  • Depends on what your view on tunneling actually is. Cause a lot of people call tunneling when the killer is just playing the game.

Is the killer going for you even when there are easier targets? Or are your teammates no where near while you are constantly being chased.

If you die while your teammates are all healthy and never been hooked then it's not the killer tunneling but the survivors not taking aggro.

Seriously a single bodyblock can stop tunneling right in it's track but most survivors seem to rather shake their fist at the killer at a safe distance instead of actually trying to do something about it.

  • Nah fam, I'm pretty sure just throwing pointless insults at their faces works way better. /s

  • You didn't really get punished. You most likely had full boldness points and chaser emblems. And probably atleast black pipped.

Escaping is not the win condition of the game unless you make it so. You single handelly made the killer only have 1k. That's a win in my book. Who cares about escaping.

  • To be consistant among all perks. Most perks work with basic attacks now. And it's easier then looking at each case and just having a rule with tons of exceptions.

That said it would have been better if knockout worked like infectious fright and just trigger on the getting downed rather then the hitting

  • Killers should just be able to open the gates at any time of the match. That would stop these things from happening.

In the meantime not much else to do then leave and keep yourself occupied untill they get bored

  • I mean to be fair. If you build physical attack power on a mage in another multiplayer game you're also going to get stomped.

No gen defence can work but then you need to realise your pressure needs to come from somewhere else. Usually slugging.

I've been running knockout, infectious fright, deerstalker and discordance on Legion and I've been able to win most matches.

And I'm not talking about hardcore only hook when everyone is down kind of slugging.

Just some tactical slugging a couple of times can quickly tip the scales back in your favor.

  • Going to guess you are new. This would work against bad survivors but once you go against even mediocre ones you will fail every single time.

Just to give you an idea. T1 myers walks at 4.2m/s, survivors run at 4 m/s so you gain distance at 0,2 m/s.

If a survivor sees you when you are 10m away and they start running in a straight line without using any pallets or windows it will take you 50 seconds before you can hit them. Once. Without any pallet or window used.

That's 3 generators halfway if the rest work on gens. This will only work on survivors who try to hide from you. Once you get survivors that will just run away you will suffer

If you like this strategy i would suggest picking up ghostface. He bassicly has undetectable all the time and he doesn't slow down to a crawl

  • This is reportable if you have video evidence if i'm not mistaken.

In the future if you see this, record it for a minute and then leave asap.

By not opening the gate you are keeping that survivor stuck while the killer is probably afk. It's hurting the survivor more then the killer.

  • Cause he's a horror icon and just really liked by many.

As for the power. The twins are literally a perfect example Chucky could work.

With a bit of creativity it really wouldn't be hard to implent him

  • "Crutch perks" are usually refered to as sometging you need to win.

Killers don't run bbq to win, they run it for bp. There a ton of tracking perks way stronger then bbq.

If anything they are handicapping themself by using a perk with so many counters.

I get the frustration but I wouldn't want to see Enduring become something like a "free tunnel perk" because you get a reduced stun. However I do believe DS should be reworked, but I don't think this is the way to do it. Tunnellers should always be punished imo.

The mindset that tunnelers need to be punished is kinda bad imo. It leads to the defensive anti tunnel perk to be used as a weapon.

A better way would be to reward non tunnelers. If injured people repaired gens slower and survivors gained a speed boost for every death survivor. The game would reward the killer for going for the 12 hook game keeping everyone alive as long as possible.

Maybe not the best solution but just an example. Make it so that spreading damage is more worthwhile rather then eliminating survivors and tunneling wouldn't be such a problem.

Rewarding good behavior is always more effective then punishing bad behavior.

I don't see iri huntress as a problem.

First of all, those 2 addons are really expensive and rare.

Second is, that killers using those addons are not really good at aiming.

Sorry but the rare part is just false

Huntress has 1 Iri addon. Every post lvl50 bloodweb has at the very least 1 iri slot. So between mori's and iri hatchet you have a iri hatchet every other bloodweb. At the bare minimun.

Huntress also only has 3 purple addons. add the 3 offerings and you have a 1/3 chance to either get infantry belt or a ward to keep both addons. With purple rarity spawing 1-5 per bloodweb. you can also expect either infantry or a ward every other bloodweb. Not to mention there is also a yellow rarity addon that increases hatchets

Play a farming doktor build inbetween your huntress games and you could very easilly run iri head every huntress game.

How strong they are can be debated. Saying they are rare is just straight up mathematically incorrect

  • Boil over in it's current state will either be worthless or overpowered. There is no inbetween.

Killers already use tactics survivors don't like cause they can't up with the number of hookstates needed.

Making it even more difficult by making wiggle outs more common is just asking for getting 4 man slugged every game

  • New key addon perhaps

  • For people struggling with Noed. I suggest not to cleanse every single totem.

Cleanse the difficult to find ones and remember where the easy ones are.

Cleanse one totem and remember 2 and you already have a 50/50 to find noed even when the rest of your team does nothing and it only delayes the gens for 16 seconds

  • @bingbongboi90 said:

Legion: idk maybe make him like a parkour killer.

For example in his frenzy whenever he vaults a window or pallet his frenzy duration is increased. Idk for the numbers but that seems like a fun change.

Then he gets more map pressure and can use his power to run all over the map.

Fun fact, Frenzy timer pauses during vaulting so this is already in the game in a way

  • I don't see how they could balance the game much more then it already is.

Tone survivors down at high level play and the low level survivors who already are suffering crumbles to bits.

Unpopular oppinion but the devs are actually doing a really good job keeping this nightmare to balance game playable for everybody IMO.

  • Yes but Debuffs of the same type that come from different sources stack multiplicatively

    Which means slightly less effective

    For example

Dying light with 6 tokens and 3 injured people with thana

Dying Light is providing an 18% slowdown, while Thanatophobia provides a 15% slowdown

    The interaction speed is (1 - 0.18) x (1 - 0.15) = 0.82 x 0.85 = 0.697c/s.

The time required to repair a generator becomes 80/0.687 = 115 s (approximately).

Also note thana doesn't affect healing anymore.

    Another example with healing

    Coulrophobia and sloppy

    The interaction speed is (1 - 0.50) x (1 - 0.20) = 0.50 x 0.80 = 0.40c/s.

So healing takes 16/0.40= 40 seconds

Thanks again to @Orion for sharing this information a couple of times

  • You don't even need to do all the bones.

Just do a couple and remember the position of others and chances are very high you can find Noed after it triggers.

If you do one and remember 2 that's already a 50% chance to find and destroy it as a single survivor with only delaying the gens by 16 seconds.

And that's assuming all the others didn't do anything.

  • I use it if i remember it but i usually don't. It is kinda hidden away if you don't pay attention

  • Mostly because you are competing against other players to get bloodpoints.

Only one person can get a unhook. Once a person is healed you can't get any heal points untill they get re injured. Usually only one person can get chased. Once a gen is done you can't points from it anymore, etc etc.

As a killer all the points are yours to earn. There is no one to take them away.

  • Would be pretty cool to have a flooded version of every map.

With survivors spawning in with scuba gear.

And to hook survivors you have to tail slap them on the hook while they lie unconsious in the water.

  • What i would like to see for this perk is that the bloodlust effect lingers for 10 seconds longer out of chase.

So you can use the speed boost and stealth to ambush people people on gens

  • Sounds more like a disadvantage. I can already imagining downing someone and the macro sending you halfway across the map before you can pick them up.

  • Drop that number to 20.000 and maybe you would have had a chance to have a point.

Usually a low point 4k tells more about the survivors rather then the killer

  • No, that's the entire point of flashlights. It buys you small amount of time to help you get to the next loop. And sometimes you can actually lose the killer.

The only arguably douchy thing you can do with a flashlight is clicking it constantly or in very rare circumstances have a locker setup that make you invincible untill flashlight runs out.

  • If i can make a suggestion Deja Vu also highlights gens for a time and can help you and your team avoid the dangerous 3 gen situation.

You should try replacing visionary with it sometime

  • Mediocre mobility?

That's all i can think of.

    He is pretty solid

I've said several times now that I made this post with zero intention of my ideas being added into the game. I made it for my own sake and nothing else. Legion getting some QoL changes is honestly the best I can hope for in terms of their design problems at least being acknowledged.

Nurse needs her many bugs and map glitches addressed, and if possible the change to her base power reverted. It was unnecessarily nerfed and just served to make her more frustrating in combination of the bugs I just mentioned. And her low pickrate is symptom of how clunky she is to play. But this does not mean the pick rate chart is an accurate assertion of how well, or poorly, designed a killer is.

Pig has the 2nd highest kill rate in the entire game. But her power is unreliable and generally weak. She's an M1 killer with a bit more time to hunt survivors than other killers and a super situational dash. If we were to follow the logic that the chart is an accurate sign of how well she is designed then it would make sense to nerf her, even though she clearly is not in need of a nerf. That is why Legion being in the middle is not evidence that their design is not massively flawed.

You shouldn't be pandered to because to because balancing the game around the most inexperienced players makes gameplay at higher levels of skill broken and often unfun. Which it often is right now funnily enough. 5 gens being done in 6 minutes or under with an entire team's worth of DS + Unbreakable's makes almost every single killer in the game powerless and those who have the capacity to fight back have to be played near perfectly or they will lose. And furthermore you should know that dbd's new playerbase never stay for long. Most likely because of the problems of the game that they become aware of as they spend more time playing it or they just lose interest. This not might be a problem were the game, and the killers, designed to better accommodate interactive gameplay.

Allow me to use your own argument against you. Let's say that a miracle occurs and the devs suddenly decide to implement my idea, why should you care about Legion being changed when there are other killers in the game that are also have low interactivity and are easy to play such as Plague or Pig? Why should the portion of the playerbase that wants more engaging gameplay be denied because you prefer killers with easy-to-use powers? Is that not arrogance to assume that you know what's best for playerbase despite having little experience in the game?

Yes. Having some killers be not as complicated as others is a good thing. That's why almost every killer in the game is an "M1 killer" because they have to rely on basic attacks rather than the nuanced use of their power. You can still have a fairly simple killer power that can be used creatively, Trapper is a good example of this, but that doesn't erase the very clear issues that his power has. Legion is the same.

What you've failed to realise is that despite my scathing criticisms of Legion's design I do in fact play, and perform very well with them. I know how to mindgame at unsafe loops and make the most out of the information given to me by stabbing people. But guess what? That doesn't make my criticisms of them any less valid. In fact in adds credence to them and the only reason why I even bothered to make this post was because I've played so much of Legion that I wanted to envision them as something more interesting.

Do not EVER use youtubers as evidence for your argument. The fact that 1 guy managed to get a 50+ win streak doesn't prove anything about the killer. It proves that whoever uses them is certainly good with them, but they are the rare exception to the general player base and thus their performance doesn't prove the killer is good. It's like getting an E-sports pro in CS:GO to ace every round with the Glock and then saying "Look how good this gun is!". Also you once again ignore how terrible the ranking system is. Being a red rank isn't a sign of skill. It's a sign of how long you've played the game.

I have said, many times now, that you are completely free to continue liking the killer. But you don't seem to understand the difference between opinions and statements. Saying that Nurse is the best killer in the game is an objective statement. Saying that Nurse is unfun is an opinion. You keeping implying that killers being viable or not is entirely up to user interpretation when that is objectively wrong and can be proven by looking at each killer's abilities when in the hands of a capable player.

And unless you, yourself, are in a career game development, (Which I'm just going to state for the record that I literally just finished a game design course at the end of this year which taught me valuable advice like who to balance your games for) you are in no position to tell me what career I should follow.

Yes. Most players are casual rather than competitive. But as I previously stated most of these new players leave often after they join the playerbase, occasionally returning for a major or seasonal update, showing that dbd has a problem with player retention. I think I've repeated myself enough times on this post so I won't tell you what might possibly help with that.

What attack? I've never attacked you personally during any of my comments. The most I've done is call you ignorant for commenting on how the game should be balanced when you have told me yourself that you are a casual player and do not play the game as often as me.

Let me ask you something. You say you're a casual player, you've implied that you have a job and a family to take care of, why do you attach yourself so much to this fictional character? Why does stating the very obvious flaws they have cause you to take that criticism personally and ignore all reasoning behind said criticism? Other people are open to their favourite killers having their problems fixed, why can't you?

I think we best just agree to disagree. You seem to be misunderstanding a lot of what I'm saying and judging from your response I seem to also mis understand a lot of what you are saying.

For example I never said the game should be balanced around me. All i want is not have the repeat of the Fredy situation where gameplay that i enjoyed is just lost forever.

Have a good end of the year and I apologize for the remark about your game designing career. That was indeed uncalled for.

  • @Masterninja said:

You are still wrong Sonzaishinai, the only problem SirCracken wants to eliminate, is the boring, weak and poor design that Legion has.

    • Freedy was change for a reason, because the only interaction the survivors had with him was: hear him coming, start to fall asleep and wait for the transition to end. Then loop a killer without power. Later, being safe from the hook and be awaken by a teammate or fail a skillcheck. When Freedy comes again, all the process is repeated.
    • The doctor was change for a reason, because he was so simple as killer. Changing his mechanic was perfect for giving him more freedom and more counterplay in different ways (they also buffed calm spirit when the doctor was put in the game). Now his current design is more complex and interesting.
    • The clown is also going to receive a rework, I can't wait to seeing it.
    • With Legion is all the same. He in the game isn't a bad or a weak killer in gameplay agaisnt survivors. He is as you said (and as the devs said) GOOD and FINE. But that doesn't takes away the potential that this teenager gang has. And I can confess you that a lot of people, friends or simple playmates have the same problem with this killer. Lacks of originality and interaction.

Also a Youtuber named Samination, makes Dead by daylight animated parodias, and one of them it was especially created for the Legion.

The thing is that every rework except Freddy kept the killer relativilly the same.

Doktor still shocks and inflicts madness, Bubba still chainsaws and punishes overaltruisme. Clown will still throw gas bottles

I wouldn't mind changes to Legion as long as the core gameplay of going fast and chaining hits stayed the same.

The thing about this persons suggestion is that it completly changes the killer. Even Freddy still is an m1 killer that gets stronger as people fall asleep. Litterally nothing remains the same

Before Legion released i was a Freddy main and the rework while making him stronger also made him really bland to play. I almost never play him anymore and i would hate to have that happen again.

The thing what you two seem to not understand is that your oppinion that Legion is weak, boring and poor design is just that. An opinion.

A lot of people including some who play this game as a living view Legion as a solid midtier killer.

I know of samination. I also know that despite not being a big fan of the legion he had to make an entire spinoff show with them because they are so popular.

That just further proves my point. People already like the Legion. Why would the devs complete revamp a killer that already is played and thus enjoyed a ton.

Again I wouldn't mind changes to the Legion as long as their core remained the same. I would love to see some QoL updates even

But you nor anyone shouldn't hold their breath that they will ever be changed to a discount twins. That will never happen. The devs won't put time and money into changing something a lot of people already like.

  • Meanwhile Legion who can pip without sacrificing anyone.

"Ha you can't tell us what to do Spiderfreak"

  • @Mandy said:

Most good survivors are aware that pallets are a resource that's certainly not infinite and will do as much as they can without dropping a pallet, especially earlier in a match. There's nothing worse as a survivor watching someone getting chased and they're dropping every single pallet or pallet camping - it's times like that where I'd prefer to be chased rather than the person being chased, because you know they're going to go through every pallet on the map.

On the flipside resources are meant to be used. Seing someone on deathhook go down cause they greeded godpallet hurts almost as much as someone who threw instantly.

Pallets can't do gens. If you can't avoid going down and dying just use the defencive option you have please.

It's a balance you need to find but if the entire team is death vs a trapper who only broke 3 pallets something went terribly wrong

  • Hag for sure. Not even really the killer herself but mostly how most people don't know how she works.

Nothing worse then crouching all the way to hook, getting exposed and the unhookie deciding to run around the hook triggering every single trap that they watched being placed there

  • It is kinda stupid, killers still have 6 seconds to alt f4, and even if they are to slow they can leave during the loading time with zero penalty.

You're just asking to load back into the lobby

  • Screw you 3762 people, these 5 people hurt me.

This is kinda like not trusting anybody anymore cause your exlover betrayed you once. Totally understandable but you only end up hurting yourself.

  • @Bullettimegod said:

I generally dont. I just move on to next match or play on my phone while i wait. Multitasking. Seriously i may have a problem.

Same on the phone stuff though. There just isn't much else to do on a hook and it certainly beats watching your teammates fumble around.

Also if you play dbd mobile you can get facecamped while getting facecamped

  • @SirCracken said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1843748#Comment_1843748

Again, the fact that more than one person enjoys playing Legion in their current state doesn't mean that they are objectively perfect and don't need to be changed. There are people that enjoy every killer from Nurse to Trapper. Does this mean that Trapper is fine and doesn't need any changes? No! Every killer in the game has their problems and they should be fixed at some point.

Pickrates are a terrible estimate for how enjoyable a or viable a killer is. Nurse is objectively the best killer in the game, and yet she has one of the lowest pick rates. By your logic she is in clear need of changes or a buff. But in reality buffing Nurse is perhaps one of the most redundant things that could be done to killers right now except maybe nerfing Hoarder. Oh wait that's already been nerfed.

Since this is just the same point as before I'll go into more depth on why it is wrong and bad for the game. Enjoyment is heavily subjective. But I don't think I need to explain this to you. But what you should understand is that how well a killer can perform and the actions they are capable of taking can be measured objectively and thus how they interact with other players. Well designed killers have gameplay that promotes lots of interaction because players are typically engaged the most when they are interacting with the game a lot. There are clearly people like you that enjoy killers that are non-interactive or minimally-interactive but you are the exception to the rule and shouldn't be pandered to just because you exist.

In the same way that there are people who enjoy playing Basement Bubba and people who enjoy playing Bubba traditionally, those who prefer the former encourage stale and un-interactive gameplay while the former is the opposite and generally makes the game more interesting to play for everyone. Lest you forget that most survivors at best tolerate Legion or actively despise them because of how uninteresting they are to play against.

Unless the survivors have less than 2 braincells to rub together you're not going to get rapid downs by just M1'ing. You literally have no power and are at the mercy of the map's loops and how well survivors and exploit them.

Yes, killers that require a lot of split-second decision making and have potential to get downs quickly require some practise. Whereas Legion just requires a working mouse and keyboard to get hits. You've honestly made your own counter argument here.

If you're a casual player then I can see why you would like Legion in their current state. But to finish off my little counter-rant tell me this, why should you, someone who by their own omission plays the game casually, be pandered to have the game balanced around them when there are players who have put hundreds if not thousands of hours into the game and have a much better understanding of it than you? What makes your viewpoint any more valid than theirs?

First of I litterally said Legion could use some QoL changes and buffs. There is a big difference however between giving a killer some buffs to completly changing how they work.

Second I do believe Nurse is in desperate need to be made more playerfriendly and the pick rates do show that nicely. Once again pickrates show enjoyment levels very well and nurses just shows how miserable she is to play. You just convinced me more of my statement.

And you can't seriously say nurse is fine the way she is. The strongest killer in a survivor favored game and no one wants to learn her cause she is so unenjoyable to play.

Third, Why shouldn't i be pandered too? I paid for the game too last time i checked. There are other killers in the roster if you want a "more interactive killer" as you say it. Why the hell would you take away something from a playerbase to give to another playerbase something they already have. That's just poor business. Not to mention plain arrogant.

Most people don't want to or can't no life this game. Some people have jobs and familly to take care of. And having easy to pick up and play killers is a good thing.

You might not be able to get rapid downs with m1's. But it's most certainly possible if you're good enough against most survivors. Otz won 50+ games in a row. As did Ryuga. I'm sure any redrank worth their salt could. Maybe you should play Legion a bit more and actually learn the m1 game. It's really not that impossible to get hits in.

We are probably not going to come to an agreement so I'll just leave it here. Just know that saying that my opinion doesn't matter cause i don't play 4 hours a day really shows that you shouldn't ever think about a career in gamedevelopment.

You'd find that casual players are the vast mayority and without them this game wouldn't ever be able to support itself.

Don't even understand where that random attack came from. I'm not the one wanting a killer from the game to be completly changed, you are. Why should you be pandered too? Other people do completly fine with Legion, why can't you?

  • Not David, he can't even survive the trailers lol

  • On the flipside. I feel the people who say this are also the people who hide with zero hookstates while one player is death and the rest is on deathhook. If you don't take aggro then i'm making you take aggro.

On a serious note, people really need to do this more. if someone is tunneled and you haven't been hooked go take a damn hit instead of just waving your fist angerally at the killer from a safe distance

  • @Bullettimegod said:

I mean thats the difference as well. Even with randoms i still would. I play to enjoy my time. How ever i see fit. Sure that makes me "selfish" but as i see it, its a game with a rank system that has no benefit, nothing. I have to amuse myself some how. Strangers dont care if i have fun. Neither does the killer. Plus good portion of the time randos are farming me off the hook with no bt with a killer behind them. Why shouldnt i meme a bit instead of getting salty?

I mean fair enough. But then you can't complain when they find it funny to leave you hanging.

I play with my swf and i do it all the time. They find it funny af when they come all the way over and i just kobe off the hook.

see there is a difference between playing with friends and with solo's. With friends i wouldn't mind at all. all a good laugh. Kinda like throwing a pallet in front of your friends face would also be funny. Not with a complete stranger though

When you die on your first hook because you didn't get your deliverance active because someone decided to kobe in your face it's less funny for them. Or when someone you were healing dies cause you didn't get your We'll make it. Not to mention you lose 1500+25% of whatever you earned with We will live forever. Or the several challenges that require you to unhook safely for the rift that is on a timelimit that many agree is very grindy already even if things are going your way.

It's kind of like dark jokes. among friends you can tell dark jokes all you want. Only a sociopath tells dark jokes to a complete stranger though.

Now I wouldn't throw a game by leaving them hanging . But it's still rude af and i can totally understand why some people would.

I've also thought of this, franklin's with hoarder against a key team CAN help.. but then again you dedicate 2 perks for one item that could be just a green key. Perhaps for alot of medkits it can work. But overall it's a bad perk alone, and just RnG based (Will survivors do chests or not? Usually a waste of time).

Another perk in the bloodweb for more grinding, yey!

Would have been cool if the chest the perk spawns are empty or something but alas.

Fun to put on from time to time but practicly useless if you want to go for something more serious

  • Nurse and Spirit work mostly on their powers. Wraith works mostly on his M1's

They are different things and it's not an insane thought that you could be better at one or another.

The tierlist only matters against the top survivors anyway. You can play any killer and do good against the common rabble

  • It can be owkayish with Franklin's if survivors really really really don't want to let their item go but overal it's pretty mediocre.

Maybe if keys one day aren't in chest anymore this could be decentish. injured soloq players have a tendancy to look through chest for a medkit when their solo teammates don't want to heal them for whatever reason and a loud notification that yells where a injured survivor is isn't the worst thing in the world.

as for now though, giving survivors more chances to just cut the match in half makes it pretty bad.

  • It could mean a lot of things. Some killers do it in the form of "Ha got you!" others do it in the form of" Good chase, you played well". sometimes it's a " what on earth were you doing?"

I would advice not being offended by such a meaningless action anymore. Atleast t-bagging is known to be disrespectfull. And you shouldn't really be offended by that anyway. Nodding could mean anything. Take it as a compliment or ignore it.

Being offended by everything is a sure path to an unhappy life

  • Well i don't really have a main build. I usually change it constantly but I'll explain the last one i used i suppose

    The Legion

Corrupt Intervention, Knockout, Infectious Fright and Deerstalker

Addons: Filthy Blade, Mischief List (obviously subpar addons but i'm just mixing and matching. If you want to be serious use duration addons)

I wanted to try a build that could slow the game down without relying on gen regression perks like Pop or Ruin.

Corrupt intervention is there to corral the survivors to me and atleast buy me some time to spread some frenzy. I'll be fair it was more a test then anything but a nice thing about Legion is that if you find one survivor the other ones can't pull the wait corrupt out strategy

Infectious Fright is for the snowball. after everyone is injured downs can happen very rapidly if survivors make the smallest of mistakes and even just chasing a nearby survivor untill a pallet drop happens can mean a lot in the long run.

Knockout is to ensure the person i left slugged to chase after the Infectious screamer is still there when i return and Deerstalker is to easilly find them again. You could probably replace Deerstalker but i hate losing slugs and feel bad if they die on the floor so i run it.

Overal this build works very well and almost as good as normal gen slowdown perks although it is pretty reliant on a good start. If you don't get the snowball rolling it can fall flat very quickly but on a whole pretty succesfull expiriment. Used to not see the value in knockout but it's pretty good for M1ers

  • Edward Scissorhand

But on a serious note pls Child's Play

I'll even take robo Chucky from the remake if there is no other option

  • It does make sense but he kinda worded it poorly. What he really meant was tension. DbD is tense. which is why it's good.

Too much tension does lead to frustration though which is the bad part of it. Most people should just learn to take a break when they get too much tension from the game but most of them just instantly requeue.

This game isn't nearly as frustrating if you just don't let it build up.
