I just can't find totems. Yeah I know I can use perks to help find them, but I just mean it's harder to find them on that map compared to any other ones. It can be right infront of me but it's too bright or something to see it
-
Nah gimme some cool battle armour
-
Well as a survivor, the killer told me I did absolutely nothing and was a Blendette all round, even though I got max in each category and double pipped.
As killer, accused of tunneling despite making sure I hooked everyone once, then moved on to hooking everyone a second time starting back with the first person I hooked (and never had any intention of killing anyway)
Camping gens when they 3 gen'd themselves hard (seriously the gens were freakishly close). Like what else am I supposed to do?
-
Idk I think it's nice
-
It was Claud but then I started playing Kate and I noticed I'm not being tunneled or camped as much. Nothing changed with how I play. Same loadout too. People just hate Claud
-
I've had times where the survivors drop pallets and they should have stunned me but they don't, and I've had times where I've stunned the killer but it doesn't count as a stun
-
Let's be honest here - DISCONNECTING DOES NOT RUIN GAMES, TOXIC PLAYING DOES. I've never once disconnected on purpose, but I don't give a crap when people do. I'd rather people be gone than them act like jerks. I still see DC's I'd say around 7/10 games. I see no reason to have the penalty be as strict as it is, especially since so many people still disconnect. So yeah, sorry your connection sucks, and you're only going to get screwed over by the devs
-
Good idea. It's not like we'd see what killer they'd be playing as. Just the username, which I don't see why it wouldn't be a reasonable request. I'd definitely rather avoid killers that facecamp and whatnot as long as I remember the username
-
I would call you an ambulance but I have no idea where you live. Legit sounds like a suicide note here
-
Agreed. Survivor main but I play killer too and t bagging is the one thing I cannot stand
-
It's weird because a few years ago I never encountered tunneling or camping. I noticed it started happening for me in 2018 (and that's when I learned that those terms existed), but still not too common. Now it's rare when a killer doesn't stand infront of the hook, then immediately hook the person again if they just got unhooked. It's definitely killing any fun I used to have
-
T baggers deserve what they get
-
Someone stuns me and they start going up and down like 5 times in a row, they're kinda just showing that they think they're the best player in the universe. Like calm down there, it's a stun. You can be "good" at the game without being a prick. Even then, getting a single stun in doesn't mean you're good
-
Self care (a lot of people told me it's a noob perk), deerstalker, spies from the shadows
-
Twins, I'm never going to get them
-
Dwight, David, Nea with colourful cosmetics, and Jake. I've found those to be the most toxic. Fav would be Claudette because I'm a Claudette main and I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen a toxic Claudette
-
Depends on if the last survivor was being rude all game or not. If no, then they get hatch, as long as I'm not going for adept

That's how tournaments are played though.
It's literally the unfun zone in terms of gameplay for both
Yeah I guess that makes sense - play to win no matter what it takes. I've just seen so many videos of popular streamers being super toxic and I can easily see how people would think it's cool and fun to copy
-
I don't really care about keys. It's rare when people get to use them, and not every key can open the hatch as far as I know, so I don't do anything different
-
It's sad how "professional" players endorse toxic behaviour

I honestly do not see it being that “grindy”. I’m already at tier 61, and not even in the third part yet. Have you gone back to other tomes, and worked those challenges? I too have a job working 60 hours a week, and am able to complete the tiers easily. If you are new I’m sure you have all the previous time challenges open
How? I've been playing almost all day every day since the tome came out. I finished everything so far but I'm still on tier 33. Like I'm talking about around 150 ish hours of gameplay there. What's your secret?
-
That's why I bring self care even though I've been told it's a noob perk and I should stop using it. Yeah well I suck at chases and it's hard to get people to heal me
-
I felt like such a potato because the other day at red ranks I was accidentally blowing up pretty much every single skill check and got my team found out so quick. I'm surprised no one said anything to me after those rounds

Isn't there a small "Abandoned" point notification? It's really small, but it's there, I think. Definitely not worth having to play the whole match a player down though.
Wow apparently I never noticed it. Do you know how many points you get? Yeah definitely won't be enough to make up for the missing player

The game cannot tell the difference between an accidental crash or someone forceclosing the application. So in order to not make the DC penalty completely worthless, it applies to crashes as well.
Please ignore the fact that people can just suicide on hook.
Devs prefer suicide on hook because at least the killer still gets points. It's not like a DC gives killers extra bp too...oh wait (I'm totally not salty that survivors don't get bp if someone DC's but killers do)
-
Dragon's Grip. I thought it was op and every killer would use it, but I think I've seen 2 people use it, and that's only because they were going for adept.
-
I wish the player got notified when they got props though. I've done that to so many nice teammates and killers and now I'm sad to know that no one finds out
-
I tried him out yesterday and he seems pretty cool. The more human aspect is what makes him scarier to be honest. AND THOSE KNIVES ARE SO BEAUTIFUL
-
If dead hard is really powerful for people who know how to use it, it seems like pretty much everyone doesn't know how to use it. I've lost barely any chases because of dead hard, but I've lost a ton to lithe.

I have changed the title of this discussion.
Awweh thank you <3
-
Not gonna lie, the title of your post is kinda offensive
-
Did the backstory for Elodie happen? She gives off some lesbian vibes, but they may have already established her sexuality, I honestly don't know
-
You are the monster we created 😔
-
So one round I finished 2 and a half gens all by myself, I got 4 safe unhooks, healed pretty much everyone, but because I hid when the killer came by I got so much hate for "doing nothing all round". I got the most BP and double pipped, but because they saw me hiding I'm clearly useless and only hid all round. Yeah I get so much hate for being Claudette
-
I was tunneled so hard I only got around 400 bp. Yes killers are allowed to do whatever the heck they want, but sometimes it's just too overboard.
-
Yeah it's still super broken for me. I got 4 iri emblems and no pip. Happened today
-
For the last week now it's only been killer, and I'm a survivor main. It's frustrating
-
Here's the thing though, I have first hand experience of seeing children act wayyy more mature than adults
-
You left them there to die because they tried to escape off hook? Interesting
-
Shoutout to the shy, awkward Blendette's who just want to unhook, heal, and do gens.
Banning toxic behaviour would be cool, but also way too hard to define what that is. Everyone has different definitions, and I'm sure the devs do too. Cool in theory, but not practical. Though I do think toxic behaviour in chat should be enough to ban someone if they threaten you or are racist or homophobic or anything of the sort
-
Streamers tend to be toxic and take pride in it. I feel like more impressionable people will try to mimic that, thinking it's the cool thing to do
-
That's insanely good progress dude
-
Nope, wouldn't work. It would kill the game. Too much toxicity. More gestures would be cool though
-
The whole idea is just so weird. I mean yeah DC'ing isn't cool but really...it's just a game. I love dbd, but if people get super upset about other people dc'ing, maybe they're the ones who shouldn't be playing. Idk. I think DC penalties are whack. I'm lucky enough though that my area isn't too bad for wifi so I haven't gotten any penalties in a long while, but I feel bad for the people who are getting affected by circumstances they can't control
-
Farming is fun
-
I bamboozle the killer and make it look like I'm crawling to someone in a different direction. It helps to stall. Sometimes the killer will run off that way and the survivor can come get me up
-
Yes sammeeee!!!! The rounds I'm playing are so horrible but I love not having to wait 20 minutes for a lobby
-
It's not so bad. Maybe the concept of putting someone on hooks is a little violent, but it's not gory
-
Broken emblem system I'm assuming. I was rank 2 right before the rank reset but now I'm rank 8, so yeah
-
Just wait it out and let your team finish gens. Just because you had it bad doesn't mean you should make others suffer (in general in life)
