I'd rather see the game have two separate queues for killers, to go against SWF or not, with different game balance points for the two. Make the killers more powerful in SWF so that it was somewhat of a more even playing field.

Yeah that definitely wouldn't make the game more trash and longer to find a match. Great idea

I do think its a good idea, I also don't care if SWF groups take longer to find a match. I'd rather wait longer for a good match than quickly get into a crappy one.

It would probably actually make the game somewhat challenging for SWF groups, which would probably make them angry.

    I'm fine with that.

  • I'm all for anything that Discourages SWF groups, but thats mainly because of the current balance issues with SWF.

I don't blame people for dodging SWF groups, they just aren't very fun to play against as a killer.

  • Sure, I'll never dodge a lobby so long as you put SWF in their own queue. Problem solved.

  • They should pip if they got 2 kills, since the dev consider that to be balanced. And survivors should only pip by escaping.

This seems entirely reasonable, except when matching against SWF groups. I personally don't think you should get BP or pips with a 3-4 person SWF at all.

  • This is a game balance feedback forum... were you trying to give feedback on something?

If not you may be in the wrong place.

  • Never thought about this as I mostly play killer, but yeah, that really sucks for them to be able to see your whole loadout once one is down.

  • Yup, thats why I thought I'd complain here.

  • I was for this when I first read it, but after thinking about it, (As a fairly new killer main) I don't think this needs to happen.

The more I play killer, the better I get at learning the maps, gen locations, loops, mind game spots, when to break a pallet and when to go around, etc.

Changing killers isn't going to make me a worse player, it just means getting a few different perks.

Besides, you can earn blood points using your favorite killer and then spend them on the one you want to level.

    This change isn't needed IMO.

  • I wouldn't mind that. I'd do it just to grind points faster. It just sucks going in and getting surrounded by people blocking hooks every time and magically knowing where all hexes were and knowing your location at all times like they had a GD mini map.

  • I'll admit, at first I really didn't like this map, but I think with the proper perks it'll be fine. The big downside is you don't know which map you'll get, so in order to do well on it you either need to burn an offering to get this map while you've got a detection appropriate loadout, or you equip a loadout that is sub optimal for other maps just in case you get this.

Its difficult. Maybe I should play more survivor so I can see both sides, I mostly only play killer.

  • I agree with you, them being in voice and coordinated is the real issue. I did call out that them being in voice was an issue in my original post, but I guess I could've been more clear.
