Anything done successfully to a p3 Claudette is satisfying help remind them they are still part of the trials like anyone else lolyes said:I do as well. Seeing that p3 Claudette jump into the hatch, then grabbing them. then they either dc or you can sacrifice them, granting you that 4k :chuffed:

Last I know we heard of Vigo I think was in the hallowed blight you see either vigo or Benedict collecting the serum and during the lore Benedict finds Vigos notes and "abandoned" lab but he gets attacked by a killer with a "metallic jaw" the trapper's mask spears to be wooden so it's not him before you say anything, so who is this unknown killer? But I divulge in the end Benedict goes on the hunt for vigo hopped up on entity juice, and this is where we get to the last page of the hallowed blight lore, "it's here, it has found me, the Entity has come for me".@XxAtomicAlfiexX said: if i remember correctly we dont actually know what happened to vigo and benidict and all we know is that vigo has left the entitys realm.
I agree we don't know where they are but we do know
A. Vigo and Benedict both injected themselves with the serum,
B. It wasn't long after taking the serum that the entity came for benedict. What happened after that is anyone's guess but if the entity came for Benedict then it would have for vigo too. I think they are still in the enity's realm just moved from place to place and time to time to keep them from out doing the entity again, to show them this is his realm. -
And if you used a black ward and no add ons? Lol
-
And finally you get to the argument I wanted you to bring up is the entity's time, yes the lore says the entity doesn't understand time, and it does show the ability to randomly move through time, but lore never asserts the entity is un-affected by time and lore does show that the entity goes through seasonal occurrences like lore states once every so often it has to go through the hallowed blight, which means it does go through some change through time meaning it must age.ShrimpTwiggs said:@TrueKn1ghtmar3 said:

@TrueKn1ghtmar3 said: I said this on another thread but in my opinion the entity is coming to the end of it's life cycle, that's why so many new survivors are coming in (besides the fact that the devs need money), the entity feeds off of hope, so the only reason to bring new survivors in is if the hope is not enough. Meaning the survivors aren't putting out enough to sustain the entity, none of the current survivors haven't gone to the "void" therefore the only reason for it to bring more people is if it's need is growing or it can't hold hope like it used to. I imagine the entity as more of a growing thing. The reason it needs more "food" is because it's growing in power.
Yet it's been alive for centuries, how much more growing does it need to do?
That's the thing, is the entity might be able to live far longer than you might believe. A few centuries might not mean anything to this being.
If it is older say primordial old it only furthers my point.
But if the entity can live for thousands and thousands of years, than it might still be in a young stage, and that's assuming it ages at all, since time isn't much of an issue for it.

Also a nice idea for Gracie would be ex-military (in some secret covert coorp) and she ends up having a PTSD induced break causing her to use her highly defined skills to go on a killing spree (would give a good back story, as well as give a reason her power is what it is, and a reason to be taken to the entity.) As for the survivor it could be a someone from the same coorp as her (would give a good tie between the two) or at least someone from an intelligence gathering agency perks could work off of determining killer possition without providing an aura like getting a audio notification before entering the killer's tr.I like this idea! Super cool, but also interesting at the same time.

I don't think passing a completed gen in the shadow realm would break the power if anything it should either cause the Time in the shadow realm to decrease or cause you become more visible (like translucent)RainyAnjel said:@TrueKn1ghtmar3 said:
Nice power an interesting draw back would be that entering a certain radius of a complete gen or fire barrel would drain the power or at least stop it from building up.Yea I was thinking that completed gens would stop the power and make it harder to see, lol. Maps like the game would be weird though.

Yes it's a tunnel one the entity is very aware ofyes said:@FoggyDownpour said:
This is what it says directly in the manual:This hatch I found baffles me. As I witnessed the last survivor being, yet again, the victim of the dreaded hook I stumbled upon it as I slowly backed away. I finally found my keyhole. With my last strength I opened it, entered its tunnels and somehow found my way to the campfire. Now I sit here contemplating its purpose. Is hope more important for the Entity than I thought? Is this hatch just a treat you give a dog to as encouragement? For now I take what I can get.
Ohhhhhh okay. So it is a tunnel.

Also check my chapter out "the murder"

I swear p3 Claudette are worst they must have the ability to teleport through shadows. Like if tgey were killers that would be their power ******** shadow walk
-
It should be per survivor hooked or injured a gen regresses 2%/5s and each upgrade would either give it an extra %or two or decrease the amount of seconds to lose that % (and that effect is applied to 1 gen per survivor that falls under those category i.e. 2 injured survivors and 1 hooked that is 3 gens regressing)Maximus7 said:I forget who on here proposed this idea, but there was someone who came up with a gen-slowing perk idea that I really liked. It went along the lines of whenever someone was hooked, it would make all gens not being worked on start regressing, and gens being worked on would lose 6/8/10% regression.
I love the idea, but I'd suggest to combine the effects on all gens, no matter if they're being worked on or not. This would give killers an alternative to Ruin, and it would reward good play on the killer's end (ending chases quickly would stall the gens for longer). Any thoughts or suggestions? -
Is Claudette p3?
-
I'm secretly without the devs knowing putting a perk into the game that showed all auras all the time.

I feel there is a reason the entity is taking killers and survivors in the rate he is, he isn't getting the hope he needs, now currently there are 15 survivors all producing hope, this is odd because there are 2 known survivors of the last challenges, and we arent given much clue to how many more there could have been but taking a look at the universal perks they could be those of survivors in the void yet to fade or the last trial counting these perks taking in the consideration that each survivor gets 3 teachables that means other than vigo and Benedict there were 5 others so 7 survivors is low compared to our current 15, as you said it is a very old diety but why all of a sudden up your hope consumption? 17 (because vigo and benidict is still alive) survivors giving you hope that is more than double your last haul. It couldn't be because any aren't producing enough hope he could just dump them and get new survivors, So I submit that the entity can't collect hope as efficiently anymore, the Entity is dying he has reached his final millinia among us and he is trying to pull as much hope as possible to prolong and postpone his inevitable fate the void.
This could be true, maybe the hold that this being has over the realm is weak. I think this probably has something to do with the recent blight that befell it, I think that when that happened it caused all those massive tumors and stuff to grow around the realm and this is probably the entities cancer. This is what's probably weakened its hold.
Actually the lore released with the blight states that the blight is a necessary cleaning for the entity (as the entity is everything you see in game)
Really? I honestly didn't see anything to where it says it is necessary for it to be cleaned. I guess when i thought of blight i usually thought of like sickness.

I'm just saying that if a perk affects a specific killer's power it is useless on any other killer.

and we know nothing of the void.I don't think the void is real tbh. I fell through the map once and I didn't see darkness, as the ground above slowly faded up everything became brighter and brighter until it was all white. After waiting there a few seconds I had to shut the game down with the task manager.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel vigo, and Benedict escaped the trials and are still aliveShraar said:When I get mori'd the next thing I see is my character running through the fog just like a sacrifice or escape.
By the way, I don't like the idea of being killed/sacrificed over and over until you're a husk and thrown into the void. Like, that's hopeless. There needs to be light at the end of the tunnel, that would make lore more compelling, otherwise it's just a huge downer for me.

You should never have a perk that specifically boosts a particular killer power

With the proficiency that survivors can run killers yea there is some justification. Can't injure one then expect to chase a fully healed one for like 6 minutes I want to feed the entity give the the injuredChi said:@Rebel_Raven said:
Because hitting someone else burns a lot of time.
Wasting time is a huge problem for killers.Getting someone out of the trial, especially early is a massive help for the killer unless vital loadout info gets sniped.
The person injured would have to heal up though, and the other survivor should be downed fairly easily, at least under normal circumstances. I can't find time being a justification for tunneling, unless there is only 1 gen left.

I always figured the entity is a dying "primordial god" that's why it is feeding on so much hope that's why it keeps bringing in more and more survivors and killers the hope it is getting is becoming not enough.

You don't see killers complaying about pallet looping or building looping, which is also boring as hell when you don't know how to counter it.What forums are you reading? Killers complain about that all the time.
I don't though, I think it's fun. It's mind games. If they are out looping you, they are better then you. Slow down,a nd think about what they are doing,a nd how to break the pattern. That's litterally all it is. Breaking a pattern.

This is exactly why I'd run M&A on him, it gives him stealth while hunting and increased sight for finding other survivors while in frenzy.SmokePotion said:@No_Mither_No_Problem said:
@SmokePotion said:
I disagree. His problem is being able to finish off survivors. The proposed change to him, where people have less of a meter, if they are injured, when hit by frenzy, should fix it.
OFC if they just fixed his add-ons they wouldn't need to.
The problem is, the best counterplay you have against a Frenzy in chases is timing pallet drops really well to stun Legion mid-dash, which is a very inefficient form of counterplay, because dropped pallets actually HELP Legion because his Frenzy timer pauses during vault animations.
That's not true. I will break it down for you, as I have been doing.
Yes, if Legion breaks his chase you can be in trouble. Unless you make him pick up the chase again. Which isn't very hard to do.
It's also pretty easy to make Legion keep chases he doesn't want, since a chase will stay active when the killer can't see the survivor, if the distance isn't to great. This means that if i turn around backwards and moonwalk as The Legion, you just need to not run far away. He could walk backwards, close his eyes, and sing the theme to Sailor Moon, but that chase wont break.
Trust me when i say that high rank survivors know this already, and make use of it.
So i guess the absolute core problem with The Legion is that you just need to get better.
also, his addons are redundant and don't offer much utility.

Tbh I blame that on Detective's mostly. But devs had to give a locator perk to survivors to counter all the hex user's, why it could also be good to use that last slot for huntress' honestly I feel huntress' is necessary for most effective protection of your hexs.LegitAdventurer said:

Freddy sees those (in the dream state) out of his tr, legion sees those not in deep wounds in his tr (while using FF), Freddy is built to tunnel while you pull in who you can to slow down, and if you lose them m&a, nurse's, etc. Legion you hit one jump to the next try your best to corral them and keep hitting them as they come out also as for his tr giving him away m&a would work excellent there while not chasing = less, while = more you can keep the chase going long enough to find the next with the improved tr. Also I see where some say he inspires gen rushing just throw on hex and keep running. Lol Tbh I feel like my optimal build for him would be m&a, bbq, and hex, then take your pick of further locator perks.
Thats why i personally dont use it with him. But it definitely helps delay the game really hard. Which is something Legion needs, within the first minute of the game, you should be able to rubber band off of the survivors and leave at least 3 of them needing to mend. Thats 3 survivors that can be insta downed, and 3 survivors either mending or healing, wasting more time. Especially when running sloppy butcher and thanataphobia for that extra delaying period. -
