Hence why a ton of perks are banned when playing comp games.

Killers are way too overpowered to have so many aura perks in a hide and seek game with virtually no activation requirements. Hooking survivors are inevitable. These benefits need to be toned down to reasonable levels.

Just because something is unfun does not mean it shouldn't exist. Plenty of people find swf unfun and boring to go against yet nothing has been done to deal with this ever.

Crossplay on is a reward, in that sense. Having XBox and PC players that immediately upon reaching lobby actually ready-up to play feels amazing! And these beautifully eager players seem to motivate the other “I’ll only ready up if someone else readies-up” kinda players to ready the f up!
Nearly every lobby on PS w/o crossplay is a freakn slog, smh.
I remember there being a bug on console where sometimes the last person quite literally could not ready up for whatever reason. No idea if that is still a thing or not as i haven't played on console for a very long time.

You guys will kill games if you go into these other games with the intent of replacing dbd. You go in, play for like a week, complain on that games forums that x side is too strong, and drive people off when you try to make the game more competitive, then abandon it since it didn't fill that DBD shaped hole in your heart. Too harsh? Too bad, because this is what happened in other games and i'm already seeing plenty of examples of this in Evil Dead, a game that hasn't even released yet. Surprisingly... games of the same genre don't have to kill eachother off. Many people play and enjoy multiple of the same kinds of games; they aren't trying to replace them.
That being said, if a different asym game does replace dbd for you, awesome! Good for you, I am glad you found a game you could enjoy! At the same time, you don't need to be super smug about it and make a thread titled "Bye bye dbd, I've moved on" that kind of mindset is unhealthy for games and is off putting to people coming into it. It'd be like texting your ex to say "I found someone else" and then only talking to that someone else how much better they are compared to their ex.
So what you're trying to say is Evil Dead is going to kill DBD?

Ghostface was bad before, now he is worse.
Survivors can reveal him from across the map easily but ghostface needs to be pretty near a survivor in order to stalk them.
Don't even get me started on his chase music.. I feel like i need a lobotomy every time i hear it.

Have to say mobile does do quite literally everything better than DBD on PC/console.
The only downside; it's mobile. Unless you're using an emulator like bluestacks etc then the experience is going to be absolute pain with regard to touch screen controls.

It's completely lost all respect for the original series. TCM was never about the gore but more about the psychological effects of the family and what they put their victims through. It's sad that horror now days is all about making violence with no substance.

Um, swf has been a thing in the game since just after release? And the only reason it wasn’t in the initial live release was because its development wasn’t quite finished at launch.
I mean that still does not affect my statement that the game was more fun when swf were not around.

The fact that they can't even introduce a game mode of casual vs ranked where one allows swf and the other does not is a clear indication how a lot of people feel about playing against or with swf. They can't/refuse to balance swf/solo/killer which is why we're stuck in this rotation of swf>killer>solo.

I can't survive without the meta because killers camp and tunnel, I can't use the meta because I'll get camped, tunneled and slugged. This is the proof that the game is balanced in a really messed up way, but killer mains really believe they're underpowered when there was a hook right infront of him before he started doing this and I wouldn't had wiggled off.

As of this moment it would be Leatherface hands down. He's had his rework and is fantastic in the right hands. Ghostface will be getting a rework very soon but currently he is utterly useless.
