at 100 mph.
Sadly, a lot of great killer players have been giving up DbD cause of the MMR/boons
Oh, if you really like Blight, I recommend LilithOmen, he's crazy with him. He sounds like he did an 8 ball before each stream lmao

All of the very good Spirit mains are still really good after the small nerfs, it's only the bad Spirits that had to move to Pinhead or something

I don't believe Otz tanks his MMR offstream. He is streaming during prime hours when there are an abundance of survivors and the queue times are long. The matchmaking throws out the MMR in favor of faster queues, so Otz is basically playing in the old matchmaking system when he was getting 50 win streaks constantly. tru3, however, plays during morning/mid-day and he faces significantly more meta efficient teams, both solo and SWF. This mirrors my own experience with killer. When I play in the morning or afternoon, I get efficient meta squads over and over again. When I play during peak hours in the evening, I get tons of potatoes, bad SWFs, and solo teams with the occasional bully squad.

tru3 played significantly harder opponents than Otz. I can't speak for the others. Comp teams were sniping tru3 while he was doing it. He also didn't camp and tunnel and tried to play for max hooks

I don't play her because Iron Will hard counters her bad and that perk is on 3+ survivors in every lobby I face. It's annoying and I don't want to deal with it. Leatherface, Freddy, Nemesis, Clown, and Pig are all way more fun to play

I'm CST. I only play killer during prime hours now. This time of night has gotten a bad rep amongst killers because there's more SWFs, but if you're decent at the game, it's basically old matchmaking for five hours a night. It's great for me as long as those survivor queues stay long

As a killer main, it works more during off peak times than prime time for me. When I play in the morning or afternoon, I get meta efficient squad after squad but playing at like 6 - 9 pm when tons of survivors are on, I get way more inefficient solos, bad SWFs, and potatoes mixed in with the occasional bully squad. It's absolutely prioritizing keeping queue times down.

I'm glad I've got 15 pinky fingers and 34 black wards. It's nothing but pinky finger Clown and smartface basement Bubba until mid chapter. Farmed over 12 dcs in 2 hours tonight

I wouldn't watch any of that so they'd lose me for sure. This is the only game I like watching streams of because I can learn and get better at the game and be entertained when people rage and stuff. The other games I like are jRPGs (which are boring as ######### to watch on stream) and horror games like resident evil and until dawn and soma, which I'd rather play myself than watch other people play

- I don't watch Dowsey but I checked out his most recent stream and flipping through it looks like he was only playing killer for half of it and also played VHS. (Sounded like he was having trouble with hackers?)

I didn't bother looking up Tru3ta1ent. He's a good player but he complains about everything all the time. Some of his complaints are valid, some are just sore losing, it just wasn't worth watching any more with him.
(For reference I mainly watch Youtube uploads, not Twitch. I like OhTofu and Otz's uploads, some of Dowseys, and some of Scott Jund's. And of course Samnation. 😄 Tru3 is really prolific on YouTube, like I said though I got tired of his stuff.)
I stand corrected on Dowsey. I honestly didn't realize he went back to Twitch. I saw he had nothing but VHS streams on YouTube

I know you weren't talking to me, but a handful that I watch that quit playing killer include TricksterShadow, Jaee, Fungoose (admittedly before MMR/boons), Hexy just hard camps as killer and rages when he does play which is only a couple times a stream, Dowsey isn't playing killer anymore, tru3 is quitting etc. Otzdarva even quit his stream early today cause he was bummed out about the patch. I found that surprising though cause I thought the game wasn't survivor sided per his last video

They did Deathslinger worse than Twins. Twins might be hard countered by every meta thing survivors do, but at least it's still fun to hit pounces with Victor. Deathslinger is utter trash walking around looking down a scope barely even able to move the sight

Just stop spending money on the game. I don't want to quit entirely because of sunk cost fallacy and I've almost got every killer to p3 l50 all perks, but I at least stopped spending any money on the game. Admittedly, I've spent hundreds on killer cosmetics in the past. I haven't bought anything since boons became a thing and they destroyed Deathslinger. People paid money for that killer and they made him complete crap. Not only terrible but unfun. The Ring killer will be the first licensed characters I will not buy. Hitting them in the wallet is the only way to get them to consider changing. As long as people keep handing them cash hand over fist, they have no incentive to change
