If I'm the only one alive and someone is on hook and another one slugged or both on hook and I'm pretty sure the killer have noed I won't risk. If I know he doesn't have noed I will go for save.
-
This mode already exist. They are called sandbaggers.
-
Just add already a mode without perks. W.t.f

How does Dead Hard stop tunneling?
Ask the one who said dh stop tunneling and read my comment carefully.
-
Dh is not unfair. This game is unplayable without ds and dh because of too many tunnelers.
-
No. The same killers are camping and waiting for a grab instead of hit and then that survivor go in second stage the same survivors can bodyblock and things like that. So the answer for you is never.
-
1. When I get potatoes and only one good/decent survivor that can loop me, but he/she is not toxic. I'll give him the hatch like a reward for playing better than others and because I feel bad he had a potato team.
2. If I had fun and nobody was toxic.
3. If that survivor is cute and makes me laugh.
If they have a DC, I'll just not play seriously at the start of game. Then when I think it's ok I'll try to kill them because I need bloodpoints.

A thread with this suggestion pops up at least once a week on here. Use the search feature and I'm sure the countless responses can tell you why this isn't a good idea.
Nah I'm not interested about an answer. I just suggested it for the one complaining about swf. It's not like I care.

And why you see it as punishment? 🤔

Artist is fine. Blight is not fine at all.

Ok great, that's not my problem. Quit asking for changes that destroy the already horrible game balance
First of all, did you even read my post??? I asked nothing. Second, I have no issues with swf. Third, that was my suggestion for YOUR problem. The ones that are complaining about swf. And in the end, you are disrespectful because I said "I'm bored about this topic balance the game" which is impossible? lmao. Stop commenting to posts if you are going to say things like "quit asking" when I didn't even asked a thing. You embarrassed yourself with your reply.
Or maybe you are looking for a fight and nobody wants to argue with you? That's so sad. What a waste of time to talk with you bleh lol

Because literally every killer will do this. The devs just need to properly balance the game
I'm so bored of this topic "balance the game"
-
Lol, poor Bill being scolded for saying "what".
-
Because I assume that would prevent using DS, head on and that survivor can gain more time for others before he die.
-
Accusing you for using lightborn while they made the rules for that match. Map, flashlights, voice chat. How hypocrite can they be
-
I would agree with you at some aspects if tunneling wasn't a thing, but it is.
-
When tunneling won't be a thing anymore. Flashlight save and DS are the counter against tunnelers. You have lightborn. Use it.

Perhaps closing the hatch shouldn't energize the gates then.
If you don't like my opinion ignore it. I don't have too much time to talk with you, sorry.
-
My change: noed should be activated only after all gens are done. Not if survivors didn't finished all gens, 3 are dead, one alive, the killer close the hatch and then survivor is exposed. No. Noed should be activated if survivors will finish all gens. It's a perk that punish genrush, not a reward for closing the hatch.

Freddy and twins

Is this supposed to be a joke?

I made a thread on the perk and while ago and I suggested the same thing. So technically I suggested it first. But we not gonna talk about it.
It's an anti slugging perk. It's niche but it fulfills the niche well. It's better then what we have currently though so I think its fine
Tell me that you wouldn't use this "exhaustion perk" without telling me you won't. It's not an appealing idea. Exhaustion perks shouldn't rely on killer's playstyle. Never. That's dumb. With this mentality, power struggle should also be a exhaustion perk. Imagine.
-
@dspaceman20 said:
I think the best way to change it is to make I an exhaustion perk. When you pick up the you both gain the haste status effect and it won't work if your already exhausted.
I wonder who gave you this idea. *sarcasm* Not worth for a exhaustion perk. It's too much dependent of killer slugging.

Then your opponents must be low caliber, or you're using the strongest possible add-ons.
First, I barely use strong add-ons. Second, don't imagine I get potatoes players. Third, you can win as killer even if you are not sweating. Most of you have a mentality that you can't win as killer if you are not sweating, aka tunneling very hard, which makes me laugh.

Okay? So I'm being punished for being competent at the game. I shouldn't be forced into high mmr sweaty fiestas just because I can play x killer.
You can't expect to get baby survivors or average players if you are competent as you say. You get players for your skill.
-
Omg that looks creepy af.
-
Still not good enough :( This perk is so useless. Maybe the healed survivor should get a sprint burst when he's completely healed by buckle up user or endurance status like soul guard.
-
How are you playing as killer that you get survivors like these? What perks are you using? What add-ons? The best ones? Are you tunneling, slugging? (A lot) If yes, I'm not surprised you get these survivors.

but what's wrong with that? If thats what they enjoy isnt it there right to play that way? I like to win but i also like a good match those one sided blow outs arent fun normally. it does feel good to just crush the other side some times but i would rather get a win where i could of lost it as well.
And who said there's a problem with that?

playing sweaty means your playing to win so you said you don't play sweaty. i was just wondering what else you do besides try to win. not counting a few killer powers what else are you doing then chasing and hooking survivor's?
Well, I'm not trying too hard because it's frustrating. I just play the game. If I catch them I kill them. If I kill them I win. If I can't catch them, they escape, so they win. Teabagging at exit gate incoming. It used to annoy me because I cared too much about winning, but now I see it as an imature behavior. Sometimes I'm playing just for my rituals, challenges. To get more bloodpoints. Stuff and things. Things and stuff.

Your definition of "sweaty" is anyone who plays to win a game?
Most of people that are playing sweaty said they have fun only winning, so that's my conclusion. Why?
Edit: I just realized I replied to the wrong person lol. Sweaty means indeed playing only to win no matter what strategies you use. Tunneling, slugging. Camping is not sweaty. You are doing nothing camping so...yeah. Also, a sweaty player have the best perks and add-ons to increase their odds.

so you don't play to win? what do you do other then try to kill survivors?
I truly don't understand your question
-
I'm not playing sweaty and I still win most of time as killer, so you are not right.
-
No. What's your problem? MMR is fine.
-
Huh???
-
Remove broken keys from chests. They are useless without add-ons
-
In time, you will be immune to their behavior.

I remember a match with trapper two days ago. I got at least 2 swf or 3. Two of them had head on and flashlights. They both stunned me in a house. Lucky me I trapped them in a house with basement and I had starstruck lol. I killed them all even if they tried to escape from basement with head on, I didn't let them. I had no reason to leave the basement as long 3 of them were there. One on hook and 2 in lockers with head on. The innocent survivor was mad on his teammates. Pretty sure he was a random. I would also be mad if my team is trying to bully instead of doing gens and objectives.

It isn't false to say actually, considering that not every Killer uses this tactic to win. I've had matches where I have been tunneled and others where Killer's chase others and allow people to earn points.
To pretend that every Killer plays the same way is cringe.
Never pretended that's the point. What would you say if all players would play like this? Not fun anymore I guess. This game is boring and maybe annoying without that kind of nice players that won't tunnel, camp. These things are not fun even if we accept them. Btw, they are not appreciated. Sad.
-
So you say it's ok to tunnel because you will get anyway good games without tunnelers or campers later? That sound so false lol. In this case all matches should be with tunneling. Why not? Survivors will still count on nice players to get fun matches.
-
Definitely not the BM survivors. I don't give a ######### about their teabagging, clicky clicky or insults in chat. I would say boon: circle of healing and the fake hits against dh.

Right after being unhooked, especially with BT active, get in the killer's face to stop them chasing the unhooker and, if the killer chases you, go into a locker. If the killer picks you up, DS them. BT and DS are both used offensively. Change it so BT deactivates if it's a protection hit so a wounded unhooker can't be protected like that and have DS deactivate if the survivor goes into a locker or as soon as another survivor gets hooked.
As well, if somebody just got unhooked while the last gen is being finished and the Killer found someone get in the killer's face and see if they pick you up. Wham, DS and a guaranteed escape. Change it so DS deactivates as soon as the last gen finishes.
If those changes were advocated for at the same time then saying DS should activate after each hook would be a lot more palatable.
You are asking me to make the killer tunnel me abusing BT and then you are asking for BT to be deactivated if it's a protection hit? You make me so confused. Also, I will never make the killer tunnel me. That's not the point. If they are not tunneling they should not be forced to eat DS or even BT.
-
I'm not a twins main, I have them, but the last time I have played this killer for my ritual I was insulted in chat. Since they added hit validation for dh I'm not playing this killer anymore if it's not for my ritual...
Twins need some love.
-
Yes, me. I like to play as pyramid head. But I'm playing with crossplay off tho.
-
So first of all, DS should be useful only before all gens are done, not in EGC where you have a 100% guaranteed escape if someone is saving you (or use deliverence) and DS. It should be a perk strictly against tunnelers and it should buy time for your teammates to finish the gens and totems maybe. If you still die that doesn't really matter. What matters is to last in match how much you can so you can actually play an amount of time in that match and give your teammates your precious time to finish how many gens they can before you die. That's my only problem about tunneling. I just want to have a consistent match and earn a consistent amount of bloodpoints. That's all.
-
@glitchboi said:
As long as DS deactivates after the 5th generator is complete, I am perfectly fine with that change. Either way, it needs to be tested in a PTB.
This is actually a good idea.

Even after the nerf I see survivors intentionally trying to get themselves picked up after an unhook just so they can stun the killer because it wastes so much of their time. It’s still a great perk even after the nerf, no way does it need a huge boost.
I also see survivors trying to make me eat DS even if I'm chasing someone else. When they do that, I know they have DS. I just let them on ground and continue my chase...

Boon: kindred

So? What's your point here? Good idea. Nerf blight. If that's what you want.
Stop replying to my comments. I said why they added overheat for hillbilly. Accept the truth and get over it. You don't have to come with arguments or stuff. I'm not here for this and I'm not interested in this conversation. There's no need anyway

The perk would be too strong in my opinion. DS is in the right spot currently. Some people even want DS to deactivate if you touch the exit gate (what would make sense with the overall perk). If there is one meta perk i would change something about it would be BT rather than DS.
"Too strong"? Are you ######### kidding. It's strong against tunnelers. If the killer is not even tunneling you have a perk for nothing which is good for killer, so it's NOT too strong if it's a situational perk. What are we talking about here?? The fact that I want perks against camping, tunneling, slugging etc it's too strong lmao. But tunneling itself it's not too strong. Give me a break with your "too strong" reply.
