I see your point, and I thank you for it.
I myself am suffering from a feeling of not being heard (I once had the Legion pfp...)
I've always had the tendency to take everything serious. That is a fault of mine that I doubt will ever change.
Now, I shall stop here. Thank you for giving me the time of day, and I officially hope you do have a splendid day. Same to anyone else in this thread.

And who are you to police how people speak? Are you a moderator? I don't think so.
I DO have a problem with people who are screaming and hollering for no reason.
Your opinion. Even the loudest posters have a reason. Is it a rational reason? No. But it is even less fruitful to complain about someone who is complaining. It's actually downright obnoxious.
What would you prefer that I am rude to you and insult you like I was a child? Or would you prefer I remain polite and explain myself to you?
My preference doesn't really matter, now does it? What matters is that you follow the rules of the forum while you are posting, and if I feel that there is an issue, I can exercise my right to leave or report your post. You have your reason for voicing your opinion in the way that you do. I am not going to sit here and invalidate your reason just because you aren't being cute.

I am no one. Doesn't mean I don't have my opinion, it's not like anyone listens to me though. If they did, threads like these would be little and few between.

Maybe so, but then again I'm stating my opinions. When I speak about complaints and feedback I do so in the attempt and belief that I COULD help someone. My philosophy is that complaining is useless and does not help, while feedback and constructive criticism is useful and helps improve the game. That is NORMALLY the case. But what do I know?
What would you prefer that I am rude to you and insult you like I was a child? Or would you prefer I remain polite and explain myself to you?

Your preference matters to you, and it can help me change how I interact with others, so therefore it matters to me. Feedback is everything, and I CAN change for the better. I follow the rules as best as I can, and try to help others without being completely invasive. I may or may not fail in that but that is for others (like you) to judge. I merely stated my opinion and was not trying to be cute, I just state what I feel would be a better way to help this community which has a bad rep already.
Do have a good day if you decide to not respond.

@Visionmaker ...
That's where my problem stems from.
I don't mind CONSTRUCTIVE feedback nor do I mind people giving negative feedback.
I DO have a problem with people who are screaming and hollering for no reason. Maybe it's cause I'm weird or I see the world a lot differently, but I can see the difference between screaming and kicking, and sitting down and explaining.
THOSE are not interchangeable, no one likes a person who complains, but many likes those who can explain what is wrong without the package of trying to calm the shouter down.
What would you prefer that I am rude to you and insult you like I was a child? Or would you prefer I remain polite and explain myself to you?

"I'm not saying it doesn’t take skill to play Billy, it does. But someone who masters a killer shouldn’t be guaranteed a 4k any more than someone who masters survivor should be uncatchable."
Uhhh... Actually, that's exactly what it means. For both sides. If they practiced hard enough. Cause it's called skill.
...
Entity damned normies.

I know that:) I'm just don't know way they complain about every change that gets added
@jackkn12 People are people. Nuff said.
Now that being said, not everyone complains. Unfortunately, too many people have been melding complaints for the sake of complaints with feedback for the health of the game.
That might be where your confusion is coming from.
-
@Blueberry You sorta got it right on the money, concerning me of course. I don't know what the LoL Clan think, what is left of them.
-
I'm complaining about how unjust the nerfs doomed their power.
I understand the DW was busted to high hell for the sake of the game, I can accept that.
But I cannot accept the killer I love did not receive respite for how bad they've been butchered.
Especially the stun and recharge rate.
-
I love the perk, especially on my Legion before the nerf. Though I still run it on them anyways. The F.O.V is lovely.
-
@LastShoe It is a chance to make sure a product isn't broken before it's given.
Or as I like to say for a example:
You'd know a sandwich made out of excrements is going to be and taste bad. So why would you want to wait until you get it to judge it?
-
No one: ....
Devs: Let's nerf Plague's vomit!
-
This is what I've asked for. But no, no. We can't have that now can we?
Cause it'd mess with survivor fun.
-
@Peasant That's what really made me angry. Nerf the cooldown add ons sure, but don't nerf the cooldown AND the add ons.
I thought they learned from the Pig's crouch.
-
....
I haven't thought about this.
-
@Peanits That would be enough I guess. At least this thread brought that awareness up.
-
@Peanits said:
This would be an improvement, there's no doubt about that, but I'm not sure it would quite solve the problem. Say you have all 65 survivor perks unlocked. Currently it would take you a whopping 195 levels to get each of them to tier 3. With this, you'd only have to level up 130 times. It's much better, there's no doubt about that, but it's still quite a lot.
Granted, this is less of an issue now that perks are slowly being standardized to where the tier 1 perks perform more closely to the tier 3 perks, but there's still quite a few that you wouldn't want to use unless you've got the best version of them.
@Peanits Is there hope that, that will happen soon(tm)? Or will it not happen until some time in the future?
-
@shadowman0105 I was like you once.
May 7th happened.
-
@shadowman0105 No. Because everyone hates Legion.
Sad sad life we live in.
-
@artist Yeah, I guess.
-
I gave suggestions to how to negate the poor design and make Legion more effective with the pins, but my voice hasn't been heard. So I'm just kinda here. With somewhat good ideas. Rotting.

I doubt they will, I don't think they ever did it actually.
@Toxicity23The add ons beg to differ.
-
I just really hope they aren't going through with making his stealth a timer based thing.
Cause it wouldn't make sense.
-
@artist I'm tired, artist. My hope was devoured and my faith was demised.
All there is left is a empty husk, to the void I belong.
-
@NMCKE That is very true.
-
@fluffybunny If I wanted to follow people and slash them down, I'd stick with the Trapper.
Look, I don't hate the new Legion. I never played in a way that hindered me, nor was outright unfair for survivors. But the power essentially does so little even with a high cost. And especially since I play on PS4 the new Legion hurts me a lot more.
I only truly asked for reduction to power for each missed swing and for the speed to go up a bit.
But I can't have that.
-
@NMCKE I only did it when I feared BT or as Wraith when invisible, but never to actually hold the game hostage, I always moved/attacked after a few seconds.
-
@LCGaster You'll find that using the power is more or less useless. I still will play them, but it just doesn't feel like Legion.
-
@friendlykillermain Unfortunately, there is no bail.
-
Ghostface is slightly cooler, but I would not mind Alien or Predator showing up. Though predator would be mostly like a more brutal Wraith to be honest.
Alien would have potential.
-
@Detective_Jonathan Why are older men so bad[Charming Word]? Seriously, you got Tapp and Bill who are awesome.
-
@Boss The weapon looks like something from Bloodborne
-
Those outfits look sick. If I was a Tapp main I'd see why one would want that outfit.
However being a killer playing I'm tempted to get the Huntress head.
-
Well I'm happy you're happy @Detective_Jonathan
Things might be looking up.
-
@Plu Sweet.
So it's either I stay on DbD for the Dedicated Servers, or go back to Payday 2.
My choice is clear, Let's Do Th-
(Trophy Earned)
-
I agree with Mushwin on the title... But uh, I literally felt no difference trying to survive.
I played a solo round and I could have escaped, but I stayed behind to die.
Also in a 1v1 you are supposed to die, I don't expect to run up to a killer in a match and taunt them without consequences. The point is that you are better in a group then solo. A shame you have the mind set of a survivor who thinks they should survive.
(I am also of the belief killers are not entitled to kill mind you)
-
@Plu Can't watch cause of school, but this will be sweet. And a reason to drag my cousin and friends back into Payday 2.
(In GTA V I honer my Payday origins by naming my Criminal Organization Crime.Net)
-
@Mushwin Thanks friend of friends.
-
@Peasant So very true, goodbye mask.
By the by I hope Payday gets love on console. We still don't have any of the newer content.
-
May I request a tinfoil hat? I need a new look since my mask... Well, I tossed that in the grave.
-
You go gurl. Hope you and Wraith are happy ^^
-
I would have laughed if I had been able to do so. I feel like all life was sucked out leaving a husk.
I don't mean to sound dramatic but that's honestly how I feel.
Anyways, this was pretty funny, but Trapper mains are actually generally good people.
-
@Plu He lost it when he saw ONE Legion tunnel :D
-
@Jonathanskilz Which brings the question of what is fun for who? I loved the Legion pre patch. I have never intentionally abused chase mechanics unless I was in a foul mood.
Fun is highly subjective my friend, what can be fun for you is unfun for me. And I had fun with a killer who could break the rules because the killer is a teenager.
But now I'm better off playing as Trapper (as I have since I began playing) since at least the Trapper can have some sort of payoff without being completely hindered by his power.
115% movement can only get you so far.
Also do not generalize please, not all Legion play like how you think they play.
-
That's the point. I could go on about going the reverse and asking why certain survivor perks are allowed, but I won't. I could, but I shall not.
-
@Orion I know, and besides like a handful of times I have not actively insulted other forum posters.
But this guy is essentially asking for retribution by making this post. I'm just trying to help out. Being jailed is a terrible thing.
-
@Darkskies I just wanted what was best for a killer I felt a connection to, next to the Trapper.
My condolences for how they turned the Piggy into bacon by the way. She didn't need that.
-
Bashing the devs is a one way trip to getting you jailed or banned. I understand your frustration but this truly is not the way to do it.
I however am done with preaching hope. My demise was due to how badly I was faithful. Just cool your jets and take a breather. Something will happen, but not like this.
-
Just because I took a bath filled with liquid nitrogen doesn't mean I'm not happy, but I also am not boycotting BHVR either.
I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed.
-
@Hoodedfengm1n Yes, yes they did.
