One thing I have noticed on PS4 is when you join a game as survivor and you check your friends list for current game, it will sometimes have peoples names listed that are not in there with you. I wonder if this is creating a false positive and the game thinks it is full.

Sony has said they are not interested and do not intend to do it. If you want elaboration then use Google. Some games are able to do it for some reason, but it's a workaround.
Fortnites crossplay is not a work around. Things like this take time to test and work out.

They have started with Fortnite, we will see if this extends to other games as well.

So is this a bug or something on the PC when you use the offering? Name- The Trapper, playing as freddy, with myers power?

When I play killer if I see survivors sandbagging another player I will go after the sandbagger and let the other one go, even at the end of the match.

Issue is you yourself can't do anything about it which is dumb because killers still get the bonus for hooking.
The devs obviously ######### up.So people are complaining they can't drain the flowers thereby reducing the chance that another player may need it just so they can get the points? Killer only has one way to get bonus so I'm still trying to see the issue here. If you want the points and have all your vials, throw up the offering then do generators, that will help your team more then anything because they can get the flowers and the main objectives being done at the same time, you still get the points for them draining a flower.
I was honestly surprised I was getting points for other people draining the flowers, I thought it was a bug at first when the points kept popping up.

I have maxed survivor vials and still get the 4000 bp when someone else drains a flower. So maybe a bug for some people? I throw up the offering every game also.

I've experienced this on PS4 as well, after the initial hit I could not catch the survivor, she was moving oddly in spurts (sounds like the same flicker you refer to) she was able to stay ahead of me and out pace me. I have video of it saved, after I finally managed to get her by her getting stuck on something, I downed her. It's the one and only time I face camped anyone. Also, it was a Feng.

@Orion Actually no because the power didn't fully go out, just enough to turn off the PS4 and restart it.

I don't drive a car without gas either.While I would like to see people who rage quit often get punished, random DC's do happen. I was in a game the other day where 30 seconds in the killer found 3 of us, we scrambled and I got hit, ran into another survivor and used Dead Hard to avoid the next hit, and then the power went out for a second (someone took out a power pole near my house). To the other players it looked like I rage quit (Which I have never nor will never DC because "its no fair").

Played it last night for the first time, game lasted about 15 mins, I managed to shoot Jason and knock him down, ran about 50 yards and he killed me. Started spectating and found out one of the survivors was working with him. Don't think I'll be playing again, the running/stumbling control is terrible.

I had couple games this weekend where I felt that way, people would swarm the hook, unhook me right next to the killer and be dead with in the first 2 minutes of the match. Then I had a game where 2 people DC'd after getting knocked down right after each other, came to find out why, the Meg in the group was working with the Micheal killer, bringing him over to other people, pointing, teabagging after the micheal knocked you down. After that the killer stood next to her while she did gens to get the hatch.
Next game, another Micheal. Found me in the first 30 seconds of the match, didn't chase me, started knocking down 1 person, they would get healed, knocked down again, hooked, unhooked, healed, this went on across the map till I popped a gen, the Micheal came over found me (also had evil with in 3 at this point) insta down, hooked up, team unhooked me immediately, downed again hooked up and left to die. Went and spectated while they pallet slammed the killer (he let them) popped totems, repaired gens, farmed hooks and heals next to the killer. After that game I wasn't sure who to trust on my teams.
