Unreleased Ultra Rare Addon?
I was watching McLean's new year's VOD and I noticed he had this item in his survivor addon inventory:
It has the missing texture icon. Does anyone have any idea what it's for? Is it unreleased content or just something that was cut from the game?

Wow, interesting. He obviously must have known that he had the item add-on in his inventory. So, therefore, he never showed the item-on because it's secret. I wonder what it is.
New key addon perhaps
Is a firecracker and party starter addon to add stacks but they never released it. That's why firecrackers have 1 stack

Its unreleased addon and it looks like that because they haven't drew the addon icon yet
