When yellow gas and purple gas collide. They explode cause a healthstate of damage for every survivor in the blast

Did i miss something? These cakes were always stackable right?
Outside of that one week they were bugged

What if the guy who named the walkie talkie named the dbd killers?
Trapper: Trappy Snappy
Spirit: Lazy Phasey
Huntress: Throwy Owy
Trickster: Showy throwy

But in the case that you're already injured taking a FF hit?
Yes, FF just reapplies deep wound and injured state.
Not 100% sure of this but it wouldn't surprise me if Deathslinger and Borrowed time deep wound effect did the same
-
FF puts you in the injured state so it reset your progress.
Pretty sure this was always the case

They should change it to
-when a zombie hits a survivor they do a little dance

It's very interesting to see how close survivors spawn next to you sometimes.Like yeah,i know they can spawn on my side on maps like Azarovs Resting Place or Suffocation Pit.
But even on other maps i had survivors spawn very close to me
Here's an example:
Bad perk btw
After 7 seconds it's gone
Experienced killer players know spawn locations

Well, I'll try anyway, anyone know a list of killer stealth perks?
Trail of Torment works pretty well seeing how it goes after a hit anyway so it won't affect your FF
Dark devotion also works really well seeing how you just hit someome with a basic attack and FF is recharging anyway. You also have control when it happens.
Tinkerer is awkward cause you can't control when it happens but chances are you're going to want to go to the triggered gen anyway. I personally would not run tinkerer without atleast one of the detection increase addons.
Hysteria works really well if at least one survivor is healing but with it triggering so often i wouldn't run it without detection increase addons.
Insidious is not worth it. You're not sneaking up on anyone while standing still and the loud grunt Legion does when ending FF makes even fake running away not work.
Other perks activate a bit to much outside of your control or don't affect enough people to be worth it
-
Yes and no.
Yes normally oblivious and undetectable remove the ability for killer instinct to activate. (Note ToT doesn't care about this so if you want stealthy Legion this works pretty well)
The addons that increase the detection range work outside of terror radius though so you would see survivors even without a terror radius.
I don't have the exact numbers and the wiki doesn't show them on mobile but that's one way to make a sneaky Legion work
-
Didn't they say they would put more effort in events after the map reworks are done or am i remembering that wrong?

If it happens a lot and they provide video evidence to show it was clearly on purpose then helping the killer can cause indeed a ban.
Accidentally sandbagging someone once in a while can not. You're good don't worry.

I have seen horrible players controlling all of the killers.
And if it's possible to be that atrociously bad there has to be some skill involved in every killer.
No killer is truelly skillless

DS doesn't deactivate when gaining a healthstate under normal circumstances too unless you're the one healing.

Otz being a killer AI is now canon in my book
-
He has a cooldown + a pretty massive slowdown.
0.35 seconds to activate and 1.5 second cooldown to be precise
While active he moves at 3.8 m/s and while on cooldown he moves at 4.2 m/s
This isn't like old PH where he can choose when to fake and not fake his power after what the survivor did.
If you guess correctly when nemesis fakes or not you can usually get a pallet drop without getting tentacle slapped or get another loop in.
-
It really feels like the hindered portion is suppose to last 2.5 seconds to deal with the speed burst survivors normally get.
Wasen't this even the case in the ptb? I don't remember anyone mentioning how problematic the speed burst on the first tentacle strike was then. Like it would have been noticed if it was the same as in the life version right?

The reasoning behind the post is not it at all. I wonder what happened to people who react to neutral deductions like this one so negatively.
I was in the middle of fixing a generator when all of a sudden I had a thought. "Why do I want to escape? Why do people want to escape? What's the pleasure here to achieve that goal? Why people play this game? Why do I play this game? Why do I play? Why? Why? Why?"
The anime just made me ask such questions more, nothing else. Though the comment from @Sonzaishinai really made my thought about my public identity really hard to handle, so I just threw the picture since it suited my emotional state at the moment.
For clarification i saw this as a joke post and just went along with it.
Don't take anything i said here to seriously

... All these questions are simply my thoughts that I want to continue by looking at what others have to say. I despise the concept that we can only live happily just by keeping ourselves distracted. That probably leads to the opinion that I act condescending. Maybe I dig underneath people's skin but you've decided to look into my bones right now. Funnily, even I haven't discovered such an unpleasant cause in my actions. Maybe your words don't fully represent my reasoning but the fact alone that I find the opinion pleasant because of the result you've described still makes your comment valid.
I can hear all sorts of ugly cries inside my thoughts when I analyze everything you've written. But let's leave it all to me.
Why do you still keep holding something that made you feel so lonely that you can easily see it in others though? The content of answers is still important to me to a certain degree.
That seems fair.
The real answer to the question of why we escape reality so often is cause humans and most likely most living creatures are made that way.
Even you escape reality every night wether you realise it or not. In your dreams. And several studies have already showed that taking away those dreams has serious consequences to a persons wellbeing.
And while i can see that the thought of only being able to be happy when you step away from reality is a scary one.
The ability to do so is the biggest asset human kind has.
After all, would airplanes exist if humans never imagined what it would be like to fly.
To be able to change reality you need to be able to step outside of it and see the change.
So it's more a blessing then it is a curse

Is existing enough to make you want to live in real life? Why don't you want to get away from it completely? Problems that make you run disappear that same instant when you play the game. Don't you want to live without problems? Do you simply hope for something in reality? Do you fuel your life with that tiny hope? Sounds more like torture, doesn't it?
Maybe, maybe.
Not as much torture as having to act strange and confronting just to have a semblance of human conversation.
Having to dig underneath people's skin so they have to notice. Having to act condescending so they have to pay attention. So they don't just ignore again.
A lot of questions asked where the answer itself was unimportant. As long as an answer was given. As long as a response is recieved.
All i saw was a cry born out of loneliness

Did you simply give up on getting anything out of this world, so you turn your head into the imaginary one?
You seem to be under the impression that it's one or the other. I can enjoy real life and fantasy.
Is that a strange concept? Are you afraid that if you would delve into the fantasy you would not want to go back? Are you that afraid your real life could be replaced so easilly?

"Yes. Real life is boring anyway. Might as well just survive and find enjoyment somewhere else."
OMG I love this answer! Isn't it the reason we love playing videogames? Or even reading or watching movies/series? We want to escape real life somehow and enter a whole new world. That is exactly why I love playing video games. I love evading and not feel any pressure of real life for the moment :)
In a way, you are taking mini vacations in your head everytime you temporarily leave the real world for a more exciting one

Elaborate on the term "fun". Some people wouldn't consider this or any other game fun. Why do you think they don't like spending time playing? Why do you enjoy it and they don't? What makes them different from you?
FUN!
https://youtu.be/P3lCMScmBDcand others are different from me mostly because of genes. Although experience also has a big say in this.
Might not have enjoyed gaming at all if something else tickled my fancy first or people didn't exclude me from everything causing me to seek my own enjoyment.
-
Fun fact. To make sure a gen never goes faster then 70 seconds you need to give survivors a 45% penalty when working with 2 survivors.
Atleast a 62% penalty for 3 and a 72% penalty for 4 survivors.
In the vanilla version it's a 15% penalty
-
To actually answer the question, cause it's fun.

Tunneling means that you will die if you are playing solo queue, you can’t do anything about it
Not nececarilly, I've had solo teammates survive a tunneling cause i was ready with bond body blocks every so often. sometimes even going down for a dead hook survivor
Tunneling really wouldn't be that big of a problem if survivors actually tried to stop it.
-
@aroell said:
Because it’s not the same thing, gen rush has counters but tunneling doesnt
Tunneling has counters.
Being a decent looper with your teammates taking hits for you once in a while to allow shift w play will shut down tunnelers hard.
Sadly if your playing solo your teammates are more content shacking their fist at bad tunneler killer at a safe distance rather then getting in there and actually helping.
Just like (most) genrush cases are killers making mistakes (most) tunneling cases are survivors making mistakes
-
Make it so killers can open the gates after 15 minutes.
No instant surrenders but still the option when survivors choose to prolong the match unnececarilly.
Also a way for the killer to end the game when multiple survivors glitched into an unreachable place

He's fun. But he just needs the sprint boost from infection taken away and he's perfect.
Now..Someone told me they're supposed to be hindered when infected and that would indeed slow them down. So that may be the issue. Because it doesn't seem to be working.
It is working but only for like 0.25 seconds.
Seems to be a bug if i had to guess.

That last one is alright, though I'd get rid of corrupt intervention. Maybe replace it with Enduring and you're golden. Never NEVER use oblivious perks like Tinkerer though, because it gets rid of your Killer Instinct during feral frenzy.
Dark devotion and ToT are allright though because of DV small duration and ToT disabling once you hit something.
Oblivious and undetectable are pretty strong if the survivors stay oneshot all day. So the ones that don't interfere with your powers to much can give a lot of sudden downs
-
Raising it to 10.000 would be a very nice start.
I'm really apreciating nemesis' ability to get above the 32K cap

The 2K/2E is not for each match no.
A 0K, 4K, 1K, and 3K is also an avarage of 2K/2E while none of the matches were actually 2K/2E

Keys are just boring cause they end a game halfway through.
There is no reason to play a game some players don't want to play to finish

I'm not even a fan of Chris, but I can still tell when The Entity's power just wouldn't be enough for one Killer. If all four of the Survivors just teamed up on The Legion (which is a thing that's already done because The Legion is just that bad in-game), they would probably end up killing them instead of the usual way it's supposed to happen, because The Legion is that weak.
I want to discard the Legion as a character, but I don't want to completely disregard the entire concept, no no. The Legion can still be a Killer, but it would have to be under a different identity, something that would make much more sense in the context of the game and what The Legion was originally seemingly marketed to be.
I'd rather The Legion be discarded in their current concept for something a little more imaginative and less likely to be a Crappypasta knock-off.
You're again heavilly underestimating how much difference a knife makes.
4 unarmed people vs 1 with a knife will more often then not lead to 4 dead or heavilly injured people. Any good self-defence instructor will tell you that when you face someone with a knife. That your best bet will always be to run.
I'd rather people let people enjoy the character they like and find a character they like themself rather then trying to change everything to fit their needs.
The characters of 3 teens being manipulated by a person to become vandals/killers is way more imaginative to me then some spoopy wendigo monster that can teleport or a giant demon feeding on blood.
Cause the first thing is something that can happen in real life, has happened in real life and will happen again in real life. The idea that one of your kids later get manipulated to become monsters is horror to me and many others.
You don't have like it, that's fine that's why we have so many different types of horror. But then stick to what you like instead of trying to throw away what others like

Their Mori animation has the Survivor actually fighting back, which means that The Legion can feasibly be overpowered with enough teamwork and effort, if not just by a select few individual Survivors. That's "barely" being able to kill a Survivor.
Under no circumstance should a character like Jill or Chris be bested by some 19 year old homicidal punk when they have years of literal military and police service on their backs, and in Chris' case, he's fought worse. Even if The Legion were powered by The Entity, it seems like they were given so little. Or worse I don't see how some probably 15-16 year old high school girl (Susie), even WITH The Entity's power can defeat a 25 year old military veteran and former officer of a special tactics force.
My point is that The Legion, in terms of their lore, physical attributes and abilities, just don't make any sense as to why they were chosen as Killers, or why they are even kept as Killers. In all honesty, they should just be discarded.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2291623#Comment_2291623
Facts before theories, my guy. This theory holds no real water and has little evidence to support it, if any. Just because they both got pigtails and wear masks doesn't mean they are the same person.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2291647#Comment_2291647
Plus there's the fact that Meg is American while Susie is also Canadian, which wouldn't really make much sense if they were the same person.
I'm going to agree and say that the Meg is Susie theory is a load of bologna and that the developers didn't actually put THAT much thought into every character and how they are connected.
Sounds to me the problem lies more with Chris then? How would amanda overpower a 25 year old military veteran and former officer of a special tactics force. Or Ghostface. Or Clown. Leatherface is also just a human. How would a mere human stand up against the supersoldier
By your logic it's better to discard Chris then right? Instead of half the killer roster
Cause if this is such a problem then BHVR can't make any killers anymore that aren't some overpowered monstrocity. seems like a lot of creativity going to waste. Better just discard Chris so we don't have to worry about things not making sense in a video game.
Also I've been to knife training. If you are unarmed against someone with a knife who knows how to use it you're always at a risk. Don't care what training you got, how beefed you are or what special forces you belong to. You watch to many movies.
Not to mention that in the games Chris can die to a decomposed corpse biting him. He's not the hero in this game and therefor can't enjoy his usual plot armor.
Whatever you say. A killer that people payed for and enjoy won't be discarded just because you don't like a character you're fangirling over getting killed by them.

Add something like everytime a gen get's fixed everybody screams and reveals their location.
Technically a buff but it will also remove the most annoying part of noed. The uncertainty of the killer having it.
With the above change after the first gen you know it's do the totems or deal with noed.

Barely kills a survivor
yes cutting someone's ribcage open is just a scratchwound after all
You don't have to like the Legion. there are 20 other killers for you.
For me the thought of your friendly neighbours teenager going out at night killing people will always be more scary then some random made up monster.
