The changes to Franklin's have been made because of the Vaccine with Nemesis, since a single use of Franklin's could destroy the Vaccine.

Yes but this autoban system is a "auto" ban system. Will anyone be reviewing these reports? It was implied that volume of reports would be enough on that stream. And as far as I know, no staff at BHVR have specifically said it won't work like everyone fears it will. Just that "it's not finished yet" or "it's still being decided", iirc.
Even if it's against the rules, if there is no system or person in place to check if the report system is being abused... will it even matter if it's against the rules?
We already said multiple times that things within the game rules won't get punished, we don't have details on how it will work because still in development.
And there's a team of ACMs already in charge of dealing with the reports, they will most likely supervise said system, but again we'll give out more information about it when we will be able to.

While this is reassuring to some extent, I believe this auto-ban system is going to encourage more toxicity rather than reduce it. Now players know that they can potentially get people to be reviewed for ban, even if they did not against the rules, simply by spamming reports against someone. It’s only going to increase the amount of reporting for non-reportable things and lead to an even more toxic environment, IMO. If this system does end up getting implemented, one thing that would make me feel much better about it is the potential for players to be banned if they are constantly reporting people for non-reportable things. That would go an effective way to help reduce the toxicity

That makes no sens tho...... right now reporting anyone does literally nothing. The only way to get a hacker banned is to submit video footage you as the player recorded, via email for a physical person to , at some point in the nebulous future review.
And not you saying after the auto-ban sytem.... we still need video proof?! wth is it for then tho? You clearly don't have a department big enough to handle the manual reports coming in now you're trying to tell us "all" the system will do is bypass the emails and flag an account for review after it gets enough reports? That's sounds LESS efficient O_O
The report system works if done correctly, of course you need video evidence to prove someone is hacking, otherwise people would get banned for no reason because who reported them didn't know how specific perks work for example, this tend to happen quite a lot.
Again, we do not have details to share yet, since the system is still in development, I'm just explaining that actions within the game rules (camping and tunneling for example or tbagging) won't lead to a ban.

While the auto-ban feature is still being developed and we don't have details to share yet, you can be assured that as long as people play within the game rules, they won't get banned, and I'm sure offenses that require video evidence will still require said proof.

If you receive threats in the game chat, no matter the cause or the reason for them, report it in game and if you want to be completely sure, open a ticket on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), and if that happens through the message feature of a console, report them to the specific platform.

I'm closing this here, we have explained multiple times that no one will get banned for things that don't break the rules, like tunneling and camping, and most definitely no one will get banned without proof.

I'm still rather confused that the bar for harassment seems to be set much lower as long as you're doing it to the same person, and that it seems like you can play like as much of a dick as you want as long as you're getting a fresh team each time. I'm also a little confused at insults. Slurs make sense as an instant yeet, and I'm glad about that. But if somebody just says "you guys sucked lol", does that mean I could actually report them? I would think that report would amount to nothing, but if that person often said things of that stripe and kept getting reported for it - "you're bad, uninstall", "go play the sims", "trash", "tryhard", "get good noob", but nothing more serious, just a consistent output of the shallowest tier of bad sportsmanship, would action eventually be taken against them? I was under the impression you had to be wishing harm and... well, not to put too fine a point on it, but getting creative, for post-game rudeness to matter.
The actual words used never mattered much to me, I have an equal dislike for anyone who feels the need to talk trash after a game, but I'd always accepted it as an endemic evil.
Targeted harassment is nothing new, it's always been in the game rules, if someone specifically targets a player in multiple games in a row, griefing and verbally attacking them, then it's targeted harassment.
Once again if you want to tunnel everyone you see, it's not against the rules.
In regards of the second part of your post, smack talk and verbal abuse are different things, if you call someone bad you are not going to get banned, trash talking in a multiplayer game, as childish as it can be, is something you kinda expect.
Of course if you think something crossed the line, feel free to report and the ACMs will judge if it's enough or not.

What happen if im with my friend and we all have the charm and during the game we get camp so we all report the killer for harassment and we do that every single game with the auto ban feature the killer will get ban if we face the same killer multiple time that day or if other people do that.
