Here's the weird part. When I play killer (mostly doctor), when I go to hit, it completely misses even though it should have been a guaranteed hit. When I shock (which ever one is the bigger shock), it doesn't even reach people who are super close. Also I saw I gained 2 pips and then I checked my rank after that match and I lost 2 pips. I ain't liking this update
-
Oh I didn't even notice. If this happens with every female character, I'd like if it didn't happen with at least one, because not everyone's boobs are big enough to jiggle all over the place and I kinda don't want to feel like the odd one out.
-
When people have nowhere to go I just get close to them, they deadhard, and I catch up in 2 seconds
-
You can counter that by being stealthy if you don't like chases. I use kindred so I can see when a killer is coming my way. I wait 5 seconds, then I walk in a different direction, usually to the hooked person. It sounds weird but for me it's easier to not get seen when they use BBQ

That's the idea. Discourage disconnects and make people play their matches.
Personally, people dc'ing has never bothered me, but I'd say keep the current dc penalty system but add a bonus or something for the survivors. Killer already gets a dc bonus. Maybe no one can de pip if someone DC's? Maybe that's too generous, I don't know
-
Dude that's harsh
-
Same and it's so frustrating
-
Twins. They bring nothing to the game
-
That number is even higher than what it actually is because there was a glitch which gave me and a lot of other people that achievement even though we didn't reach it
-
A lot of looping is luck for sure, but I think some people just "get it". Like my boyfriend, we played like 2 hours of the game in total and he could loop the killer for a decent amount of time. Meanwhile, I have almost 1400 hours and I'm still downed a few seconds after I've been found. I've watched so many videos of how to get better and I just can't seem to get the hang of it. I managed to reach rank 1 though with Blendette (no, not all Blendette's are useless), so it's possible to still do well in general.
-
Props for not trying to tunnel. It wasn't really your fault if those jerk teammates let him be bait. Technically you could have just walked away from him, but you might as well go after him, especially since he's good at being chased. It's not as unfair. Plus, t baggers deserve to be tunneled. For me that's the only reason I tunnel. I draw the line at tbagging.
-
Only if I'm trying to get a challenge done that involves escaping. It's a miracle that I even made it that far so I'm gonna have to be a jerk so I can get it done.

No, blendettes just use dark cosmetics and hide all game in a bush. That's why they're called BLENDettes, because they blend
Yeah I guess that's the stereotype. Not a big fan of stereotyping

*blendettes panicking in the distance*
Don't Blendettes just focus on objectives and altruism? I'm a Blendette and that's how I play
-
I didn't realize this was satire until I read "...I tell you why no mither is op cause I have no map awareness".
-
I like the idea. I like the photo you made too. It would definitely make things prettier to look at
-
I'd say 50% of the killers I faced from rank 4-1 are deathslinger. I also see spirit a decent amount too
-
Bubba and the twins
-
I still remember before dedicated servers, I was waiting for a lobby for 2 hours and 34 minutes and still nothing, so I gave up. The lobby times are annoying sometimes, but I just remember what it used to be like and I'm happy it's not nearly as bad
-
I don't think you're playing properly if you think survivors get more bp
-
I heard February 3rd, but I don't think it's official
-
I cleanse because I try to be stealthy. I'm horrible at being chased, so it's my only chance at surviving for a little bit. Different people play different styles so I'd say it's not that any player is bad, just different styles.
-
I'm a survivor main but if I were playing killer and I finally got a person after chasing them for 4 gens, I'd probably face camp them too. Gotta make sure that little cocky prick dies.
-
Yeah pretty sure it was just made to get people to leave. You would not believe how many survivors would stay in the map when the gates are open, sometimes for over 20 minutes.
-
Dang, I'm sorry you've had such a crappy experience from the beginning. A lot of survivors do that dumb crouch and gesture thingy before they leave. Not cool but it happens.
I try to play as a nice killer when I do play killer, and yeah some people just tell you you suck. But some people are really grateful and it makes it worth it honestly. I get so happy when I was able to make things a little better for someone playing who's been having super bad rounds. I suggest taking photos or screenshots of when people say really nice things (and it will happen) because it helps to look at when people are giving you hate.
Also, my first round as killer was honestly the scariest. You gotta keep trying. I've never had any luck with throwing hatchets with Huntress btw. In general it's easier if you use perks to find people, like BBQ and bitter murmer. I like making sure I can hook everyone at least once, then people tend to stop assuming I'm super bad (which I actually kinda am)
-
You know the one change I'd want to see? For the gauge to not slightly deplete when you hit someone with a basic attack. I don't have every killer but all the other killers I do have don't get punished for hitting someone with a basic attack
-
How to people get their traps off right away? For me it's ALWAYS the last one. Haven't broken that streak yet
-
I will take as many farm games as I can possibly get. I'd say out of 1400 hours of gameplay, maybe 15 ish rounds (give or take) were farming rounds. Pleaseeeee farm because it's way more fun
-
Couldn't get it to show my vote, so there should always be an option to hide
I'm consistent red ranks but if I'm chased I'll be downed within seconds. I just plain suck no matter how much I practice. I will literally bring my team down if I get chased. But I take care of most of the healing and unhooking, and I can repair gens because I just hide until the killer leaves then go back to repairing. The only time I try to get chased is if someone who would die if they got hooked is being chased or something
-
Legion is by far the coolest and definitely deserves a buff
-
When you play nice people usually tell you to "get gud" (which I find incredibly annoying). Occasionally people will thank me and tell me I'm a super cool killer, and I legit take screenshots and look at them whenever I get crap from people because it makes me feel better
-
Why September 19th? Some national Pirate Day? I'd love to see some pirate themed stuff too though
-
Legion, then Doctor. I hate going against them but they're fun to play as
-
Survivors: Claud (a must for me), Kate, Meg, Nea
Killers: Legion
Grinding the bloodpoints is a darn pain. It takes several million after hitting level 50 on p3 to get all the perks
-
Still works, thank you so much!
-
With solo queue, you never know what you're going to get. Honestly though, I used to play with my boyfriend (before he boycotted the game due to toxicity), but now I only play by myself and I do so much better. I used to die every time when I played with him and I stayed around rank 12. Now I got all the way to rank 2. SWF doesn't automatically mean the group will be good, because you have to coordinate really well. It is annoying when the 3 teammates who are obviously SWF (like having matching usernames) don't want to help you out. I ran into that many times where they pretend I don't exist and let me die on first hook while I have kindred
-
Yeah I gotta say, this was the worst event dead by daylight has ever done. Like yeah we got some bloodpoints everyday, and a few cosmetics for some characters that a lot of people don't own, but to be honest I'd rather have pretty lights in game. I'm cool with 1 week of double bloodpoints instead. The lights and stuff would really make it feel special

people whined that they wanted autohavens green overlay to stay for whatever reason and devs listened to them so congrats to everyone who begged for the green tint to stay, you managed to ruin possibly the best realm in the game. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
I liked it the way it was. I never wanted any changes
-
Agreed
-
So usually what would happen when a killer has a Mori is this - they'd hook someone, stay close by and wait for someone else to unhook, then go back quickly to Mori the person that was just unhooked. At least now we have 1 more hook, so one more chance. A killer may tunnel too, but again, one more chance.
-
I farm because I'm a survivor main and I understand how frustrating things can be and personally I'd appreciate a round without a killer camping or tunneling, so I try to do the same. Plus, I honestly do find farming rounds way more fun. Everything is repetitive in the game, so farming is actually a nice change
-
It sounds like you were just playing a game with perks that are available to use. Nothing crazy or tryhard about that

I'm allowed to play favorites. If I want a pet survivor, I'll have a pet survivor. They're cute, cuddlely, and they do that thing where they try to fix my generators.
I have a pet survivor when someone goes afk. I down them and just carry them around with me the whole round
-
Around 195 hours for me and I still need 2 more tiers. And yeah I finished every challenge for both killer and survivor. They REALLY need to change this
-
Nah man flashlights are hard to use, especially with controller
-
I hate playing against p3 Claudette's but it's so hypocritical because I main with p3 Claudette
-
The one thing I find super toxic though is tbagging. When you're a survivor and do it once or twice to other survivors, it's more like "OMG I SEE YOU HIIIII", but when you do it to killers you're basically showing you think you're the best player in the universe
-
You go "WEEEEEEE" and run around the place trying to have fun. Sometimes I gotta be like "nope, I'm gonna have fun now, screw it". It's hard sometimes though
-
I want those charms but I'm not available to sit down and watch people's streams whenever I want. There are real life responsibilities, so unless you have no life, it will be extremely hard to get them
-
Slightly off topic, autohaven used to be my favourite map but now I hate it. It has a different vibe to it which I don't like, and it doesn't even feel or look like the same map. If they kept it the same and just made a new version of it or something similar ON TOP, I'd be fine with it
