They aren't going to do work on dedicated servers.. then make sure all their future changes translate to P2P.

TBH when it comes to killer Adept Achvs.
You have to play by the emblems which is how the Devs want you to play. Which is actually in more of a fair way. If you were doing that properly, you wouldn't have the DCs.
You go hook someone, you go find someone else, you hook them, survivors make the save... You find someone else... Hook them.. and keep repeating until you've hooked everyone 3 times on the hook.
Bam... You got your achv. Easy to do in high ranks, of course not.
Survivors generally DC when they feel like you've been playing like an a-hole.
Just saying.

So basically.. only stealth is what the OP wants?
So if you get found by the killer, you might aswell just stand there cause there is no chance of getting away. It is just a matter of a few seconds before you'd go down with out any means of getting away.
I mean cause it is stealth... so if the killer finds you, I guess you can just turn around the corner and disappear while the killer is about 6 m behind you. LULs

ahh poor killer mains... think it is like some personal attack against them.
They've decided not to ban people for those types of exploits since when they did it for the Legion people got upset. They opt'd to just get it fixed instead of wasting their time on trying to ban for it.

Just turn the end game chat off... Then your problem is solved.
You don't have to talk to people at the end of the match.. just leave right away... or turn it off if you want to look at your score etc...
Note, people don't play the same way... Just cause you don't do something in the game, for example use NOED, it doesn't mean others don't.

@DrDeepwound Or they don't play killer allot, play for dailies or don't invest a huge amount of effort into playing. Not everyone is in this game wants to reach high ranks and play all sweaty for no reward. It is called playing casual. It is far easier to play casual as survivor and get into the purple ranks than getting into purples as killer.

@Shaped It is survivor biased because the OP is referring to playing with their friends, who were playing survivor.
The whole post is about how unfriendly this game is for new players, to the point they don't want to play it.
Maybe relax a bit.
@Condorloco_26 I think the best measure is the devotion. You can't earn that unless you've played matches. You can get 50 hours just from menu sitting.

Or they can implement a way to actually disable perks/items/offerings/addons that they break and prevent it from happening. They need a system in place to do this quickly, while informing why.

I don't think the issue is with the Killers. IMO I the issue is the game doesn't scale properly to high rank play.
Even if you balance killers to play at rank 10, you still have extremes, of high and low rank play that can frustrate people.
So you have a mixture of killers who seem geared for different levels of play, but killer players would like the option to play ANY killer at ANY level of play and not get frustrated over nonsense.
IMO the game itself needs to scale properly for higher level players. It isn't the killer characters themselves, but the mechanics of the game.

Yeah... When they put in the new match making they tossed the rule about taking the average of the ranks in the SWF lobby. So now it is back to what it was over 2 years ago where you can have the lowest rank member make the lobby and you'll be matched with low rank killers.
Check out the last developer update they are going to put it back to using the average... LULS
I made a post about it when noticed the SWF change in the update.
So curious... -- I've was given the impression... Way back when..It still doesn't solve the issue, they should now make it take the highest rank in the SWF lobby. IMO.
We had it for over two years using the average rank, so now they should make it take the highest.
@twistedmonkey It was already done 2 years ago and they broke it. They put it in the Developer Update like it was some new idea or something.

If a streamer has an issue with someone joining their lobby...
They quit the lobby then cover their screen and search off camera... and fill the gap with their entertainment.
Simple.
They are playing a game they didn't make to make a living off it... so entertain.
Some like the snipers as it causes their chat to wake up sometimes.
Get sniped during the match... too bad.. remember them so you don't ready up with them again. Life is so tough sometimes.

They can hide their load out screen... They can hide their perks on screen while streaming.
If a streamer is going to stream their game, they accept that they could be sniped and have to setup their stream accordingly.
I've gotten blamed for stream sniping when I never did... Oooo.. my totem got destroy after I looked at it.. must have been sniped. ######### happens, too bad.

They should split it up in my opinion.. I mainly just want to use BBQ cause of the double BP. The aura reading is nice.. but not always needed.
I think they should base double BP on your emblems instead so everyone has the option of earning double BP.
Then keep WGLF as another way of survivors earning even more points in the matches including earning double BP through emblems. Then they wouldn't even need to bother adjusting the BP scoring on survivors.

Yeah I think the DCs are tracked just the same on PTB.. I don't think it actually knows the difference if you are live or on the PTB when tracking it.

Yee.. I agree this game hates new players.
Who would want to play when you gotta put in over 50 hours just to get a couple of perks... which won't really be any good anyways.
Play killer.. They get nailed by trolling SWF groups who ######### all over them..
Play Survivor... They get vets who farm the ######### out of them, they might get some points, or they get newish killers who camp and tunnel the crap out of them, simply cause they don't know any better.
The grind is a joke... The new player zone means nothing since.. There isn't enough new players playing.. and the rank resets help the troll players stay at the bottom.
Match Making is what it is, cause their isn't enough players who are new whom they can play against.
They didn't even move the rule over about taking the average rank when matching SWF. So if you were pairing up with a rank 20 player and having them make the lobby, you'd be getting matched with 15 and below. Basically targeting the new player base.
Nothing is gonna happen with the grind, cause they are already putting in two more grinds to cover over the mess that is the bloodpoint grind. Hoping people won't notice it as bad since they will have the "feeling" of progression. But those new grinds don't do anything with helping you progress in the actual game. They are still at the spit balling stage of the grind reduction... So that is a good year away.

I find most of the female models are wearing diapers. When they are healing you and you turn your camera around to take a closer look... I think I'm hearing the beeping up of a big dumper backing up.
The male butts are a-ok though.
One think about Laurie's butt.. it looks like she took a dump in them... Skid row.

In those earlier days... it was way way way WAAAAY easier to get into the same lobbies.
It is actually harder now cause of how the new MM is made. But not impossible when you consider survivor queues are faster.
And people were dodging like crazy back then.

I think it would be allot easier. Good to raise the point though since they might not even bother to check it before releasing it.
My guess it would only count for those you hit and pull into the dream world and not when the survivor goes to sleep by the passive effect.
But you got a few weeks before the PTB goes live.
Maybe post this in the PTB Feedback area so BHVR sees it quicker.

Street Meg was an exclusive cosmetic code that they put out in the earlier days. They don't do exclusives anymore. Plus it was something you need to use Steam to unlock.

My guess is yes... When they release someone like Ghostface everyone can play him on the PTB.
I'm pretty sure they unlock him for everyone.
If you on the PC platform of course.
Why not just download the PTB and give it a shot and let us know.

Some of them are pretty easy considering what you get for it... like the Doctor zap 4 survivor for 30K.. takes about 1 minute for 30K.. ez pz.
