I'm not getting my rift awards/ Its not appaearing in my inventory
Hello all
I just comepleted tier 7 of the latest rift and have "unlocked" the shades up rare head for william beck. The reason i quote "Unlocked" is because i have claimed the item, YET it will not appear in my character customization section to put on william.

Hello, when you want to report a bug, please check the bug report section (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs) to see if it has been reported already and upvote it, otherwise open a new report following the guidelines.
